Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(8):224-225
Objective To investigate and analyze the influence of psychological intervention on the compliance of patients with hepatitis B treated with pegylated interferon alpha 2a. Methods 100 patients with hepatitis B treated in our hospital from April 2014 to October 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 50 patients in each group. The experimental group and the control group patients were treated with pegylated interferon alpha 2a treatment, treatment time was 48 weeks, no other antiviral therapy. The control group was given routine care, and the experimental group was given psychological intervention on the basis of the control group. The treatment compliance of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results After the corresponding treatment, the score of mental health in the experimental group was (9.94±2.01) points, and the score of mental health in the control group was (6.41±2.27) points. The scores of mental health in the control group were significantly lower than those in the experimental group, with statistical difference (P<0.05). Among the patients in the experimental group, three patients had poor compliance, 20 patients had good compliance, and 27 patients had good treatment compliance, and the compliance rate was 94%. Among the patients in the control group, 15 patients had poor compliance and the rate of compliance was 70%. The rate of good treatment compliance in the control group (70%) was significantly higher than that in the experimental group (94%), with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Ppsychological intervention can significantly improve the treatment compliance of pegylated interferon alpha 2a in patients with hepatitis B, and improve the quality of life of patients, so it has the clinical significance of further promotion and application.

Objective To investigate the effect of alteration of CRELD1 gene expression on the related genes in the endocardial cushion development. Methods Over-expression and silence of CRELD1 gene were realized by the construction of lentiviral vector.Afterwards, the lentiviral vectors were used to infect the human fetal lung fibroblasts (HFL)-I.All of the cells were divided into the following 5 groups:the blank control group, the negative control group of interference, the interference group, the negative control group of over-expression,and the over-expression group.Western blot and real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction were applied to examine the mRNA and protein expression of CRELD1,Sox9,Aggrecan,Scleraxis and Tenascin-C.Results The DNA sequences of 2 recombinant plasmids pLV3-shRNA-CRELD1 and pLV4-CRELD1 matched very well with those which were designed according to the DNA sequence analysis.HFL-I was successfully infected with lentiviral vectors and displayed fluorescent green light under inverted fluorescence microscope. The results of real-time PCR detection and Western blot test were consistent:expressions of Sox9 and Aggrecan in the interference group were significantly higher than those in the negative control group of interference, while the expressions of the 2 genes in the over-expression group were significantly lower than those in the negative control group of over-expression.Expressions of Scleraxis increased in both the interference group and the over-expression group when compared with the negative control groups respectively.Compared to the corresponding negative control groups,Tenascin-C expression decreased markedly in the interference group, whereas it increased significantly in over-expression group. Conclusions CRELD1 gene has negative effect on the expression of the related genes Sox9 and Aggrecan in the endocardial cushion development, whereas it has positive effect on the Tenascin-C expression. It serves as a theoretical framework to illustrate the effect of CRELD1 gene on the atrioventricular septal defect.

International Eye Science 2008;8(2):240-244
Keratorefractive surgery changes the central corneal thickness (CCT) and corneal curvature, which could influence the Goldmann applanation tonometer (GAT) and non-contact tonometer (NCT) measurements of intraocular pressure (IOP), but not dynamic contour tonometer(DCT). During the procedure of LASIK, there is a transient rise of IOP, which increases the risks of optic nerve damage. Meanwhile, the presence of functioning filtering blebs may affect the choice and outcome of refractive surgery, or even becomes a contraindication of surgery. Steroids are typically used after keratorefractive surgery, which could lead to IOP elevation. Hence it is important to monitor IOP after LASIK and to be aware of inaccurate IOP readings due to corneal flap interface fluid. Treating patients with postoperative elevated IOP after keratorefractive surgery is similar to that for patients with glaucoma. This review will address the issues surrounding the safety, relevant complications and implications of keratorefractive surgeries on glaucoma and relevant diagnostic tests.

OBJECTIVETo compare the efficacy between moving cupping at Hechelu combined with rubbing method and western medication for depression of diabetes mellitus (DM).
METHODSTwo hundred and sixteen patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 108 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were treated with moving cupping at Hechelu combined with rubbing method, once every: other day; six treatments were considered as one course, and totally two courses were given with an interval of: 4 days between courses. Patients in the control group were treated with oral administration of fluoxetine hydrochloride capsules, once a day for consecutive 4 weeks. The Hamilton depression scale (HAMD), self-rating depression scale (SDS) and TCM symptom score were measured before treatment, after the treatment and in follow-up visit one and a half months after treatment. The fasting blood glucose was tested before and after treatment. The glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) was tested in the follow-up visit.
RESULTSThe total effective rate was 90.9% (90/99) in the observation group, which was superior to 73.7% (70/95) in the control group (P < 0.05). After the treatment, HAMD, SDS and TCM symptom scores were all reduced apparently in the observation group and the control group (all P < 0.05). After the treatment and the follow-up visit, the TCM symptom score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The levels of HbA1c and GLU were stable in the observation group, and were decreased compared with those before treatment; but the difference between the, two groups was not significant (P > 0.05).
CONCLUSIONThe Hechelu theory-based TCM treatment has better: efficacy for depression of diabetes mellitus than fluoxetine hydrochloride capsule, which has less adverse effects.

Objective To observe the expression of novel URB gene in the differentiation display of 3T3-L1 preadipocytes and the effects of interleukin-6 (IL-6) and pioglitazone (PIO) on URB mRNA expression in 3T3-L1 adipocytes at different times. Method The 3T3-L1 adipocytes were treated with IL-6 and PIO under different concentration and different time phase, and real-time fluorescence monitoring RT-PCR was conducted to measure the URB mRNA level. Fat droplets were verified by oil red O staining. Results 1. URB mRNA level was increased gradually in the whole differentiation process. 2. The expression levels of URB mRNA was decreased along with the treatment of IL-6 in a dose-dependent manner in 3T3-L1 preadipocytes and adipocytes. 3. PIO increased the level of URB mRNA in 3T3-L1 adipocytes, and the reducing effect of IL-6 on URB mRNA could be corrected by PIO. Conclusion URB may be an important adipocytokin which affects energy metabolism and may work as a pharmacological gene target in the future.
