Objective: To study the early postoperative nutritional support of the renal transplantation. Methods:The early intake and nutrition were analysed in 64 case who received the operation of renal transplantation. The patients were divided into group A (32 patients, high amount of nitrogen intake) and group B (32 patients, low amount of nitrogen intake) according to the different amount of actural nutritional intake during the period of postoperative three weeks. On the 21st day of post operation, the changes of the nitrogen balance, weight, albumin, hemoglobin, serum lipids and renal function were evaluated. Results:The nitrogen balance of group A was better than that of group B. But there was no significant difference in weight between the two groups. The level of serum albumin of group A was higher than that of group B. But there was no significant difference in hemoglobin level between the two groups. The level of Apro A of group A was higher than that of group B. The improvement of renal function of group A was less than that of group B. Conclusions:The result suggests that the amount of nitrogen intake in early stage of post operation of renal transplantation should be controlled so that the transplanted kidney could work better.

Objective Analyzing the distribution of 1476 strains of clinical common pathogens and their antimicrobial resistance, provide reference the reasonable use of antimicrobial drugs for clinical.Methods Using BD company PHOEIX-100 Automatic Pathogen Identification to Pathogen identify 1476 strains of pathogens which were got from the various isolated and cultivated samples which were examined from 2009 January to 2010 August and its antibacterial Drug Susceptibility Test, then with WHONET5. 3 system to analyze monitoring data of the pathogen distribution and resistance. Results In 1476 strains of pathogens isolated, gram-negative bacteria had 1206 strains occupying 81.7% ; Gram-positive cocci had 270 stains occupying 18. 3%. The most common detected pathogen were Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae,Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, which accounted for 20. 2% ,17. 5% ,13. 2% ,11.4%.The ESBLs producing E. coli and K. pneumoniae accounted for 65. 9% ,48. 1% ; Also methicillin-resistant S. aureus (MRSA) accounted for 79. 2% and methicillin-resistant coagulase-negative staphylococci (MRCNS) accounted for 68.4%. It isnt found yet that grape genus to vancomycin, nitrofurantoin can resist drug.Gram-negative bacilli to antimicrobial vinyl hydrocarbon mold degree of sensitivity is high. Conclusion The isolated pathogen's resistance of drug is widespread. It is important to guide clinical reasonable use of antibiotics and control infectious pathogens that carry out continuous monitoring of drug resistance.

Objective To study the relationship between the ascites, plasma ICAM-1 level and TMN stages in the patients with gastric cancers. Methods 35 gastric cancer patients were enrolled in this study. Flow cytometry and ELISA were used to quantitatively detect the ICAM-1 in gastric cancer ells and sICAM-1 in ascites and plasma of the gastric cancer patients, respectively. Objective To investigate the common cause,inducement and treatment response in patients with status epileptic(SE) in children,in order to improve the level of prevention and treatment of the disease.Methods Valium and chloral hydrate be used in the patient untreated,followed with luminal.Deparkin injection be used in the patient uncontrolled,followed with syrup.Results Of 21 patients,3 cases with epilepsy hadn′t been treated;6 cases with epilepsy hadn′t been treated regularlly;3 cases with epilepsy place respiratory infection;4 cases were the first attack with no inducement;3 cases were suffering from viral encephalitis.Four cases with epilepsy were died who hadn′t been treated regularly.Deparkin might be helpful in treatment with SE,but poor control in patients with long time attacks.Conclusions The attack and prognosis of SE are closely relative to original sick.It is important to prevent the attack.Early diagnosis is the key factor to improve prognosis.

Objective To analyze the function of let-7e in the carcinogenesis of non-small-cell lung cancer.Methods The microRNA let-7e expression levels in cancer tissues and adjacent normal lung tissues were detected by quantitative real-time reverse transcription-PCR from 35 non-small-cell lung cancer patients,U6 RNA as an actin.Results The expression of microRNA let-7e in cancer tissues was significantly higher than adjacent normal lung tissues (10.111±6.135,P ＜ 0.0001),there was a significantly different between squamous carcinoma group (9.635±8.300) and adenocarcinoma group (10.301 ±5.228,P ＜ 0.05),independently of sex,smoking history,stage,and histologic characteristics of the tumor.Conclusion The expression of microRNA let-7e in cancerous tissues is high,microRNA let-7e should play oncogene role in process of non-small-cell lung cancer,and would be an useful biomarker.

Objective: To explore the way of innovation and development of the pattern and means in nursing management in military hospital.Methods:Through various innovative practice from the following aspects,such as nursing service philosophy and measures for soldiers,the methods of nursing management and the elite-cultivating,nursing security management,which demonstrates the availability of innovation and development of the pattern and means in nursing management in military hospital.Results:The satisfactory rate of nursing service reached up to 99% in the examination of serving for soldiers of the whole army.The instruments which are manufactured for battle-scarred wounds and injuries use the flat of the Wound Nursing Centre,have reached the stage of clinical trial,we have completed five items of serial nursing research.The control rate of nursing quality of the whole hospital increased from 93.12% in 2003 to 98.9% in 2006,the satisfactory ratio of serious in-patient increased from 90.2% in 2003 to 96.7% in 2005.The ratio of health education achieves 100%.The satisfactory ratio of in-patient was 98.4% in September 2005,compared with 89.3% in February 2004.Conclusion:Only innovation can make nursing management develop and improve in military hospital.

To produce specific antibodies against malachite green ( MG) , one special hapten was synthesized and characterized, and conjugated to carrier protein as immunogen. The immunogen showed excellent reactogenicity and immunogenicity. One specific monoclonal antibody (mAb, named MG-DA4-C7) with high sensitivity and specificity for MG in indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunoassay ( icELISA ) was screened. The isotype was IgG1 and the light chain was κ type. After optimization of ELISA conditions, the proposed icELISA showed a 50% inhibition value ( IC50 ) of 0. 96 μg/L, a linear range ( IC20-IC80 ) of 0. 1-8. 1 μg/L and a limit of detection ( LOD, IC10 ) of 0. 05 μg/L for determination of MG. The assay showed cross-reactivity of 18. 1%, 26. 5% with crystal violet and brilliant green, respectively, and negligible cross-reactivity with other metabolites of MG (<0 . 1%) . The average recoveries of MG from spiked fish samples were from 87. 3% to 107. 3%. Good correlation (R2=0. 999) was obtained between the results of icELISA and those of liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry analysis. The proposed icELISA is suitable for the determination of MG in fish samples in a simple and sensitive manner.
