Objective To detect the plasma plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1)and urokinase-type plasminogen activator(uPA)levels in PCOS and control of different BMI.Methods This experiment is divided into PCOS group and control group,PCOS group also divided into obesity and without obesity.To assay plasma PAI-1 and serum uPA of PCOS with or without obesity by enzyme-linked immunosurbent assay(ELISA),and to meassure body mass index(BMI),waist hip ratio(WHR),blood glucose,fasting insulin and IRT.To evaluate insulin resistance with Homa Model and to measure insulin area under curve(AUC).Results LH/FSH,T,blood glucose,HOMA-IR,AUC and the plasma level of PAI-1 were significantly increased in PCOS as compared with normal control,and HOMA-IR,AUC and the plasma level of PAI-1 were also increased in obesity as compared with non-obesity of PCOS(P

Pseudoaneurysm often occurred after trauma and infection. It was seen commonly on limb arteries but rarely on vertebral artery. The case was diagnosed two months after trauma. The pulsatile mass and vascular murmur found through preoperative examination confirmed from the vertebral artery. No complication was observed after surgery.

OBJECTIVEThe aim of the study was to establish a cephalometric normal standard value for Korean in Yanbian China by means of Steiner analysis.

METHODS72 cases of Korean adults in Yanbian with normal occlusion were selected, standard lateral cranial X-ray films were taken and cephalometric Steiner analysis was performed. The data was compared with Korean in Soul of Republic of Korea with normal occlusion.

RESULTS1) Cephalometric Steiner normal standard values, standard deviation and Cheveron analysis chart were established. 2) 1-NB angle of male was significantly bigger than that of female, while GoGn-SN angle of female was significantly bigger than that of male (P<0.05), respectively. 3) There were significant differences on SNA, SNB, ANB, SND, [symbol: see text]-NA (mm),1-NB (except woman) compared with same age group Korean presented by In-Chool Park (P<0.05).

CONCLUSIONThere is a significantly different between male and female Koreans with normal occlusions in Yanbian China. This experiment filled in the blank of stomatology research in Yanbian Korean autonomous region. In the mean while, it completed and supplemented the normal occlude data of different nations in China. The present paper also provided the reference for clinic and scientific research on orthognathic surgeon. At the same time, the experiment provided the evidence for the further research.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the therapeutic effect of Dachaihutang on the development of atherosclerosis (AS) in rabbits and its possible mechanism by detecting the expression level of carnitine patmitoyl transferase-1 (CPT-1) in vascular smooth muscle layer of atherosclerotic rabbits, and search the new way and evidence for AS cures.

METHODThirty six male New Zealand white rabbits were divided randomly into control group, model control group, simvastatin group and Chinese traditional medicine dachaihutang group. After 9 weeks and 20 weeks of treatment, serum total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) levels were examined. At the end of 25 th weeks, histological changes in ascending aorta were studied by HE staining and histomorphometric analysis. The gene expression of CPT-1 in vascular smooth muscle layer of thoracic aorta was detected by semi-quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).

RESULTCompared with model control group, in dachaihutang group serum TC and TG and LDL levels attenuated. Pathomorphology indicated that intima and media (I + M) became thinned, and the ratios of the thickness of intima to media(I/M) and the area of intima to media (SI/SM) were decreased (P < 0.05). Aortic intimal proliferation in Dachaihutang group was associated with a marked increase in CPT-1 expression in vascular smooth muscle layer of thoracic aorta. Compared to simvastatin group, except TG value, other values were higher in Dachaihutang group, however, there were no significant differences between the two groups.

CONCLUSIONThese findings suggest that early treatment with Dachaihutang not only induces a significant regression of arterial lesions of high cholesterol diet rabbits, but also has a crucial inhibited genesis and development of atherosclerosis effect by up-regulating CPT-1 expression in vascular smooth muscle layer.

Objective To investigate the application and advantage of graded management of nurses in clinic work. Methods This subject introduced the method of graded management of nurses in general surgery department, in order to improve methods of nursing personnel, scheduling, training and allocation. Then, the clinical basic nursing of quality and the patients' degree of satisfaction were compared and analyzed after and before application to graded management. Results Nurses' responsibility was strengthened obviously, patients' rate of satisfaction reached 99% and the quality of nursing improved, which was higher than before, and there was statistical difference (P < 0.05 ). Conclusions The mode of graded management makes nursing human resource more reasonably, and meets the need of clinical nursing work, so it is better than common management mode.

