As a part of the central nervous system,retina shares many characters of the brain,including many of the functions and dysfunctions of microglia.Microglia plays important roles in multiple inflammatory procedures and degenerative diseases of the central nervous system and retina.Retinal microglia is involved in ocular inflammatory,age-related macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy.These cells have also been identified in brain tumor and retinoblastoma.They can secrete various cytokines and growth factors that may contribute to the successful immune evasion and therefore promote the growth and invasion of tumor.To better understand the function of microglia is essential for us to develop the immune-based treatment strategies against central nervous system tumor and retinoblastoma.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of health education combined with psychological counseling on mental state of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with anxiety and depression. Methods70 cases of patients with coronary heart disease with anxiety and depression were divided into the observation group and the control group with 35 cases in each group.The control group received regular professional care,while the observation group was given health education combined with psychological counseling on the basis of regular professional care.The SAS and SDS score was compared between the two groups. ResultsAfter treatment,SAS and SDS score of two groups apparently improved.After treatment,SAS and SDS score of the observation group was less than the control group. ConclusionsHealth education combined with psychological counseling for patients with coronary heart disease complicated with anxiety and depression can effectively alleviate the anxiety and depression emotion of patients and increase life quality of them.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of dexmedetomidine mixed with ropivacaine for transversus abdominis plane (TAP) block combined with general anesthesia in the patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopy.Methods Ninety American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status Ⅰ or Ⅱ patients, aged 20-50 yr, with body mass index of 18-24 kg/m2, scheduled for elective gynecological laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection under general anesthesia, were randomly divided into 3 groups (n =30 each) using a random number table: general anesthesia group (group G) , general anesthesia + ropivacaine for TAP block group (group G+R), and general anesthesia + dexanedetomidine mixed with ropivacaine for TAP block group (group G+DR).After the end of anesthesia induction, ultrasound-guided left-sided unilateral TAP block was performed in G+R and G+DR groups.In G+R and G+DR groups, 20 ml of 0.375％ ropivacaine and 20 ml of 0.375％ ropivacaine mixed with 1 μg/kg dexmedetomidine were injected, respectively.After induction of general anesthesia, the laryngeal mask airway (LMA) was inserted, and the patients were mechanically ventilated in the 3 groups.Anesthesia was maintenaned with iv infusion of remifentanil 0.2 μg · kg-1 · min-1 and propofol 4-8 mg · kg-1 · h-1.Narcotrend index was maintained at 37-46.Only group G received postoperative intravenous analgesia.The occurrence of TAP block-related adverse events was recorded.The emergence time, time for recovery of spontaneous breathing, time for removal of LMA, and Steward score at 5 min after removal of LMA were recorded.The occurrence of postoperative nausea and vomiting, and respiratory depression was recorded.Results Compared with G and G+R groups,the emergence time, time for recovery of spontaneous breathing, and time for removal of LMA were significantly shortened (P＜0.05 or 0.01) , and no significant change was found in Steward score in group G+DR (P＞0.05).There was no significant difference in the above parameters between group G and group G+R (P＞0.05).Compared with group G, the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting was significantly decreased in G+R and G+DR groups (P＜0.05).VAS score was maintained ≤ 3 after operation in the 3 groups.No TAP block-related adverse events were found in G+R and G+DR groups.Conclusion Dexmedetomidine mixed with ropivacaine provides faster recovery from anesthesia, and avoids postoperative hyperalgesia when used for TAP block combined with general anesthesia in the patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopy.

The suggestion of microcosmic syndrome differentiation is to meet the needs of clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), the needs of evidence based medicine and the needs of the development of syndrome differentiation in TCM. The possibility of microcosmic syndrome differentiation might be the development of integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine as well as modern science and technology. Microcosmic syndrome differentiation has its superiority and limitation. There are some problems in developing microcosmic syndrome differentiation, such as lack of standard for syndrome differentiation, contradiction between single microcosmic index and the entirety, non-specificity of the relationship between microcosmic indexes and syndromes, and the influence of disease on microcosmic syndrome differentiation, discrepancy between the essence study of TCM syndromes and the clinical practice. It is suggested that the concept of TCM syndrome is a certain pathological process during the onset and development of disease, composed of some subjective and objective indexes. The objective indexes include the macrocosmic and the microcosmic indexes, the entirety and the part.

Progress toward improving management of myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) occurred every year.This review focused on the new developments of classification,diagnoses,prognostic stratification and therapy on MDS in recent five years.In addiction,a brief introduction of pediatric MDS was presented here.All this were for a better exploration in the future.

With the progress of medical research,more and more inherited and congenital factors predisposing to hematologic malignancies have been revealed,which have brewed into a hot topic of the 56th American Society of Hematology (ASH) annual meeting in 2014.Correctly understanding and interpreting these innate susceptible factors will be of great significance in improving the treatment in patients and prevention or early detecting of cancers in individuals carrying these factors.Research progress in this area will be introduced together with the authors' research in this article.

Viral infections remain a major cause of morbidity in patients with immunodeficiency,such as recipients of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT).Adoptive transfer of donor-derived virusspecific cytotoxic T lymphocytes is a strategy to restore virus-specific immunity to prevent or treat viral diseases and has been tested in the clinical setting for more than 20 years.The 55th ASH annual meeting reported lots of basic and clinical experience about CTL and summarized lots of trails to evaluate it,which will give us some new thought about the antivirus therapy after HSCT.

Objective Understand the hospital surgical treatment of female infertility patients after discharge health needs,to provide evidence for continuity of the corresponding nursing measures.Methods After surgical treatment of hospital preparation of hospital,100 cases of infertility patients designed questionnaire,to understand the patient's health requirements.Results About 94％ of patients had continuity care needs,The need for continuity care content in the top three:observation,the knowledge of the disease,mental health counseling.Continuity of care means demand is in the top three:We Chat public information push,add patients group of exchange of experience and telephone follow-up on a regular basis.Conclusion the hospitalized patients with infertility of the continuity of care after discharge and demand is high,enhancing health education for patients after discharge,the continuity of the individualized modern nursing measures,improve the patients discharged from hospital after conception rate and quality of life.
