Objective:To explore the nursing efficacy of 321 health education model on maintenance hemodialysis patients with itchy skin.Methods:A total of 97 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients with itchy skin from January 2019 to December 2019 in the Central Hospital of Panzhihua were divided into control group of 49 cases and study group of 48 cases by table of random number. The patients in control group were taken with conventional nursing and health propaganda measures while the patients in study group accepted a different nursing mode of combining 321 health education model. The Chinese version of the Four-Item Itch Questionnaire (FIIQ), the Chinese version of the Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI), and the Chinese version of the Kidney Disease Questionnaire (KDQ) were used to evaluate the skin itchy status and its influences to patients′ life and life quality of the 2 groups before and after intervention.Results:There was no significant difference in the skin itchy status and its influences to patients′ life and life quality before intervention between the two groups( P>0.05). After intervention, the total score of FIIQ, and the scores of the three dimensions of itchy degree, itchy frequency, and influences on sleep were respectively (7.46 ± 0.94), (1.83 ± 0.26), (1.92 ± 0.29), (1.86 ± 0.23), which were all lower than the same data of the control group patients: (12.36 ± 1.24), (2.69 ± 0.31), (3.02 ± 0.42), (2.91 ± 0.37), showing differences with statistical significance ( t values were 14.79-21.90, P<0.05). After intervention, the total score of the DLQI, and the scores of five dimensions of symptom perception, daily life, entertainment and leisure, work and study, and treatment of the patients in study group were respectively (10.55 ± 1.27), (2.85 ± 0.29), (2.11 ± 0.32), (2.47 ± 0.29), (1.72 ± 0.25), and (2.21 ± 0.27), which were all lower than the same data of patients in control group: (14.47 ± 1.78), (3.92 ± 0.37), (1.57 ± 0.22), (1.64 ± 0.25), (1.26 ± 0.18), (1.21 ± 0.11), indicating statistically significant difference ( t values were 9.67-23.80, P<0.05). After intervention, the total score of KDQ and the scores of the four dimensions of physical symptoms, fatigue, depression, and frustration of the patients in study group were respectively (121.66 ± 15.91), (27.36 ± 3.02), (24.44 ± 3.44), (26.71 ± 3.58), and (19.28 ± 2.66), which were all higher than the same data of patients in control group: (108.38 ± 14.69), (24.51 ± 2.64), (22.60 ± 3.41), (22.45 ± 3.47), (14.92 ± 2.04), presenting differences with statistical significance ( t values were -9.07 - -2.65, P<0.05). Conclusions:For maintenance hemodialysis patients with itchy skin, the nursing intervention by 321 health education model can effectively ease the itchy skin problem, relieve the impact of itchy skin on patients' lives, and improve the life quality of patients.

Equisetin (EQST) belongs to polyketide (PKS)-nonribosomal peptide synthetase (NRPS) type compound with an inhibitory effect of 11β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase 1 (11β-HSD1) enzyme activity. This study investigated anti-obesity effect and insulin resistance improvement effect of EQST on high-fat diet (HFD)-induced ob/ob mice model. EQST treatment effectively reduced the body weight gain, fat weight gain and blood lipid content of model mice. All animal experiments were approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of Capital Institute of Pediatrics. EQST alleviated adipose tissue expansion and hepatic ballooning degeneration of model mice, and also effectively controlled the blood glucose content after glucose load and insulin load, showed a significant improvement in obesity and insulin resistance. EQST inhibited adipogenic proteins fatty acid-binding protein 4 (FABP4) and peroxisome proliferators-activated receptor γ (PPARγ), and upregulated thermogenic protein (uncoupling protein 1, UCP1) through suppressing 11β-HSD1 protein expression. In addition, EQST widely upregulates mitochondrial respiratory metabolism related proteins in adipose tissue and may improve insulin resistance through phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase (PI3K) pathway. Therefore, EQST plays an anti-obesity role by promoting adipose tissue thermogenesis and improving insulin resistance, which may provide reliable clues for improving obesity and diabetes.

Objective To explore the value of urinary albumin/creatinine ratio (ACR) in coronary heart disease(CHD) compli-cating thyroid dysfunction and its correlation with the various detection indicators of thyroid function.Methods The results of uri-nary ACR and thyroid function detection in 863 patients with CHD in our hospital from November 2015 to August 2016 were col-lected.According to the standards of American National Kidney Foundation (NKF) and Food and Drug Administration(FDA) ,863 CHD patients were divided into the group A (ACR≤10.0 mg/g · Cr) ,B(10.0 mg/g · Cr< ACR≤30.0 mg/g · Cr) ,C (30.0 mg/g · Cr300 mg/g · Cr).According to the reference values of thyroid functional indica-tors ,these patients were divided into the thyroid function normal and abnormal groups.Results The ACR level was negatively cor-related with the FT3 level in 863 CHD patients(r= -0.297 ,P<0.05) ,and was positively related with the FT 4 level(r=0.172 , P<0.05).The abnormal rate of thyroid function had significantly statistical difference among four groups (χ2 =33.533 ,P<0.05). The abnormal rate of thyroid function had significantly statistical difference between the patients with ACR >10.0 mg/g · Cr and the patients with ACR ≤ 10.0 mg/g · Cr ,the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05) ,its risk degree was 2.083. Conclusion ACR is likely to be a risk factor for CHD patients complicated with thyroid dysfunction.It is necessary to monitor the thyroid function when ACR level >10.0 mg/g · Cr in CHD patients.

