China Pharmacy 1991;0(01):-
OBJECTIVE:To prepare temperature sensitive hydrogel which is of strength.METHODS:The hygrogel was prepared using CS,PVA and GP as matrix with concentration of CS(A),weight ratio of CS to PVA(B) and pH value(C) as factors and with initial gelatination temperature, strength and dehydration as indexes. The formula was optimized by orthogonal experiment and verified.RESULTS:The optimal formula was as follows:A 20 mg?mL-1,B 1 :1,C 7.2.The prepared hydrogel was fluid at 4 ℃ or room temperature while gelatinized at 37 ℃ within 10 min with strength of about 1.4 kPa.Gelatination time reduced along with the increase of temperature. The pH value had hardly changed during degradation in vitro within 28 d.CONCLUSION:The CS/PVA/GP hydrogel is simple and practical in preparation technique and is temperature sensitive and of strength.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of infrared thermal therapy against pseudomonas ae-ruginosa infection on deep partial-thickness burn wound. Methods Forty-three patients in our hospital with main-ly deep partial-thickness burn wound from January 2015 to October 2016 were randomly enrolled to the treatment group(TG,treated with sulfadiazine silver + infrared thermal therapy)and the control group(CG,treated with sulfadiazine silver only). Scores of wound exudation, positive rate of pseudomonas aeruginosa on wound, wound healing rate, wound healing time and overall evaluation of wound healing on the day of 0,3,7,14,21,28 after treatment were conventionally recorded. Adverse effects in TG and CG were also observed. Results (1)Age,sex and burn surface area of patients were found no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). (2)On the day of 3,7 and 14,wound exudation score of TG was significantly lower than that of CG(P<0.05);On the day of0,21 and 28,wound exudation score of the two groups were almost same.(3)Positive rate of pseudomonas aeruginosa between the two groups on the day of 7,14 and 21,TG was significantly lower than CG(P < 0.05). (4)Wound healing rate of TG on the day of 7,14 and 21 was higher than CG,which was statistically significant difference in the 2 groups(P<0.05);Wound healing time of TG patients[(21.1 ± 6.5)day]was significantly shorter than that of CG patients[(26.2 ± 6.5)day](P<0.05).(5)Overall evaluation of wound healing of TG was better than that of CG on the day 14 and 21(P<0.05). Conclusions Infrared thermal therapy could reduce the secretion of deep partial-thickness burn wound and effectively control pseudomonas aeruginosa infection. Furthermore, infrared thermal therapy finally improved wound healing rate and shortenedwound healing time of burn wound.

China Pharmacy 2015;(22):3134-3136,3137
OBJECTIVE:To optimize the matrix formulation and preparation technological parameters of Compound Bingjia Cream. METHODS:To prepare water phase and oil phase matrix solutions respectively, and then the former was added into the lat-ter and well mixed together. The matrix formulation was optimized with the overall scores of appearance, high temperature, low temperature and oil and water stratification after centrifugal test as the evaluated indexes. High performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the content of metronidazole. Gas chromatography was adopted to determine the content of borneol. With the matrix temperature at the time of adding the main drug mixture, matrix quantity, emulsification method and emulsification time as observed factors, and the overall scores of metronidazole content, borneol content and the overall scores of preparation(the overall scores of appearance and stability tests) as the observed indexes,L9(34) orthogonal test was designed to optimize the preparation technological parameters of Compound Bingjia cream and verification for technology was conducted. RESULTS:The optimal oil phase matrix formulation was as follows as cetanol of 10 g,glyceryl monostearate of 16 g,stearic acid of 20 g,albolene of 8 g, while the optimal water oil matrix formulation as triethanolamine of 2 g,glycerinum of 24 g. The optimal preparation technological parameters were the matrix temperature of 50℃at the time of adding the main drug mixture, matrix of 300 g,emulsification meth-od of colloid emulsification, emulsification time of 30 min, where metronidazole content was 1.83%,borneol content 2.88%. The results of 3 verification tests showed the overall scores were all 25,with metronidazole content of 2.1%,2.1%,2.2%(RSD=2.71%,n=3),borneol content of 3.2%,3.3%,3.1%(RSD=3.12%,n=3). CONCLUSIONS:The optimal matrix formulation and technological parameters of the preparation are stable and feasible, and suitable for mass production.

Objective To determine the effect of combination of chest physiotherapy (CPT) and intermittent non-invasive ventilation for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients with respiratory failure. Methods Ninety COPD patients with intermittent bi-level positive airway pressure (BiPAP) ventilation were randomly divided into 2 groups : control group (n=45) received BiPAP treatment after conventional anti-infection, phlegm treatment and support treatment; CPT group (n=45) received CPT before BiPAP treatment. Clinical symptoms, chest signs, chest X-ray, time of BiPAP therapy, PaO2, and PaCO2 after the treatment were evaluated. Results Compared with with the control group, patients in the CPT group significantly improved in clinical symptoms, chest signs, chest X-ray absorption as well as shorter BiPAP therapy time, PaO2 increase and PaCO2 decrease(P<0.05). Conclusion For COPD patients who need intermittent non-invasive BiPAP ventilation, receiving CPT can effectively improve the therapeutic effect. CPT and intermittent non in-vasive BiPAP ventilation cooperate in the treatment of COPD patients with respirstory failure.

Objective:To understand the problems and countermeasures of information support for dentofacial deformities patients, so as to provide reference for optimizing the whole process of information support for orthognathic-orthodontics treatment. Methods:Using a descriptive research method, 10 orthognathic surgery and orthodontics specialists from a tertiary level A hospital were selected for semi-structured interviews in August and September, 2019 using the method of target sampling. The QSR Nvivo 12.0 software was used for analysis by adopting traditional content analysis. Results:According to the analysis, medical experts believed that the problems of information support in the whole treatment process of orthognathic-orthodontics treatment include the following three aspects: information content problems (incomplete information content, lack of "time" dimension, patient's psychological expectation and treatment outcome information asymmetry, lack of information for main caregivers), difficulties in information support (clinical workload, professional limitations, many key time nodes), existing network information problems (poor quality of network information, lack of pertinence of information content and the existing network resources were not effectively utilized); and three suggestions were put forward: customizing the treatment schedule of patients, developing diversified information support methods, optimizing patient treatment process. Conclusion:Medical staff should pay attention to the construction and improvement of the whole treatment information support content of dentofacial deformities patients, pay attention to the diversity of information support methods, optimize the patient treatment process, encourage the health care to cooperate with the homogenization management of the whole treatment information support, and explore the information support system suitable for the situation of dentofacial deformities patients in China.
