1.Current status and future about maintenance treatment of advanced colorectal cancer
Cancer Research and Clinic 2011;23(8):567-569
Through PubMed, CNKI and other databases to retrieve original documents about the maintenance treatment of advanced colorectal cancer, collect and analyzed research theory and progress in the maintenance treatment of advanced colorectal cancer. The clinical efficacy of maintenance therapy are evaluated and the patient's disease-free survival and quality of life are observed. The Result shows that the maintenance treatment can improve disease-free survival of advanced colorectal cancer patients, and the toxicity of maintenance treatment can still be tolerated. So the maintenance treatment of advanced colorectal cancer has better clinical efficacy, it is worth to study in the future.

Journal of Preventive Medicine 2021;33(1):31-34
Objective:
To analyze the CYP2C19 gene polymorphism in patients with upper digestive system diseases in Anhui Province, so as to provide evidence for individual treatment.
Methods:
The 307 patients with upper digestive system diseases in the Department of Gastroenterology, The 901st Hospital of Combined Service Force of People's Liberation Army were selected. The CYP2C19 genotypes were detected by DNA microarray microarray. The CYP2C19 genotypes and metabolic types in different genders, ages and diseases were analyzed.
Results:
There were 197 males ( 64.17% ) and 110 females ( 35.83% ) , with the age of ( 58.00±16.13 ) years old. The gene frequency of CYP2C19*1, CYP2C19*2 and CYP2C19*3 was 62.70%, 32.25% and 5.05%, respectively. There were 119 cases (38.76%) of *1/*1 ( 636GG, 681GG ), 129 cases ( 42.02% ) of *1/*2 ( 636GG, 681GA ) , 18 cases (5.86%) of *1/*3 ( 636GA, 681GG ) , 29 cases ( 9.45% ) of *2/*2 ( 636GG, 681AA ) , 11 cases ( 3.58% ) of *2/*3 ( 636GA, 681GA ) , and 1 cases ( 0.33% ) of *3/*3 ( 636AA, 681GG ). In terms of metabolisms, there were 119 cases ( 38.76% ) of fast metabolism type, 147 cases (47.88%) of intermediate metabolism type and 41 cases (13.35%) of slow metabolism type. There were no significant differences in CYP2C19 genotypes and metabolic types among the patients with different gender, age and digestive system diseases ( P>0.05 ).
Conclusion
The CYP2C19 genotypes of patients with upper digestive system diseases were polymorphic, mainly the fast metabolism type and the intermediate metabolism type, which could provide reference for the clinical medication of individualized treatment of proton pump inhibitors.

BACKGROUND:Heat Induction Typodont System (HITS) and Double-Slot Lingual Bracket System are patented products of the research group. It is very important to explore a good control of anterior tooth torque on the micro-implant-double-slot lingual bracket system.OBJECTIVE:To provide the experimental basis for force system applied for controlling the anterior tooth torque in lingual orthodontics through Typodont experiment based on the HITS.METHODS:Sixteen Class Ⅱ1 maxillary Typodont models without first premolar were made.Micro-implants were implanted in the lingual region of posterior teeth and labial region of anterior teeth. The direction of the retracting force was adjusted by changing the position of the lingual micro-implant (with a distance of 4,8 mm from the alveolar crest) and the length of the hook (4,8 mm).And lingual retracting force (150,300 g) and labial intruding force (50,100 g) were loaded. The tooth movement by HITS was simulated and the models were scanned before and after force loading. Then the three-dimensional images were reconstructed by Mimics 17.0.Factorial variance analysis was adopted to compare the anterior movement changes under different loading modes.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:When the length of the hook was 4 mm/8 mm and the lingual micro-implant was 6 mm/10 mm from the alveolar crest, the displacement difference between the incisal edge and the root of the anterior teeth was smaller than other groups. The optimal mechanics was 150 g for the lingual retracting force and 100 g for the labial intruding force. It could provide a satisfactory control to the anterior teeth torque when retracting force and labial intruding force were loaded at the same time during the space closing phase of lingual treatment. This study based on HITS provided a scientific basis for the clinical application of micro-implant-double-slot lingual bracket system in space closing phase.

Objective To observe the effect of drug edible of herbal medicine granule on vascular endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 200 cases featuring with cardiovascular blood stasis were chosen from patients who were diagnosed with CHD in Zhengzhou hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2015 to January 2016.All cases were divided into observation group(n=98)and control group(n=102).The observation group was given Xin bao drug edible of herbal medicine granule and conventional drugs, and the control group was given conventional drugs. After 8 weeks of observation, the levels of endothelin(ET-1),nitric oxide(NO)and angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ)were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The serum levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL),and TCM clinical symptom score were compared between the two groups. Results The level of TC of the control group was decreased after treatment(P<0.05);the levels of TC,TG and LDL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of NO,ET-1,Ang-Ⅱ and FMD in the observation group were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).The levels of NO and FMD in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of ET-1 and Ang-Ⅱ were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of TCM clinical symptoms in the observation group were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the total score of palpitations, the times of shortness of breath and clinical symptoms were lower than those in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xin bao drug edible of herbal medicine granule could relieve coronary heart disease blood stasis type of patients with vascular tension, reduce its endothelial cell damage and improve its clinical symptoms.

Objective We characterized the clinical features of sporadic Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease(sCJD)in or?der to diagnose it at the early stage. Methods Seventeen patients with sCJD were enrolled in the study. The clinical data, symptoms at the early stage, result of auxiliary examinations and survival time were analyzed. Results The ratio of male to female was 1:1.83 and the average age of onset was 60 ± 8.8 years old. Most of them presented with walking unstable (82.4%)and hypomnesia (64.7%) as the initial symptom. The occurrence rate was 82.4%, 76.5%and 58.8%for myoclo?nus, colored-ribbon-shaped high signals in cerebral cortex and high signals in basal ganglia of MRI. Periodic synchro?nous discharge (PSD) of electroencephalography(EEG) was seen in 82.4% cases, while cerebrospinal fluid analysis re?vealed positive results for 14-3-3 protein in 70%cases. Twelve patients had been dead in our study. The median surviv?al time was 12±7.7 months. Conclusions sCJD is more frequently occurred in mid-aged and older without specific symp?toms in early stage and positive rate of high signals in cerebral cortex of MRI and PSD of EEG is high.
