Objective To explore the clinicopathological features of osteofibrous dysplasia (OFD). Methods All the clinicopathological information of 17 cases of OFD were reviewed, including sex, age, course and radiography or histopathology features. The expression of Cytokeratin(CK) was examined by SP. Results Age of the patients ranged from 2-15 years, and the course of the lesion ranged from 1 month to 7 years. The mean age and the mean course was 7.2 years and 2.1 years respectively. Male to female ratio was 1∶1.4. The lesions all occured in tibia, presentating with localized masses. Only one invloved with both tibia and fibula. Radiographs showed there were cystic lesions in the thickened anterior cortex of the tibia with light marginal sclerosis. Histopathology showed a zonal architecture. Abundant osteoblasts in the vicinity of the trabeculae. Only two cases were positive for CK(11.8%). 8 of 10(80%) patients recurred. Conclusion OFD is predominately involved with the tibia in children. The history is long. It has a characteristic histopathologic image and clinical progress. Its a independent entity, not the same of adamantinoma.

Objective To explore the ischemic myocardial perfusion and viability. Methods Ten successful pigs with myocardial infarction model underwent MRI first-pass myocardial perfusion examinations preoperatively and 24 hours,72 hours and one week postoperation. After MRI examinations, the experimental pigs were executed and the samples underwent TTC staining and pathological examination. Results The preoperative myocardial perfusion in the all of the 10 pigs was nomal, but there were myocardial perfusion decrease and defects in 8 experimental pigs after operation, the perfusion curves in the area with perfusion defects had no obvious peak, but there was gradual increase in the end of the performance. The perfusion peak of the area with perfusion decrease was lower than that of normal inferior and lateral myocardial wall(P<0.05) and the peak perfusion time was delayed compared with that of normal inferior and lateral myocardial wall (P<0.05).There was myocardial necrosis in the perfusion defects areas that was certified by TTC staining and pathological examination. The intersititial edema and myocardial degeneration could be seen in the perfusion reduced areas. Conclusion MRI fist-pass myocardial perfusion imaging combined with perfusion curve analysis can evaluate the perfusion changes of the regional myocardial microcirculation.

Objective:
To observe the effect of poloxamer 188 (P188) on megakaryocyte cultivation and induction from cord blood mononuclear cells in order to obtain more megakaryocyte progenitor cells (MPC).
Methods:
The cord blood mononuclear cells were isolated and inoculated in cell culture bag or cell culture flask respectively. The WIGGENS shaker and cell culture bags were used to mimick WAVE Bioreactor for three-dimensional (3D) cell culture, and the P188 was added to induction medium, The cells were detected for morphology, surface marker, viability, and number on day 14.
Results:
In the two-dimensional (2D) culture, CD41+, CD41+/CD61+, CD61+ megakaryocytic numbers increased significantly after adding P188 (all
