Objective To describe the diagnostic approach and clinical outcomes of fetal intraabdominal extralobar pulmonary sequestration (IEPS).Methods Three cases of IEPS were diagnosed prenatally by ultrasound in our center.The data of these 3 cases and 43 cases in prior studies from 1986 to 2016 were retrospectively reviewed.The prenatal sonographic features,treatment,and outcomes were collected.Results The gestational age of diagnosis IEPS was (24.5±5.9)weeks,the male-to-female ratio was 3-4∶1,78.3% (36/46) of IEPS masses located on the left side,47.8% (22/46) of lesions were homogenous and hyperechoic,8.7% (4/46) of cases associated anomalies,78.3% (36/46) of patients were preformed resection and postoperative recovery and subsequent course were uncomplicated.Feeding arteries were detected in 15.2% (7/46) cases and confirmed by surgery or autopsy.Conclusions Prenatal ultrasound has the diagnostic accuracy of IEPS.Feeding arteries noted on color Doppler are strongly indicators of IEPS.Postsurgical outcomes are favorable.

OBJECTIVE: To optimize the preparation process of Xiangsha Liujun Granule. METHODS: By the orthogonal design. taking the rates of recovery of volatile oil, Ginsenoside Re and qualified granules as the indexes, we optimized the oil extracting conditions, the decocting conditions and the conditions of granulation by spayer. RESULTS: The optimum oil ex- tracting conditions for four kinds of herbs(Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae etc.) were that water was 30 times of herbs in weight, soaking time was 3 hours and extracting time 15 hours. The optimum decocting conditions for four kinds of herbs(Fuling etc.) were that water was 15 times of herbs in weight, soaking time was 3 hours and decocting time 4 hours, herbs were decocted twice. The optimum conditions of granulation by sprayer were that the fliud extract was 2 times of Dextrin in weight, the rel- ative density of the fliud extract was 1. 30(measured at 25℃), the voltage of sprayer was 120 volts, the period of shaking bag was 65 times(shaking bag back and forth twice in each period). CONCLUSION: The results of the experiment make it clear that the preparation process of Xiangsha Liu jun Granule is stable and feasible.

AIM: To investigate the expression of the nephrin in podocyte of the diabetic nephropathy(DN) rats and the mechanism of irbesartan-induced renal protection.METHODS: The DN model was established by a single injection of streptozotocin(STZ),and DN rats were randomly divided into 2 groups: model group and irbesartan treatment group.In addition,the normal rats served as a normal control group. All the rats were received daily gavage respectively for 8 weeks. The urinary protein quality in 24 hours,body weight(BW),kidney weight (KW),KW/BW,glucemia,urea nitrogen,creatinine,total cholesterol, triacylglycerol were detected with correlative methods and the pathological changes of kidney were also detected with optic microscope and transmission electron microscope.The expression of nephrin in podocyte were detected by immunohistochemistry. Objective To summarize the clinical characteristic and therapeutic efficacy of lacunar infarction after craniocerebral trauma.Methods 37 cases of children with lacunar infarction after craniocerebral trauma from December 2000 to December 2004 were retrospectively analyzed.Results All of the 37 sufferers received the expectant treatment in hospital.Among the 37 cases,30(81.1%) were well-healed and 7(18.9%) were light maimed when leaving hospital.The clinical symptom of the 29 sufferers completely faded and 7 patients who were light maimed recoverd during the follow-up visit for 6 to 12 months.Conclusions Lacunar infarction after craniocerebral trauma is the syndrome of the damage of the nervous system.Its' major manifestation is the disorder of half body movement.Children with light craniocerebral trauma get this kind of disesase easily.CT scanning and regular re-X can predominantly raise the of the final diagnosis.Most of the sufferers can receive good long-term therapeutic efficacy.

Objective　According to Kaschin-Beck Disea se monitory standardization that had been adjusted by our country,we monitored the state of Kaschin-Beck Disease in Gansu province.Methods　So as to understand change of illness,we took methods of epidemiological investigation,clinical examination and X-ray diagnosis.Results　It is not detected in the clinical that patient suffered from more than I of KBD among 7～12 years old in Qingyang monitory netw ork.X-ray detectable rate is 3%,but 12 cases patients were showed in Zhangjiach uan.X-ray detectable rate is 22.22%.Conclusions　Illness was showed steady state and was con trolled in Qingyang region,but illness recurred clearly in Zhangjiachuan region.

Objective To investigate the possible association between two single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) loci of apolipoprotein E (ApoE) gene and epileptic drug resistance in a central Chinese Han population.Methods A case control study was performed in 364 epileptic patients.According to the criteria of drug resistant epilepsy proposed by International League Against Epilepsy in 2010,143 patients were classified into drug resistant group and 221 patients into drug responsive group.The peripheral venous blood of each patient was collected for DNA extraction after clinical evaluation.The candidate ApoE SNPs loci,including rs7412 and rs769450,were genotyped by BeadChip Scanning and GoldenGate Assay following the Illumina protocols.The differences in allelic and genotypic frequency were compared between groups.Linkage disequilibrium was calculated through SHEsis platform.Results There was no significant difference for genotype or allele of rs7412 between groups.The GG genotype (OR =2.038,95％ CI 1.196-3.475,P=0.009) and G allele (OR =1.618,95％CI 1.193-2.193,P=0.002) of rs7412 were significantly more abundant in the drug resistant group.As for idiopathic epileptic patients,the GG genotype (OR =2.110,95％ CI 1.189-3.744,P =0.011) and G allele (OR =1.641,95％ CI 1.187-2.270,P =0.003) of rs7412 were still significantly more abundant in the drug resistant group.There was no linkage disequilibrium between the two loci with D' value of 0.072.Conclusion The GG genotype and G allele of ApoE rs769450 may be associated with epileptic drug resistance in a central Chinese Han population.
