Objective To study on preparation and encapsulation of Curcumin liposomes. Method Liposome was prepared by five kinds of methods, determining the encapsulation efficiency by Visible Spectrophotomery on 424 nm. Result The envelopment ratio of Curcumin liposome made by the method of ethanol injection was 73.5%. Conclusion The preparation process of ethanol injection is simple and apt to control. The new form of prepared drug can improve bioavailability of Curcumin.
2.The contrast between 12 faculties of dentistry in America and our college in stomatology educa-tion

The beginning of stomatology education in China is much later than America,and the education model is different from each other. This article compares the educational system,the requirements of enrollment and teaching between College of Stomatology of Shanghai Jiao Tong University and 12 Faculties of Dentistry in America,so as to find both the similarities and the dif-ferences,and then give some advice to improve the education system of stomatology in China.
3.Mechanism of hypoxia inducing factor-1α in low endometrial receptivity

Objective To study the mechanism of hypoxia inducing factor-1α(HIF-1α)pathway in establishment of hypoxia inducing low endometrial receptivity.Methods RL95-2 cell lines.the ideal model of study ER,were cultured in hypoxia condition induced by CoCl2,and the expression of mRNA and protein of HIF-1α and tumor necrosis factor like weak inducer of apoptosis(TWEAK)were measured by reverse transcription-PCR and western blot. The apoptosis rate was analyzed by flow eytometry.Then the mechanism confirmed by comparing the two factors in endometrium and the ultra-appearance of inflammatory reaction and apoptosis between recurrent spontaneous abortion women and control women.Results (1)On difierent time point(0,12,24,48 hour),mRNA expression of HIF-1α were 0.272±0.010,0.354±0.020,0.591±0.020.0.890±0.020,while the expression of TWEAK were 0.104±0.010,0.510±0.020,1.021±0. 020, 1. 237 +0. 040, respectively, the expression level between 12, 24, 48 and 0 hour all showed significant differences (P<0. 05 ). (2) Protein expression of HIF-1α were 0. 853 +0. 010, 0. 931 ±0. 030,1. 124±0.010, 1.317±0.0 20 respectively, while was 0.042±0.010, 0.091 ±0.010, 0. 131±0.020,0. 205 ±0. 030 in TWEAK expression, the different level were statistically significant ( P<0. 05 ). ( 3 )With longer culture under hypoxia, the cell apoptosis rate increased obviously. The apoptosis rate of each time point were ( 3.2±1.4 ) %, ( 16. 2 ±3.2 ) %, ( 26. 3±3.5 ) %, ( 31.8±3.5 )%, the differences between 12, 24, 48 and 0 hour had significance (P <0. 05). (4) The positive rate of HIF-1α stained in epithelium cells and stroma cells of test group were 32. 3%, 8.4% and 16. 7%, 7. 3% in control group. The positive rate of TWEAK were 28. 3%, 3.9% in recurrent spontaneous abortion group and 11.6%, 2. 7% in control group ( P <0. 05 ). The ultra-appearance of inflammatory cell infiltrated and apoptosis were obvious in test group. Conclusions Cell inflammation reaction and apoptosis induced by HIF-1α pathway may participate the mechanism of hypoxia inducing low endometrial receptivity. HIF-1α might become a novel target for improving poor endometrial receptivity.
4.Nursing care of 7 patients with liver cirrhosis during pregnancy and childbirth

This paper reports the nursing care of 7 patients with liver cirrhosis during pregnancy and childbirth. During the pregnancy period,nursing care focused on integrated management,monitoring of the dynamic changes of liver cirrhosis and individualized care. During delivery and perioperative period,supportive treatment was implemented and complications such as upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage,postpartum hemorrhage and infections were prevented. The 7 patients got through the perinatal period safely.
5.Preparation of rhubarb lactobacillin dispersible tablets

Objective: To obtain the optimum prescription of the rhubarb lactobacillin dispersible tablets.Methods: The kind and amount of the excipient were investigated by using the disintegrating time to establish the optimum prescription and preparation process.Results: The tablets were prepared by compressing moist granulation with the PVPP and CMS-Na as the disintegrant,MCC as diluent,sodium alginate as sweller,magnesium stearate as lubricant and 80% alcohol as adhesive agent.The preparation complied with the requirement of Pharmacopeia of the People's Republic of China(2005edition).Conclusion: This prescription of the tablet is reasonable and the preparation process is feasible.
6.The expremental research of sodium ferulate on asthmatic guinea pig