Objective To investigate the protective effect of NS398,a specific cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitor,on microglial activation-mediated neuronal damage.Methods The microglia of neonatal SD rat were isolated and cultured in the medium containing 1 μg/ml of LPS.The morphological changes of microglial were observed.The IL-1β and TNF-α levels were detected by Western blot in LPS group (group L) and control group (group C).The hippocampal neurons of neonatal SD rats were cultured in the control medium (group C),LPS-activated microglial conditioned medium (group L) and LPS-activated microglial conditioned medium with NS398 (group N),respectively.The survival rate of neurons were detected by MTT.The respiration of hippocampus neurons was determined by detecting the ratio of lactic acid/pyruvic acid.Results LPS-induced microglial activation was characterized by the morphological change and increased secretion of IL-1β and TNF-α.The survival rate of neurons cultured by microglia activated conditioned medium was 64.37％,while the group N was 80.25％ (P＜0.01).In group L,the ratio of lactic acid/pyruvic acid (27.34±8.53) was significantly higher than that of group N (20.32±6.05,P＜0.01) and group C (14.95±4.72,P＜0.01).Conclusion NS398,a specific cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitor,has a protective effect on rat hippocampus neuron damaged by activated microglia.

Objective To explore the impact of gratitude on interpersonal disturbance in college students and provide positive energy into the establishment of harmonious campus interpersonal relationship.Methods A total of 530 college students at 5 uni-versities in Guangdong province were surveyed by gratitude questionnaires and comprehensive diagnosis scale of interpersonal rela-tions.Results (1)The rate of interpersonal disturbance in college students was 46.4%.(2)Gratitude interacted with genders and grades(P <0.05 ).The levels of gratitude in male freshmen,sophomores,and seniors were remarkably higher than those in male juniors(P <0.01),and female juniors had a higher level of gratitude than their male counterparts remarkably(P <0.01).Scores of male students were significantly higher than those in female students in interpersonal communication,way of treating people,oppo-site-gender interaction and the total scores of interpersonal disturbance(P <0.01 ).Besides,juniors had a remarkably higher score than freshmen and seniors in the factor of social association and friend making (P <0.05 ).(3)There was a significantly negative correlation between the level of gratitude in college students and the total scores of interpersonal disturbance as well as the four fac-tors of interpersonal communication,social association and friend making,way of treating people,and opposite-gender interaction (P <0.01).Subjects with different levels of gratitude showed marked variation in the total scores of interpersonal disturbance and all its factors(P <0.01).Gratitude displayed a significantly negative predictive effect on the total scores of interpersonal disturbance and all its factors(P <0.01).Conclusion Close relation existed between gratitude of college students and their interpersonal dis-turbance,and gratitude could be used to effectively predict college students′interpersonal disturbance.

To explore the laws in syndrome differentiation of Taiyang disease and the prescriptions and herbs used in its treatment in Shanghan Lun (Treatise on Febrile Diseases).

Objective:To compare and analyze the value of diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) and apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) of 1.5T magnetic resonance (MR) in differential diagnosis for localized prostate cancer, chronic inflammatory response and benign hyperplasia.Methods: 80 patients with localized prostate cancer were enrolled in the research. The signal to noise ratio (SNR) of DWI, ADC value and semi-quantitative classification of DWI on lesions were measured, and the diagnostic efficiencies of them were compared by using ROC curve.Results: In the 80 patients with localized prostate cancer patients, there were 52 malignant lesions and 43 benign lesions in peripheral band, and there were 31 malignant lesions and 46 benign lesions in central gland. The ADC values of prostate cancer in peripheral band and central gland were 0.91±0.12 and 0.86±0.15, respectively, and they were significantly lower than that of normal tissue (1.68±0.23 and 1.28±0.31) and benign lesions (1.24±0.21 and 1.12±0.16). The semi-quantitative classifications of DWI for benign lesions were significantly higher than that for malignant lesions in peripheral band and central gland, respectively (x2=20.88,x2=12.14;P<0.05). For the diagnostic efficiency of ADC, the sensitivities of benign and malignant lesions in peripheral band and malignant gland were 91.3% and 79.1%, respectively, and the specificities of them were 89.6% and 70.2%. And they was significant higher than the corresponding sensitivities (71.2% and 51.3%)and specificities (78.4% and 65.8%) of DWI imaging.Conclusion: Both of DWI and ADC of 1.5T magnetic resonance are the important indexes in differential diagnosis for prostate cancer, chronic inflammatory response and benign hyperplasia, while ADC value is better than DWI image in the clinical efficiency.

Objective:To compare the antihypertensive effects of tuina at Taichong (LR 3),Neiguan (PC 6) and Qiaogong (Extra) to screen the best tuina protocol for primary hypertension due to liver-fire flaming-up.Methods:A total of 102 patients with primary hypertension due to liver-fire flaming-up were randomly divided into a Taichong (LR 3) group,a Neiguan (PC 6) group and a Qiaogong (Extra) group according to the random number table,with 34 cases in each group.Patients in the three groups received 4-week tuina treatment with the corresponding acupoint respectively.The blood pressure was recorded by benchtop mercury sphygmomanometer before tuina,immediately after tuina treatment,30 min and 60 min after tuina treatment with the patient in a supine position in a quiet treatment room.The total effective rate was observed.Results:The systolic and diastolic blood pressures of the three groups all decreased after treatment (all P＜0.05).The decrease of systolic and diastolic blood pressure at different time points after treatment in the Qiaogong (Extra) group and the Taichong (LR 3) group were better than those in the Neiguan (PC 6) group (all P＜0.05).Qiaogong (Extra) group had the highest total effective rate though there was no statistical difference in the total effective rate among the three groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion:Treating primary hypertension due to liver-fire flaming-up with tuina at Taichong (LR 3),Neiguan (PC 6) and Qiaogong (Extra) can reduce systolic and diastolic blood pressure respectively,among which Qiaogong (Extra) has the highest total effective rate.