Objective To investigate the roles and mechanisms of siRNA targeted lipocalin 2 (Lcn 2) gene silencing on hypoxia-induced cell apoptosis in retinal ganglion cells (RGC-5).Methods RGC-5 cells were subjected to hypoxic condition for various time duration (0 h,4 h,8 h,12 h,24 h,48 h),and quantitative real-time PCR and Western blot were used to evaluate the expression of Lcn 2 in mRNA and protein levels.Cells were divided into 4 groups:control group,hypoxia group,siNC + hypoxia group,in which cells were transfected with negative control for siRNA,and then subjected to hypoxic condition for 24 h,and siLcn 2 + hypoxia group,in which cells were transfected with Lcn 2 siRNA,and then subjected to hypoxic condition for 24 h).Next,cell apoptotic rate and Caspase-3 activity were detected using ELISA.The fluorescence intensity of reactive oxygen species (ROS) was assayed using DCFH-DA kit,and mitochondrial membrane potential assay kit was used to evaluate the mitochondrial membrane potential.Finally,the expression levels of cleaved-Caspase-3 (c-Caspase-3),cleaved-PARP (c-PARP),Bax,Bcl-2 and cytochrome C (Cyto C) were detected using Western blot.Results In the hypoxia group,Lcn 2 mRNA level at 4 h,8 h,12 h,24 h and 48 h was higher than that at 0 h (all P ＜0.05).Meanwhile,Lcn 2 protein level at 12 h,24 h and 48 h was also higher than that at 0 h (all P ＜ 0.05).Cell apoptotic rate in the hypoxia group (138.33％ ± 13.76％) was significantly higher than that in the control group (99.66％ ± 2.86％) (P ＜ 0.05),and siLcn 2 + hypoxia group (105.02％ ± 8.60％) was lower than siNC + hypoxia group (142.33％ ± 6.54％) (P ＜ 0.05).In addition,compared with the control group,the relative activity of Caspase-3 and the relative expression of c-Caspase-3 and c-PARP in the hypoxia group were all upregulated (all P ＜ 0.05);whereas the relative activity of Caspase-3 and the relative expression of c-Caspase-3 and c-PARP in the siLcn2 + hypoxia group were downregulated compared with the siNC + hypoxia group (all P ＜ 0.05).Moreover,the fluorescence intensity of ROS in the hypoxia group (4.26 0.63) was more enhanced than that in the control group (1.03 ± 0.11) (P ＜ 0.05),and the siLcn2 + hypoxia group (3.10 ± 0.24) was lower than siNC + hypoxia group (4.73 ± 0.26) (P ＜ 0.05).Furthermore,mitochondrial membrane potential,Cyto C expression and the relative ratio of Bax to Bcl-2 in the siLcn2 + hypoxia group was lower than those in the siNC + hypoxia group.Conclusion Lcn 2 Lcn2 gene silencing can inhibit cell apoptosis and ROS production induced by hypoxia,which may be achieved by suppressing mitochondrial apoptosis signaling pathway.

Objective:To explore the mediating effect of social support and exercise self-efficacy on the intrinsic capacity of community-dwelling older adults and healthy aging, so to provide a basis for improving the healthy aging of community-dwelling older adults.Methods:From January to July 2022, cluster random sampling was used to select 1 303 community-dwelling older adults from Urumqi City as the research subject. The survey was conducted using the General Information Questionnaire, Healthy Aging Instrument, Intrinsic Capacity Questionnaire, Social Support Rating Scale, and Exercise Self Efficacy Scale for Aged People in Community. The conceptual model was used to explore the relationship among social support, exercise self-efficacy, intrinsic capacity, and healthy aging in community-dwelling older adults. A total of 1 303 questionnaires were distributed, and 1 042 valid questionnaires were collected, with an effective response rate of 80%.Results:Among 1 042 community-dwelling older adults, the scores of the Intrinsic Capacity Questionnaire, Healthy Aging Instrument, Social Support Rating Scale, and Exercise Self Efficacy Scale for Aged People in Community were [1.00 (0, 2.00) ] , [146.00 (133.75, 155.00) ] , [41.00 (36.00, 46.00) ] and [51.00 (39.00, 61.00) ] , respectively. The intrinsic capacity of community-dwelling older adults was negatively correlated with social support, exercise self-efficacy, and healthy aging ( r=-0.112, -0.121, -0.120, P<0.01) , and social support and exercise self-efficacy were positively correlated with healthy aging (r=0.129, 0.113, P<0.01) . Bootstrap mediating effect test showed that the mediating effect of social support and exercise self-efficacy between the intrinsic capacity of community-dwelling older adults and healthy aging was established, with a mediating effect value of -0.477, accounting for 24.75% of the total effect. The path effect value of intrinsic capacity→ social support→ healthy aging was -0.262, accounting for 54.93% of the mediating effect value. The path effect value of intrinsic capacity → exercise self-efficacy→ healthy aging was -0.214, accounting for 44.86% of the mediating effect value. Conclusions:In the community elderly population, social support and exercise self-efficacy can play a mediating role between intrinsic capacity and healthy aging. Community health care providers should pay attention to the internal capacity of the older adults, improve social support and exercise self-efficacy, and thus promote the realization of healthy aging of the older adults.