Aim To evaluate the pharmacological effects of sodi um ferulate on asthmatic guinea pigs. Methods Guinea pigs were sensit ized by ovalbumin. Two weeks later,ment of Sodium ferulate were injected every d ay five minutes before inhale, the guinea pigs were killed 7 days later. Granul ocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF), interleukin-4 (IL-4), interleukin-5(IL-5), Eosinophil cationic protein (ECP) in serum were measured by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and fluoroimmunoassay method, the e osinophils (EOSs) were counted and the phosphodiesterase (PDE) in the bronchoalv eolar lavage fluid(BALF) were determined by inverse high-performance liquid chr omatography (HPLC) method. Result After treatment with sodium f erulate for one week at the dose of 25,50,100 mg?kg -1 respectively, th e GM-CSF, IL-4, IL-5 contents were inhibited as compared with the untreated g roup in a dose dependent manner.The count of eosinophil was decreased.The activi ty of PDE of cell in BALF and the level of ECP were decreased.Conclusion Sodium ferulate attenuates the GM-CSF, IL-4, IL-5 in serum and eosi nophils and the activity of PDE and ECP and has protective effect in asthmatic g uinea pig.
7.Efficacy of endoscopic radial incision (ERI) for benign stricture of upper digestive system

Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of endoscopic radial incision (ERI) for benign stricture of upper digestive system. Methods Patients with benign esophageal or gastric stricture (including anastomotic stricture, stricture after ESD and caustic stricture) were enrolled in this study. The stage of stricture, length of the lesion and the thickness of the scar were recorded. ERI (maybe associated with balloon dilatation) were performed. Post-opera-tive symptoms, complications and follow-up were also recorded. Results 7 patients were enrolled and all received ERI, and 4 additional balloon dilatation were done. Dysphagia in all patients relieved. 1 case with hemorrhage oc-curred and relieved with conservative treatment. Majority of the patients got long-term remission after 1~2 times of ERI. Conclusion ERI is safe and effective for benign stricture of upper digestive system. It may prolong the dyspha-gia-free period, worth clinical promotion.
8.Intra-sinus thrombolysis by using urokinase may improve the outcomes in patients with cerebral venous sinus thrombosis

Objective To compare the effects of intra-sinus thrombolysis by using urokinase and heparin anticoagulation alone for cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST).Methods Consecutive inpatients with CVST were enrolled retrospectively.Their demographic and clinical data were collected.The treatment mainly consists of intra-sinus thrombolysis by using urokinase and heparin anticoagulation alone.The outcomes were evaluated according to the modified Rankin scale (mRS) at 6 months.The mRS score < 2 was defined as good outcome,and ≥2 was defined as poor outcome.Results A total of 36 patients were enrolled,including intra-sinus thrombolysis by using urokinase (n =18) and heparin anticoagulation alone (n =18).Twenty-one had good outcomes and 15 had poor outcomes.After treatment,the recanalization rate (94.4% vs.66.7% ;x2 =3.850,P=0.041) of the urokinase thrombolysis group and the good outcome rate at 6 months (72.2% vs.44.4% ; x2 =3.827,P =0.046) were significantly higher than those of the heparin anticoagulation group.The proportion of the patients receiving intra-sinus thrombolysis by using urokinase of the good outcome group was significantly higher than that of the heparin anticoagulation group (60.0% vs.18.2 % ; x2 =5.360,P =0.021).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the intrasinus thrombolysis by using urokinase was an independent protective factor for good outcomes in patients with CVST (odds ratio,1.085,95% confidence interval 1.024-1.361; P=0.023),and the high coagulation state was its independent risk factor (odds ratio,0.185,95% confidence interval 0.049-0.611;P=0.004).None of the patients occurred symptomatic cerebral hemorrhage.Conclusions Intra-sinus thrombolysis with urokinase may improve the outcomes for patients with CVST,and it is superior to the heparin anticoagulation alone.
9.Influence of Liang-Xue-Huo-Xue (LXHX) Capsule on Apoptosis of Cultured Keratinocytes

Objective To investigate the pharmacological mechanism of LXHX capsule. Methods The skin specimens from psoriasis patients were examined with TUNEL (terminal deoxynucleotidyl trans-ferase-mediated dUTP-biotin nick end labeling) technique to detect the apoptosis of keratinocytes. PCNA (proliferating cell nuclear antigen) detecting kits was used, too. Then, the flow cytometry, with AnnexinV/PI and PI dyeing method, was used to analysis the effect of LXHX capsule on apoptosis in cultured keratinocytes. Results There was an increasing of both cell apoptosis and proliferation in psoriatic epidermis and LXHX capsule could induce apoptosis. Conclusions The keratinocyte apoptosis and proliferation both increased in psoriasis, which reach a new balance in a higher level. LXHX capsule could induce apoptosis in vitro, which may be one of the pharmacological mechanisms of LXHX in treating psoriasis.
10.Bioinformatical analysis of the specific allergen pTSX1 cDNA clone of Humulus pollen in allergic asthma

Objective To make a bioinformatical analysis of the specific allergen pTSX1 cDNA clone obtained from Humulus pollen in allergic asthma by immunological screening and gene cloning. Methods Bioinformatical approaches, including sequence analysis, sequence alignment, genetic makeup, protein structure and function prediction, were used. Results The analysis of the specific allergen pTSX1 cDNA showed that the gene had no reading frame and coded a protein with 204 amine acids. The analysis of amine acids sequence coded by the pTSX1 cDNA showed that the protein identity of this gene product might be one of ribosomal proteins. Conclusion The pTSX1 cDNA cloned from Humulus pollen in allergic asthma is a new gene, and the protein coded by pTSX1 gene may be one of ribosomal proteins.
