Objective: To establish a method for HPLC determination of ursolic acid in Kangzhitong Jiangzhi Capsule.Methods: HPLC,chromatographic column Kromasil C18(4.6mm?250 mm,5?m)and the mobile phase consisted of methyl alcoholwater-ammonium acetate-acetonitrile(9∶25∶0.8∶65) were used to find ursolic acid.The flow rate was 1.0ml?min and the detector wave-length was set at 215nm.Results: The calibration curve was in good linearity over the range of 64-320?g/ml(r=0.9996).The average recovery rate was 100.10%,with RSD=1.32%.Conclusion: This method is simple,accurate and reproducible so it can be used to determine the content of ursolic acid in Kangzhitong Jiangzhi Capsule.

Objective:To check the clinical effect of Multi-channel Brain Magnetic Stimulation Machine.Method:Sixteen volunteers are divided into two groups.Members of the first group which is the corresponding group listen to news material in the sober state and then answer the questionnaire.At last their EEG is collected.Members of the second group listen to the same material in the sober state and they are stimulated at the forehead and temporal area by Multi-channel Brain Magnetic Stimulation Machine at the same time.They also answer the questionnaire under the magnetic stimulation at forehead and their EEG is collected,too.Result:Answers of the second group are obviously better than the first group.The power spectrum of EEG at the forehead,temporal,parietal region and even the whole brain area in the first group is stronger than that of the second.Conclusion:Multi-channel Brain Magnetic Stimulation Machine excites brain in a way and then helps people complete the job better.

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of Qingyi Decoction (a preparation of Chinese herbal medicine) between two different routes of the administration by using nasogastric tube or nasojejunal tube for treatmnent of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP).Methods A total of 79 SAP patients enrolled were randomly divided into nasogastric tube group (n =41) and nasojejunal tube group (n =38) according to the random number table method.In addition to the conventional therapy,they were treated with Qingyi Decoction administered by using nasogastric tube or nasojejunal tube.Results After treatment for 14 days,the levels of C-reactive protein (CRP),procalcitonin (PCT) and white blood cell count (WBC),urinary bladder pressure,and APACHE Ⅱ score in nasojejunal tube group were significantly lower than those in nasogastric tube group (P ＜ 0.05).The time required for the recovery of bowel sounds,length of abnormal serum amylase persistence,the duration of abdominal pain,the time necessary for mechanical respiratory support in nasojejunal tube group was significantly shorter than those in nasogastric tube group.The blood fungus infection rate and pulmonary fungus infection rate in nasojejunal tube group were significantly lower than those in nasogastric tube group,and 28-day survival rate in nasojejunal tube group was significantly higher than that in nasogastric tube group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The nasojejunal tube route for the administration of Qingyi Decoction for the treatment of SAP can effectively alleviate the severity of patient's condition,shorten the time required for improving clinical symptoms,reduce the incidence of morbidity and mortality,and it is worthy of further popularization in clinical practice.

Objective To investigate the advantage of two-way shrinking field radiotherapy with high intensity on non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) with stage Ⅳ.Methods Forty-two old NSCLC patients with stage Ⅳ were selected as our subjects who cannot performed surgery in the People's Hospital of binzhou.The patients all underwent CT-scan and the CT information was input TPS planning system in order to outlined gross tumor volume(GTV1) and make plan 1 with the first three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy 50 Gy/25 F～ 54 Gy/27 F.Then the 2nd CT-scan was performed to sketch GTV2 and make Plan 2.The detail of Plan 2 was that the amount of radiation was increased to the total 66 Gy/33 F ～ 70 Gy/35 F,two radiotherapy plans in accordance with 1 times/d,5 times/weeks;chemotherapy with paclitaxel 40 mg/m2,weekly radiotherapy before the intravenous infusion,once every 6 weeks.Results The median of reduce tumor size between GTV2 and GTV1 was 68.85 cm3 and relative reduce tumor size was 28.32％.As to short-term effect,there were 5 cases with total recovery(1 1.9％),25 cases with partly recovery(59.5％),10 cases with stable stage (23.8 ％),2 cases with development(4.8％).Local control rate regarding of tumor development was 71.4％ at 1-yrea period and 23.8％ at 2-year periods.Survival rate was 73.8％(31/42) at 1 year and 28.6％(12/42) at 2-year.Side effects included radiation esophagitis and radiation pneumonitis based,radiation-induced lung injury.Condusion The therapy scheme of two-way three-dimensional conformal radiation dosage treatment of NSCLC,GTV and re-plan outlined dosage can increase the target dose,radiation therapy to reduce side effects.

