Objective To explore the CT and pathological features of renal epithelioid angiomyolipoma (EAML). Methods Clinical data and CT images from ten cases with EAML proved by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. All cases were performed with plain and contrast enhanced CT scans. Results CT features: higher pre-contrasted density than kidney, bulging from kidney, absent of fat, markedly heterogeneous enhancement ( quick wash-in and slow wash-out), big size without lobular sign, complete capsule with clear margin and mild necrostic area. Pathological features: diffuse sheets of epithelioid cells were found under microscopy with immunohistochemistrical findings including positivity for HMB-45 and negativity for EMA. Conclusion Some specific CT features, which is correlated well with the pathological findings, provide helpful information in the primary diagnosis of EAML.

OBJECTIVETo observe the clinical efficacy of deep acupuncture at Lianquan (CV 23) and Yifeng (TE 17) combined with swallowing training for post-stroke dysphagia.
METHODSSixty cases of post-stroke dys phagia were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 30 cases in each one. Patients in the observation group, based on the regular acupuncture treatment, were treated with deep acupuncture at Lianquan (CV 23) and Yifeng (TE 17), once a day, 30 min per treatment; also swallowing training was combined, twice a day, 20 min per treatment. Patients in the control group were treated with swallowing training. All the patients were treated with regular treatment of stroke. Six days of treatment were taken as one session, and totally 3 sessions were given with an interval of one day between sessions. The video fluoroscopic swallowing study (VFSS) dysphagia evaluation scale and Watian water swallow test (WWST) were evaluated before and after treatment also the clinical efficacy and the recovery time of two groups were compared.
RESULTSAfter treatment, the VFSS score in the observation group was significantly superior to that in the control group (P < 0.01); the WWST in the observation group was significantly superior to that in the control group (P < 0.01). The cured rate was 70.0% (21/30) in the observation group, which was significantly superior to 43.3% (13/30) in the control group (P < 0.01); the total effective rate was 86.7% (26/30) in the observation group, which was significantly superior to 66.7% (20/30) in the control group (both P < 0.01). The clinical recovery time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.01).
CONCLUSIONDeep acupuncture at Lianquan (CV 23) and Yifeng (TE 17) combined with swallowing training could effectively improve post-stroke swallow function.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2024;45(5):669-673
Objective:
To explore the relationship between adolescent sports participation and aggression, so as to provide a reference basis for sports interventions aimed at reducing adolescent aggression.
Methods:
The search databases used in the study included China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Vipo, Wanfang, Web of Science, Ebsco, Pro Quest, and PubMed, and the search period was from the construction of the database to October 22, 2023. The search terms for sports participation were "sport" "exercise" "exercise" "physical activity" "physical activity"; the search terms for aggressive behavior were "assault" "aggressive behavior" "aggression"; the search terms for aggressive behavior were "assault" "aggressive behavior" "aggression" "bullying", and "violence", and the above keywords were jointly searched. Foreign language data were searched using Web of Science, Ebsco, Pro Quest, PubMed and supplemented by Google Scholar. The search terms for sports participation were sport, athletics, exercise, train, fitness, physical exercise, physical activity, physical education; and the search terms for aggressive behavior were aggression, bullying, violence, atrocity, fighting, aggressive behavior, physical assault; the above keywords were jointly searched. Statistical analysis was performed using CMA 3.0 software.
Results:
A total of 20 studies with 80 effect sizes and 9 308 subjects were included. The Metaanalysis showed that adolescent sports participation was moderately negatively correlated with indicators of aggression (r=-0.11), physical aggression (r=-0.14), verbal aggression (r=-0.14), and hostility (r=-0.16), and weakly negatively correlated with indicators of anger (r=-0.08) (P<0.05). Aggressive behavior was influenced by gender, school stage, mode of exercise, and the sports participants region (P<0.05).
Conclusions
Exercise participation has a positive impact on reducing aggressive behavior in adolescents, and mode of exercise, age, gender, and region are moderating variables in the relationship. Schools can reduce adolescent aggression by developing exercise and physical education interventions.

Journal of Prevention and Treatment for Stomatological Diseases 2019;27(8):527-530
Objective:
To explore the application and effect of the PDCA cycle nursing management model in the treatment of peri-implant mucositis.
Methods :
Thirty patients with peri-implant mucositis were treated nonsurgically. Before treatment, the 30 patients had no history of systemic diseases, drug allergies, or bad habits. According to the principle of single-blind randomized control, the patients were divided into two groups: 15 patients were assigned to the control group and received routine clinical nursing and oral hygiene education according to the doctor′s prescription; and 15 patients were assigned to the intervention group, in which the PDCA cycle nursing management model was adopted. The four steps of “plan, do, check and act” were carried out. The plaque index (PL), gingival index (GI) and probe depth (PD) in the two groups were recorded before treatment and 3 and 6 months after treatment.
Results:
There was no significant difference in the PL, GI or PD between the intervention group and the control group before treatment (P > 0.05). Three months after treatment, the PL in the intervention group was 1.25 ± 0.44, while the PL in the control group was 1.49 ± 0.39, with a significant difference (t=2.56, P=0.008); the GI in the intervention group was 1.21 ± 0.43, while the GI in the control group was 1.56 ± 0.37, with significant difference (t=2.94, P=0.006); and the PD in the intervention group was 4.39 ± 0.41 while the PD in the control group was 4.47 ± 0.52 mm, with no significant difference (t=2.24, P=0.062). Six months after treatment, the PL in the intervention group was 1.26 ± 0.48, while the PL in the control group was 1.51 ± 0.42, with a significant difference (t=2.66, P=0.007); the GI in the intervention group was 1.34 ± 0.28, while the GI in the control group was 1.74 ± 0.48 (t=2.98, P=0.008); and the PD in the intervention group was 4.46 ± 0.52 mm, while the PD in the control group was 4.54 ± 0.66, with no significant difference (t=2.28, P=0.077).
Conclusion
The PDCA cycle nursing management model can enhance patients′ awareness of oral health maintenance, reduce gingival plaque accumulation, and effectively improve the health status of peri-implant tissues.
