Changes in heart rate of fetal is function regulating performance of the circulatory system and the central nervous system, it is significant to detect heart rate of fetus in perinatal fetal. This paper puts forward the fetal heart rate detection method based on short time Fourier transform and blind source separation. First of all, the mixed ECG signal was preprocessed, and then the wavelet transform technique was used to separate the fetal ECG signal with noise from mixed ECG signal, after that, the short-time Fourier transform and the blind separation were carried on it, and then calculated the correlation coefficient of it, Finally, An independent component that it has strongest correlation with the original signal was selected to make FECG peak detection and calculated the fetal instantaneous heart rate. The experimental results show that the method can improve the detection rate of the FECG peak (R), and it has high accuracy in fixing peak(R) location in the case of low signal-noise ratio.

Hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer (HNPCC) is a distinct autosomal dominant syndrome, accounting for 5%-10% of the total colorectal cancer population. To date, we have noticed that patients with HNPCC inherit a germline mutation in one of the genes responsible for repair of DNA mismatch errors. Tumors of HNPCC show a high frequency of microsatellite instability. Identifying individuals afflicted with HNPCC has implications for surgical management, prognosis, follow up, and surveillance of HNPCC patients and family members at risk.

Objective To measure the expressions of miR-203 and its downstream target genes p63 and survivin in psoriasis vulgaris lesions.Methods Tissue specimens were collected from lesions of 30 patients with psoriasis vulgaris and normal skin of 30 healthy human controls.Real-time PCR was performed to detect miR-203 mRNA expression with U6 as the internal control,as well as p63 and survivin mRNA expressions with glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) as the internal control,and Western blot to measure the protein expressions of miR-203 targets p63 and survivin.Statistical analysis was carried out by t test for intergroup comparisons and by Pearson correlation analysis for the analysis of correlation between miR-203,p63 and survivin expressions in psoriasis vulgaris lesions.Results Compared with the normal control skin,psoriasis vulgaris lesions showed significantly decreased mRNA expression level (2-△△C△△Ct) of miR-203 (0.41 ± 0.11,t =3.16,P ＜ 0.05),but increased mRNA expression levels of p63 (4.79 ± 0.63,t =4.72,P＜ 0.05) and survivin (3.43 ± 0.46,t =4.35,P＜ 0.05).The protein expression levels of p63 and survivin in these lesions were (2.40 ± 0.23) times (t =3.87,P ＜ 0.05) and (3.49 ± 0.14) times (t =4.36,P ＜ 0.05) those in the normal control skin respectively.In psoriasis vulgaris lesions,the mRNA expression level of miR-203 showed a significantly negative correlation with that of survivin (r =-0.36,P ＜ 0.05) and p63 (r =-0.43,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion miR-203 and its downstream target genes p63 and survivin may participate in the occurrence of psoriasis vulgaris.

AIM: To observe the effects of Yangxue qingnao-containing serum on rat vascular smooth muscle cell (VSMC) proliferation induced by lysophosphatidic acid (LPA). METHODS: The [ 3H]-TdR incorporation and mitogen-activated protein kinasc (MAPK) activity were measured in cultured VSMC. End product of lipid peroxidation-MDA levels were also detected. RESULTS: 1?10 -9 ,1?10 -8 and 1?10 -7 mol/L LPA enhanced the cultured VSMC [ 3H]-TdR incorporation, increased MAPK activity and MDA content in a concentration-dependent manner. 5%, 10% and 15% Yangxue qingnao-containing serum concentration-dependently inhibited the increase in VSMC [ 3H]-TdR incorporation, MAPK activity and MDA content induced by LPA. CONCLUSIONS: LPA has a stimulating effect on VSMC proliferation. The LPA-induced intracellular signal transduction may be related to MAPK activity. Yangxue qingnao can efficiently inhibit LPA -induced VSMC proliferation,MAPK activity and lipid peroxidation. [

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of microlaryngeal surgery through the suspension laryngoscopy under general anesthesia.Methods The clinical data of 298 patients underwent microlaryngeal surgery through laryngoscope under general anesthesia to resect the vocal cord were retrospectively analyzed.Results It was possible to completely cut off the pathological tissue.All cases were followed up for 3 months,260 cases were cured,25 cases had improvement,only 6 cases had no improvement.The cure rate was 89.3％,the total effective rate was 97.9％,and no serious complications occurred.Conclusion It has good clinical efficacy to treat the benignant pathological changes of vocal cord,it can improve the malignant tumors of vocal cord.Strict operation indications and operation technique can prevent serious complications.

Objective To explore the mechanism ofTiaozhong Huatan Anshen Mixture (THAM). Methods A total of 200 healthy Kunming mice were randomly and equally divided into first, second, third and fourth major groups. Each major group was further equally divided into blank group, control group and high, medium, low dose THAM groups. Each group was given an equal volume of NS, estazolam, or high, medium, or low dose THAM by gavage for 7 d. For the first major group, the changes in number of spontaneous activities after administration were evaluated. For the second major group, 60 min after administration, each group was given pentobarbital sodium (30 mg/kg body weight, minimum dose for all mice sleeping) by intraperitoneal injection, and the sleep time was recorded. For the third major group, 60 min after administration, each group was given pentobarbital sodium (15 mg/kg body weight, maximum dose for 90%-100% of all mice having righting reflex) by intraperitoneal injection. The number of mice falling asleep was recorded, and the sleep rate was calculated. For the fourth major group, mice were sacrificed after continuous administration 15 d. They were quickly removed brain tissue;homogenates were taken out in batches;5-HT and 5-HIAA levels in brain tissues were determined according to fluorescence spectrophotometric.Results Compared with the blank group, all treated groups had a reduced number of spontaneous activities, a shortened sleep latency, a prolonged sleep time, and an increased sleep rate after administration (P<0.01,P<0.05), with the most significant changes seen in the control group and high-dose THAM group (P<0.05), with out statistical significance between the two groups (P>0.05). Compared with the blank group, brain 5-HT and 5-HIAA levels in all treated groups increased in mice (P<0.01,P<0.05), with the most significant changes seen in the high-dose THAM group (P<0.05).Conclusion THAM has a significant sedative-hypnotic effect. The mechanism may be related to increasing brain 5-HT synthesis and metabolism.