Objective To investigate the role of infiltrating inflammatory cells in photoaging process by comparing the type and number of these cells in sun-exposed and-unexposed skin.Methods The expression of CD3,CD45RO and CD68 were detected by immunohistochemieal staining in 46 paraffin-embeded skin samples from the extensor forearms(sun-exposed)and upper-inner arms(sun-unexposed) of 23 healthy female volunteers.The number of positive cells in sun-exposed and -unexposed sites was counted and statistically tested by paired samples t test,and Pearson correlation analysis was performed to assess the relationship between the number of positive cells and age of these volunteers.Results The number of cells positive for CD3,CD45RO and CD68 per square millimetre in sun-exposed skin was significantly higher than that in sun-unexposed skin(48.91±13.173 vs.40.61±11.571,46.83±12.915 vs.38.00±10.109,85.43±22.346 vs.73.48±16.208,respectively,P<0.01 or 0.05).The number of cells positive for CD3 and CD45RO increased significantly with age (r=0.557,0.555,respectively,both P<0.01) in the sun-exposed skin but not in sun-unexposed skin,and the number of CD68-positive cells was uncorrelated with age in either sunexposed or -unexposed skin.Conclusion T lymphocytes and macrophages may play a role in the process of photoaging.

Objective To investigate the application value of the XT-4000i blood cell analyzer in body fluid cell count.Methods 113 cases of body fluid specimen were collected in the hospitalized patients from September 2013 to February 2014.Then RBC and WBC counts in the collected specimens were detected whitin 1 h by XT-4000i blood cell analyzer and the manual detection method, the RBC count values were divided into 3 levels:L1 100~1 000 ×106/L,L2 1 001 ×106 ~100 000 ×106/L and L3 > 100 000 × 106/L;WBC count values were divided into 2 levels:L1 1~50×106/L and L2 >50×106/L.The correlation between the two kinds of test methods was analyzed.Results The results of RBC and WBC counts detected by the XT-4000i blood cell analyzer and the manual method had a higher correlation.The correlation coefficients were 0.931,0.996,0.865,0.942 and 0.988.Conclusion The XT-4000i blood cell analyzer can be applied in clinical fluids cell count.

Objective To study the protective effect of total flavones of hawthorn leaf (TFHL) on renal ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) in rats.Methods A model of renal I/R was made by clamping double renal pedical for 60 min and reperfusion for 24 h.TFHL (30 or 60 mg/kg) was injected before clamping renal ischemia. The level of serum urea nitrogen(BUN), serum creatinine(Scr), tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?),interleukin-1(IL-1) in serum were detected after reperfusion for 1 and 24 h,respectively,and the level of malonaldehyde (MDA) and erythrocuprein (SOD) in renal tissues were measured after reperfusion for 24 h.Results TFHL significantly decreased the level of BUN and Scr, decreased the concentration of TNF-? and IL-1 in serum. Pretreatment with TFHL also enhanced the activity of SOD reduced the concentration of MDA in renal after I/R.Conclusions TFHL has significantly protective effect on renal I/R and markedly improve the renal function. The mec-hanisms are associated with decreasing the lipid peroxidation reaction and reducing the level of TNF-? and IL-1.

AIM: To evaluate the effect of He-Ne laser combined with TDP irradiation in the treatment of herpes zoster ophthalmicus.METHODS: Totally 22 patients (22 eyes) with herpes zoster ophthalmicus were treated by He-Ne laser irradiation combined with TDP (Group A).Another 22 patients (22 eyes) with herpes zoster ophthalmicus (Group B) were treated by medication.The duration of the disease, the incidence of complications, and the time of pain relief were compared between the two groups.RESULTS: The cure rate of Group A was 91%, that of Group B was 73%, there was no significant difference between the two groups (x2=1.375, P>0.05).The average cure time of Group A was 8±2.22d, Group B was 12±1.88d, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (t=5.22, P<0.05).The complication rate of Group A was 18%, Group B was 59%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (x2=6.86, P<0.05).The average pain relief time of Group A was 5±1.23d, Group B was 10±1.34d, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (t=11.17, P<0.05).CONCLUSION: He-Ne laser combined with TDP irradiation can shorten the treatment time of herpes zoster ophthalmicus, shorten the course of disease, reduce the incidence of complications, relieve pain, with no significant effect on the cure rate of herpes zoster ophthalmicus.
