266 patients with the basedow with ages of 24 and over were fully monitored in the nuclear medicine department of Cho Ray hospital to primarily evaluate the results of treatment and the condition of hypothyroidism after the treatment of radioiodine I 131. The weight of thyroid, gender, the concentration I-131 in the thyroid, content of thyroid hormon, dosage distribution, rounds of therapy and complication following the treatment were analysed and evaluated.
