The content of carboxylate ions in marine sulfate polysaccharide 911 was determined by conductometric titration. In the mean while, the sample was transformed with cation exchange resin, the molar ratio of sufate ions to carboxylate ions was determined. The results showed that conductometric titration is a simple, rapid and accurate method.
3.Establishment and evaluation of indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for detecting the concentration of trypsiongen activation peptides
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2006;0(03):-
Objective To establish an ELISA method for detection of the concentration of TAP in human urine samples. Methods TAP-BSA was used as coating antigen. The TAP was a competitor to TAP-BSA. They reacted to the limited amount of monoclonal antibody against TAP.Results The optimal concentration of the coating antigen was 250ng/ml.The dilutions of monolclonal antibody against TAP and sheep anti-mouse IgG were 25?g/ml and 1∶4 000 respectively. The optimal range was from 0.69 to 1 000ng/ml.The assay provided a sensitivity of 0.69ng/ml.The coefficients of variation of intra-assay and inter-assay were 9.10% and 10.33% respectively. The average recovery rate of TAP was 97.70%.Conclusion The indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay is established.

Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2016;25(9):1-5
The semantic construction of EHR information model has experienced a developmental process from es-tablishing core data set and modeling to two-level modeling, which are usually used in combination in construction of information models at present. In general, the framework (reference model), necessary elements (core data set) and technical specifications for EHR information model were first established when its top architecture was de-signed, which was followed by the establishment of different medical concepts, subjects and special archetypes for different departments according to the framework standards.

Objective To explore the clinic value of blood loss during and after cesarean section in women with scarred uterus. Methods From July 2007 to December 2008, thirty-six women with scarred uterus received weighing methods to evaluate the actual blood loss during and after cesarean section in Yuhuangding hospital, while 98 cases without pregnant complications were chosen as control. Results In women with scarred uterus, the blood loss during operation Was (372.4 ± 180.0) ml, and the total amount after 2 hours and 24 hours were (444.7± 228.2) ml and (527.4 ±251.6) ml respectively, which were higher than corresponding values in control group (P < 0. 05). The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in scarred uterus was 47.2%, higher than that in control group (P < 0. 05). There were no significant differences between two groups in the tests of hemoglobin and coagulation functions (P > 0. 05). Conclusions Scarred uterus may be one of the important reasons which lead to postpartum hemorrhage. The clinical treatment of pregnant women with scarred uterus should focus on the prevention of blood loss during the cesarean section.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2013;(49):8474-8480
BACKGROUND:According to the previous studies, it is known that bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells live in the physiological environment of lower oxygen concentration compared with the common culture concentration (20%-21%). Hypoxia can promote bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells proliferation and maintain the characteristics of differentiation potential.
OBJECTIVE:To understand the biological characteristics of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells after hypoxic preconditioning, and search for in vitro basis for bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells therapy in vivo with hypoxic preconditioning strategy.
METHODS:After passage and inoculation, bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells were cultured in the hypoxic incubator (1%O2, 5%CO2). Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells cultured in the normoxic incubator (20%O2, 5%CO2) served as controls.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Compared with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells cultured under normoxia (20%O2), bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells cultured under hypoxia (1%O2) began to display exponential growth phase after a longer incubation period. Hypoxia (1%O2) was not the lethal condition for bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. cellsurvival rates of both groups reduced over time, while those of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells cultured under normoxia reduced faster (P<0.05). Surface markers expression of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, including CD29(+), CD90(+), CD31(-), CD45(-), after hypoxic preconditioning did not change greatly when compared with the results before hypoxic preconditioning. The hypoxia preconditioned bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells did not differentiate into vascular endothelial cells. Hypoxia-inducible factor-1αprotein expression was promoted after 24 hours to 48 hours hypoxic preconditioning, and there was significant difference between the two time points (P<0.05). Vascular endothelial growth factor expression increased at both transcriptional and protein levels after 48 hours hypoxic preconditioning (P<0.05). Culture under hypoxia (1%O2) does not produce a lethal effect on bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and can be used for hypoxic preconditioning. Surface markers of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells after 48 hours hypoxic preconditioning exhibit no great changes and the hypoxia preconditioned bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells maintain the characteristics of stemness. Hypoxic preconditioning can promote the ability of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells to survive under hypoxia/ischemic condition. The activation of the hypoxic response signal transduction pathway through hypoxia-inducible factor-1αmay explain this.

Objective:By analyzing the benefits of hospitalization and outpatient of New Rural Cooperative Medical System (NCMS) in Anhui, to provide suggestions for further improving NCMS. Methods: The peasants in Anhui were surveyed by analyzing relevant data to get and analyze the benefits of peasants under the changes of NCMS. Results: The actual compensation ratio of hospitalization and the actual outpatient compensation ratio are all increased, the actual outpatient compensation ratio also increased, the coverage of benefit has expanded, but the average self-pay costs did not decrease significantly due to increase of medical expenses. Conclusion: To further improve the benefit of the peasants, it needs to broadly spread the policy, strengthen the supervision of medical institutions and implement the Catastrophic Medical Insurance Policy.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2015;29(12):1115-1117
OBJECTIVE:
To describe and analyze the clinical characteristics of nasopharyngeal teratoma in infants and improve the levels of diagnosis and treatment to reduce misdiagnosis.
METHOD:
The clinical data of 11 cases of nasopharyngeal teratoma in infants were reviewed retrospectively and summarized the clinical features. After the preoperative examination of nasopharyngeal endoscopy and imaging (CT or MRI), all patients were under general anesthesia of nasopharyngeal teratoma surgical resection. Of them, 8 cases were used radiofrequency ablation, 3 cases used conventional power systems.
RESULT:
Eleven cases with neoformation were completely removed, the operation time was 5-15 min, blood loss was 1-5 ml, patients had no significant nasal obstruction, bleeding, eating nasopharyngeal regurgitation, breathing difficulties or other complications. No recurrence was found after 10 months to 9 years followed up.
CONCLUSION
The nasopharyngeal mass must be kept in mind in the differential diagnosis of breathing difficulties in infants, especially when it exists together with upper airway obstruction symptoms; The low-temperature radiofrequency ablation with endoscopic had the advantages of short time, precise control, less bleeding, clear operative field, little injury and pain, low recurrence, providing a new clinical treatments.

Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2017;26(2):83-85,90
PET-CT is the only current medical imaging technology to provide both metabolic and morphologic information in anatomical configuration mode, with high sensitivity and non-invasion.As one of the optimal measures in tumor diagnosis and therapy,abnormally-increased FDG uptake of some subtypes therefore makes an increasing application of PET-CT in lymphoma. The progress of PET-CT in lymphoma will be summarized in this paper based on the reports from the 58th American Society of Hematology Annual Meeting.
