Treatment of depression is divided into drug treatment and non-drug treatment. Drug therapy including tricyclic、 tetracyclic antidepressant category、Serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI)、Serotonin receptor antagonist and re-absorption inhibitors (SARI)、norepinephrine and dopamine reuptake inhibitors (NDRI)、 serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRI)、 norepinephrine and specific serotonergic antidepressants (NaSSA) and synergist to support treatment; Non-drugs treatments include psychotherapy, electric shock therapy、transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and deep brain stimulation (DBS)treatment.In clinical practice for a number of studies provide hope that patients with depression.
3.Factors Related with Final Test for Continued Learning of Rehabilitation

Objective To investigate the factors related with final test for continued learning of rehabilitation. Methods The records of 511 continued learning students for physical therapy were analysed with linear regression, with the results of theoretical and operating test as independent variable, while sex, age, titles, profession, education, works, levels of hospital and evaluations as independent variable. Results The results of both theoretical and operating test related with profession, education, works levels and evaluation. Conclusion The models estimate the results of continued learning for rehabilitation has been established.
4.Discussion on quality control in the key process of clinical laboratory

Objective:The aim of quality control in the key process of clinical laboratory is to provide accurate and reliable and timely clinical laboratory test reports. Methods:Strictly enforce the national development ofmedical institution clinical laboratory management approach, and to quality control from the several important aspects, such as the basic information before clinical examination, clinical laboratory equipment, reagents management, software conditions, issue of test reports, which should ensure quality control throughout the entire process of testing. Results:Thought strengthening of clinical laboratory quality control can greatly improve the accuracy of test results, reduce the test results influence because of subjective and objective factors in the testing process, which will promote and improve the quality of clinical testing. Conclusions:It is important to the quality of clinical laboratory tests and hospital medical quality and safety. Thought strengthening quality control in the key process of clinical laboratory, accurate test data can be provide for clinical diagnosis and treatment, and then effectively improve the level of the hospital.
5.Research progress of Thrombospondin type-1 domain-containing7A in membranous nephropathy

After the research of PLA2R1 and its antibodies, Thrombospondin type-1 domain-containing 7A and its antibodies to membranous nephropathy (MN) has made a new understanding.Some researches have reported that the antibodies of PLA2R1 and THSD7A were mutually exclusive in MN, because THSD7A was found in PLA2R1-negative MN patients.But the latest researcher showed that these antibodies can be both positive in MN patients.Similar to the function of PLA2R1, THSD7A can assist clinical diagnosis, treatment, and monitor of MN.In contrast to PLA2R1, THSD7A was also highly expressed on both human and murine podocytes.We can use the mice model to study the pathogenesis of THSD7A-associated MN in the future.In this review, we describe the structure and function of Thrombospondin type-1 domain-containing 7A and its autoantibodies, highlight its role in MN and suggest possible aspects of its future clinical application.
6.Construction of elderly people in home health management system based on Android

Tele-home Health Management System(THMS)is constructed for elderly people founded on Android platform.Methods: On the basis of analyzing system requirements, establishing system firmaments, utilizing Client/server structure.Results: Building an Android-based health management system for old people staying at home to know their health condition and get health guidance on time and for the doctors to get access to patients' medical history.Conclusion: Android elderly home-based health management system has broad application prospects for resolving the digital medical problems in health management provides ideas and solutions.
7.Diagnosis and Treatment Strategy for Gastric Mucosal Dysplasia

Different diagnostic criteria are existed nowadays in grading the dysplasia of gastric mucosa in clinical practice. Novel endoscopic techniques and molecular markers could facilitate the pathologic grading of dysplasia. As to the treatment strategy,it is debatable whether to choose endoscopic dissection or conservative follow-up. Here,we reviewed the diagnostic grading and therapeutic options with regard to the dysplasia of gastric mucosa.
8.Current Progress of Potassium Nutrition on Quality in Chinese Herbs

[Objective]To provide a reference for the effects of potassium on quality formation of medicinal material. [Methods] Withpotassium,traditional Chinese medicine,growth and development,physiological characteristicsandeffective medicinal substancesas the key words, from June 2012 to March 2017 in the Pub Med, CNKI, WANFANG, VIP, the effects of potassium on the growth and development, production and quality formations, plant physiology, resistance acquirement, medicinal substances in medicinal material were systematically summarized. [Results] A total of 71 articles were retrieved, of which there were 50 valid literatures. At present, the related researches mainly focus on the relationship between potassium and growth and development, yield and quality formation, effective medicinal substances metabolism of Chinese herbs. [Conclusion] Some progresses have been made in this field. But this paper pointed out the problems in this field and put forward the directions about further research of effective medicinal substances metabolism and its mechanism, establishing multiple factor, multilevel nolinear synthesis model.
9.Thoughts on building the early-warning system for hospital talents drainage

In line with the hospital development practice in recent years,this paper discussed the early-warning system for hospital talents drainage.First of all,it points out that early-warning indicators,early-warning analysis and early-control measures are key elements of such a system.On this basis,it pinpoints key points in building this system,including organizational assurance,by-level management,dynamic tracking,fairness,bettering of HR mechanism,and reservation of potential HR resources.Therefore,this will be highly useful and practical for studying how to minimize talents drainage and maintain competitive advantages of hospitals.
10.Group Lasso Penalized Classifier for Diagnosis of Diseases with Categorical Data.

Six kinds of erythemato-squamous diseases have been common skin diseases, but the diagnosis of them has always been a problem. The quantitative data processing method is not suitable for erythemato-squamous data because they are categorical qualitative data. This paper proposed a new method based on group lasso penalized classification for the feature selection and classification for erythemato-squamous data with categorical qualitative data. The first categorical data of 33 dimensions were changed by the virtual code, and then 34th dimension age data were discretized and changed by the virtual code. Then the encoded data were grouped according to class group and variable group. Lastly Group Lasso penalized classification was executed. The classified accuracy of 10-fold cross validation was 98.88% ± 0.002 3%. Compared with those of other method in the literature, this new method is simpler, and better for effect and efficiency, and has stronger interpretability and stronger stability.
