1.Prevention of iatrogenic injury during the pelvic fracture operation
Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(02):-
Pelvic fracture is a complex fracture, unstable pelvic fracture needs surgical operation.Early open reduction and internal fixation would be benefit for functional rehabilitation, help to reduce mortality, blood loss and late complications.Surgical approaches include iliac-groin approach and Kocher Langenbeck approach. There are many iatrogenic injuries of surgery, including vessels, nerves and viscerals injuries.Once the injuries happened the consequences are very serious. So,preventing these iatrogenic injuries is crucial.Only if we are familiar with surgical approach and research the clinical anatomy much more,we could reduce the occurrence of iatrogenic injury utmostly.
2.Expression and clinical significance of interleukin-17 and Th17 cells in the peripheral blood of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus
Chinese Journal of Rheumatology 2010;14(10):672-676
Objective To determine the protein and mRNA levels ofinterleukin-17 (IL-17) and the proportion of Th17 cells in the peripheral blood of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and their clinical significance is analyzed. Methods Twenty-five hospitalized SLE patients were recruited and twentytwo healthy volunteers were enrolled as normal controls. Plasma protein and mRNA of IL-17 in the peripheral blood were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and real time-PCR respectively. Flow cytometric assay was used to analyze the percentage of Th17 cells in SLE patients. The relationship between IL-17/Th17 cells and clinical or laboratory parameters of SLE patients was explored. Students' t-test and Spearman's correlation was used to evaluate the relationship between mRNA level and inflammatory parameters. Results The plasma concentration and mRNA level of IL-17 was significantly elevated in SLE patients as compared to the normal controls (P<0.05). The percentage of Th17 cells in patients with SLE was higher than that of normal controls and was significantly increased in more active SLE patients and SLE with nephritis than less active SLE and SLE without nephritis (P<0.05). Both plasma levels of IL-17 and the proportion of Th17 cells were positively correlated with SLEDAI (r=0.681, P<0.01; r=0.426, P=0.034). Conclusion Plasma IL-17 protein and mRNA expression level and the percentage of Th17 cells in SLE patients are all significantly elevated and the close relationship between IL-17/Th17 cells and disease activity suggests that IL-17/Th17 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of SLE.

Fudan University Journal of Medical Sciences 2010;37(1):71-75
Objective To determine the protein and mRNA levels of interleukin-17 (IL-17) in the peripheral blood of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), and to analyze the relationship between IL-17 and disease activity. Methods Twenty-six hospitalized SLE patients and twenty-one normal controls were studied. Plasma protein and mRNA of IL-17 in peripheral blood were measured by ELISA and Real-time RT-PCR respectively. Results IL-17 level and its mRNA level increased in SLE patients compared with that in normal controls. Plasma concentration of IL-17 showed a significant positive correlation with SLEDAI score and anti-dsDNA antibody level, and a significant negative correlation with serum C3 level. Conclusions Plasma IL-17 protein and mRNA expression level in SLE patients increased significantly and had close relationship with disease activity, which might suggest that IL-17 play an important role in the pathogenesis of SLE.

[Objective]To construct arecombinant eukaryotic expression plasmid carrying human BMP-7 gene which was transfected into bone marrow stromal cells(BMSCs) in vitro and expressed.[Method]Clone human BMP-7 cDNA from a Chinese woman placenta was recombinanted with plasmid pcDNA3.1,to construct eukaryotic expression carrier of recombinaut pcDNA3.1-hBMP-7.The BMSCs were isolated from rabbit bone marrow and cultured in vitro. They were divided into three groups: pcDNA3.1-hBMP-7 transduced group;pcDNA3.1 transduced group;untransduced group. The expression of hBMP-7 was detected by RT-PCR,Immuneohistochemistry.ALP,Collogen,Osteocalcin production were detected.[Result]The pcDNA3.1-hBMP-7 transduced BMSCs expressed hBMP-7 at both mRNA and protein levels.ALP activity was detected in pcDNA3.1-hBMP-7 transduced cells from day 2 to day 10,peaking on day 8.Collogen,osteocalcin production were elevated significantly too(P

China Medical Equipment 2017;14(8):170-173
Medical and health equipment are rapidly developing in the direction of intelligence and portability. As a representative of them, wearable devices are playing an more and more important role in medical service. To this end, this review discussed the development process of wearable devices, and defined the concept of wearable devices. The existing wearable devices were divided into four categories according to their shapes: hand wear, head wear, lower limb wear and trunk wear. The application of them in medical service were particularly introduced. The 4 future development trends of wearable device, included adding fashionable element, focusing on a particular area, new interactive model and invisible portability, were analyzed and reviewed. Based on above analysis, we could got a comprehensive understanding for the application of current wearable device in medical treatment, and could hold the development direction of wearable device in medical treatment of hospital. While, for above products, there were some differences in technique level between domestic manufacturer and developed country, and there is a larger potential in the relevant products and arithmetic aspects.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(06):-
Objectives:To investigate the effect of TP 5 on the immune function and infection rate in patients undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB) operation. Methods:Ninety four patients were divided into two groups to observe the effect of TP 5 on the immune function and infection rate. Results:The immunological parameters in the TP 5 group was better than the control group, and postoperative infection was prevented. Conclusions:TP 5 can improve patients' cell mediated immunity and reduce infection rate.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 1999;0(04):-
Aim To further research into the antithrombotic mechanism of scorpion venom active peptides (SVAP). Methods Human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) were cultured with enzyme digestive method. After the cultured HUVC was incubated in conditioned media for 1 hour, the effects of SVAP on the concentration of 6-Keto-PGF 1? and NO of HUVEC were determined with radioactive-immunolygic and nitrate reduction enzyme method respectively. Results As compared with control, SVAP in the doses of 1,5,10, 20 mg?L -1 had the distinctive increase of 54%, 68%,72%,79% of the concentration of 6-Keto-PGF 1? and SVAP in the doses of 10, 20 mg?L -1 had the significantly increased of 27%, 46% of the concentration of NO. Regression anylysis showed that the release levels of PGI 2 and NO in HUVEC induced by SVAP was of positive correlation. Conclusion Antithrombotic mechanism of SVAP is related to the increase of PGI 2 and NO released from HUVEC and synergistic and mediating action between NO and PGI 2.