Objective: To investigate the effect of cartilage tissue engineering scaffold PVA/ι-CA on the biological behavior of the ATDC-5 cells,and to evaluate its feasibility on constructing tissue engineering cartilage. Methods:The polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)and carrageenan were used to make the composite scaffold material PVA/ι-CA according to a certain proportion by physical blending technology and repeated freezing thawing method,and the porosity and pore size of PVA/ι-CA were detected.The ATDC-5 cells were seeded into the composite scaffold and its growth was observed; the expressions of collagen type Ⅱ in the ATDC-5 cells were tested by immunohistochemical staining and immunofluorescence staining; the morphology of the ATDC-5 cells was confirmed by Toluidine blue staining.The growth and secretion of extracellular matrix of the ATDC-5 cells were observed under scanning electron microscope (SEM);the proliferative rates of ATDC-5 cells in composite scaffold materials in negative control group (added with DMEM culture media)and experimental group (added with DMEM contain scaffold)were determined by MTT assay.The composite scaffolds were implanted subcutaneously in the SD rats.The histocompatibility and vascularization in vivo of the composite scaffolds were evaluated.Results:The average porosity of cartilage tissue engineering scaffold PVA/ι-CA was (86.88±3.88)%,and the average pore size was 20-40 μm.The HE staining results showed that the ATDC-5 cells grew well with the polygon and plumpness morphology. All the samples were stained positive for collagen type Ⅱ by immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence staining,which verified the normal phenotype of chondrocytes on the scaffolds. All the sample were stained positive for toluidine blue staining,which verified ECM deposition of the ATDC-5 cells on the scaffolds.The number of the positive cells was significantly increased with the prolongation of time.After cultured for 7 d,few of the ATDC-5 cells presented polygonal;after cultured for 14 d,the ATDC-5 cells distributed more densely,and contacted with each other on the scaffold;after cultured for 21 - 28 d,the ATDC-5 cells filled the interconnected pores of the scaffolds,synthesizing a significant amount of neo-formed ECM.The proliferation of ATDC-5 cells in PVA/ι-CA grew fast during 7-14 d,and it became slow during 21-28 d;the difference was not statistically significant compared with control group (P >0.05).The subcutaneous implantation results showed the inflammatory reactions were slight at the early stage and eviated gradually,there was an increasing angiogenesis at the late stage,and the degradation and absorption of the meterial were slight.Conclusion:PVA/ι-CA composite material will be an ideal material for the cartilage tissue engineering.

Objective: To evaluate the effects of exercise intervention on musculoskeletal disorders (MSD) in nursing staff. Methods: In september 2021, we searched the articles on exercise intervention for nurses with musculoskeletal diseases in Embase, PubMed, ClinicalTrails, Wanfang, CNKI and other databases in September 2021, and the search period was from database creation to August 2021. The quality of article was evaluated by Cochrane bias risk assessment tool and MINORS. The systematic review method with narrative synthesis was used to analyze the research results. Results: A total of 7 studies were included, including 6 randomized controlled trials and 1 quasi-experiment. The sample size of the experimental group was 276, and the control group was 273. Depending on the type of exercise intervention, muscle strength training, muscle strength training+stretch/flexibility training, Back School program can reduce the local pain of nursing staff. Among them, muscle strength training can improve the nursing staff's muscle function and quality of life, muscle strength training+stretching/flexibility training can increase muscle strength, range of physical activity and self-efficacy, the Back School program is effective for improving poor posture. Conclusion: Exercise intervention is effective on controlling musculoskeletal disorder symptoms in nursing staff, managers can develop exercise strategies for different MSD symptoms.

Plaque pH detection technology can detect the risk of caries and assist in the prevention of caries, with a mature theory and a relatively simple operation. With the increasing demand for clinical caries risk detection technology and the rapid development of microelectrode techniques, there is an increasing variety of types of microelectrodes that can detect the pH of dental plaque, including glass microelectrodes, metal oxide microelectrodes and ion-sensitive field effect transistors. The glass microelectrode was the first microelectrode to be applied in this field, but its structure is weak. Among the various options, the iridium oxide microelectrode has become the most promising caries risk detection electrode in recent years because of its high strength and excellent response. Metal oxide microelectrodes can also effectively compensate for the insufficient strength of glass microelectrodes. With advances in electrode technology, miniaturized, sensitive ion-sensitive field effect transistors have attracted the attention of researchers. Scientists have also recently developed a way to detect the pH of dental plaque with an optical no-contact technique. Optical contactless detection technology will not damage the dental plaque structure, so it has great research and clinical prospects. Future research will further improve the strength and performance of these electrodes on the premise of ensuring miniaturization and achieving noncontact detection.
