Objective To explore the relationship between blood pressure changes and prognosis in patients with acute stroke by ambulatory blood pressure monitoring. Methods 79 patients with acute stroke were divided into two groups: cerebral infarction group (n=42) and cerebral hemorrhage group (n=37). Blood pressure of patients in both groups was monitored, and the score of handicap was evaluated respectively on 30d after onset. Results (1)Blood pressure was elevated in 87.3% of the patients with stroke at acute stage and then lowered spontaneously. Compared with that of the 1st day after onset, blood pressure lowered significantly from [SBP (155.9?21.7), DBP (96.6?20.8) mmHg] to [SBP (147.6?17.2), DBP (85.6?13.6) mmHg] (P

Since vibration highly influences the performance of vehicles, the effective improvment of vibration isolation has a great significance for enhancing the economy, balance, stability and reliability of vehicles. Based on the variable viscosity properties of magnetorheological(MR) fluids with the variation of a external magnetic flied resulted from adjustable and controllable electric current, a magnetorheological vibration isolator is developed. Through experiment and application, it is proved that the magnetorheological vibration isolator can highly increase vibration isolation efficiency.

Objective To select the aptamer to an extracellular soluble fragment of recombinant human TGF-? receptor Ⅱ (TGF-? RⅡ) in order to antagonize TGF-? effectively by using systematic evolution of ligants by exponential enrichment (SELEX). Methods Initial random RNA library was transcripted in vitro from ssDNA 5′-TAATACGACTCACTATAGGGAGGACGATGCGG-N60-CAGACGACTCCCCGA-3′; rhTGF-? RⅡ was used as target protein. Totally, selection of 8 times was carried out in SELEX experiment. Membrane binding assay was performed to detect the evolution of enriched RNA library; Electrophoretic mobility shift assay (EMSA) was done to determine the affinity between the selected nucleic acid sequence and TGF-? RⅡ. Results Evolution of the enriched RNA library along the increased affinity to TGF-? RⅡ was observed with the development of selection. Two types of dominant sequences were isolated and named as sequence A and sequence B. In membrane binding assay, both sequences A and B showed obvious affinity to TGF-? RⅡ. However,no retarded bands were seen in EMSA. Conclusion The affinity of sequences A and B to TGF-? RⅡ is beyond satisfaction. However, possible sequences with improved affinity to TGF-? RⅡ can be selected by post-SELEX on the basis of candidate sequences A and B.

Objective The objective of this study was to investigate the relationship between the expression of RAD18 and radiation resistance in glioblastoma multiforme(GBM)and to provide a new therapeutic target for improving the radiation resistance of GBM.Methods Human glioma A172 cells were transfected into blank and RAD18-containing plasmid vector. The cell proliferation of two groups after the same dose radiation was detected by cloning assay. The mRNA expression of RAD18 in primary and recurrent GBM samples after close proximity treatment were detected by qRT-PCR.All data were analyzed statistically. Results The proliferation of GBM cells transfected with RAD18 plasmid was higher than that of cells transfected with blank plasmid after radiation therapy(P<0.001).The expression level of RAD18 mRNA in recurrent GBM was higher than that in the untreated radioactive granules primary GBM(P<0.01).Conclusion The resistance of recurrent GBM to radiotherapy may be associated with the overexpression of RAD18 protein.

Bilateral mandibular first molars of 36 rabbits were extracted. The tooth extraction wounds were treated by:platelet-rich fibrin +acellular dermal matrix(group A),platelet-rich fibrin(group B),acellular dermal matrix (group C) and without treatment (group D,the control) (n =9) respectively. The measurments of alveolar bone height and width showed that there were no significant differences among groups at different times(P > 0.05).Bone histomorphometry showed that at the 2th and 4th week, the best result was found in group A(P<0.01).While,at the 8th week, the result of group A was still better than that of other 3 ones (P < 0.01),but group B and C showed no significant difference(P > 0.05).The combination of PRF and ADM shows the most significant effect.

Objective To investigate the transportation of chemico-biological particles(CBP) through the micropassage inside the human body in order to improve chemico-biological protection. Methods Dissipative particle dynamics (DPD) method was used to study CBP transportation through micropassages inside the human body. Results The Poiseuille flow could be ensured by imposing boundary conditions including pressure gradient and no-slip.The axial velocity between fluid particles and CBPs was well matched except the area close to the passage wall. However, CBPs tended to accumulate and the density of CBPs slightly increased, leading to the jam effect and producing particle accumulation. Conclusion The characteristic of CBP transportation is better understood, which can help develop some chemico-biological protection devices according to movement of CBPs and improve the performance of CBPs during chemico-biological protection.

Lipoma of hemangiopericytomas (LHPC) is one ofrare soft-tissue tumors that grow slowly and occur in deep soft tissues. The classical histological morphology of LHPC is circularor spindle undifferentiated tumor cells that grow surrounding the thin-walled branching blood vessels. The clinical and pathological features of one patient with LHPC are retrospective analyzed to strengthen the understanding of LHPC.

Objective To investigate the influence of combined thrombolysis therapy on clinical effects for short -and long -term of patients with acute cerebral infarction caused by sudden occlusion of anterior and posterior circulation. Methods 75 patients with cerebral infarction caused by sudden occlusion of anterior and posterior circulation were chosen and divided into A group (46 patients)with sudden occlusion of anterior circulation and B group (29 patients)with sudden occlusion of posterior circulation by comprehensive therapy for intra -arterial thrombolysis combined with mechanical crushing and dilation. The recanalization rate, the excellent and good rate of ADL -Barthel score,NIHSS score and GCS score before and after treatment, intracranial hemorrhage rate and mortality rate of two groups were compared. Results The recanalization rates of A group and B group were 50.00%(23 /46), 89.66%(26 /29).After treatment, the excellent and good rates of ADL -Barthel score of A group and B group were 58.70%(27 /46),62.07%(18 /29).The recanalization rate of B group was significantly higher than A group(χ2 =7.44,P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the excellent and good rate of ADL -Barthel score after treatment between the two groups(χ2 =1.21,P >0.05).After treatment, the NIHSS scores of A group and B group were (8.66 ±2.48)points,(8.72 ±2.51 )points, the GCS scores of A group and B group were (12.89 ± 3.61)points,(13.10 ±3.72)points.There were no significant differences in NIHSS score and GCS score after treatment between the two groups(t =1.47,1.52,all P >0.05).After treatment, the intracranial hemorrhage rate of B group was significantly lower than A group (χ2 =8.16,P <0.05 ).There was no significant difference in the mortality rate between the two groups(χ2 =0.98,P >0.05).Conclusion Compared with acute cerebral infarction caused by sudden occlusion of anterior circulation, combined thrombolysis therapy in treatment of patients with sudden occlusion of posterior circulation has advantages including higher recanalization rate and lower risk of intracranial hemorrhage.
