3.Reliability and validity of Chinese version of Patient Dignity Inventory
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2015;31(1):26-29
Objective We aimed to translate the English version of Patient Dignity Inventory (PDI) into Chinese and test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of PDI in terminal stage patients. Methods Totally 285 patients in terminal stage was recruited and investigated by the Chinese version of PDI.Results The internal consistency coefficient of the Chinese version of PDI ranged from 0.728 to 0.953,which was >0.70; split half coefficient was 0.561; the test-retest reliability was 0.824,which showed that internal consistency of Chinese version of PDI was good. The content validity index was 0.912.Factor analysis got five factors, which explained 62.172% of the total variance; the factor loading of each item was >0.4.Conclusions The Chinese version of PDI has been proved to be reliable and valid. It can be used as a valid tool for the measurement of dignity in terminal stage patients.
4.The effects of limited fluid resuscitation on hemodynamics and myocardial injury in patients with septic shock caused by myocardial injury
Chongqing Medicine 2014;(1):74-76
Objective To evaluate the effects of limited fluid resuscitation on septic shock caused by myocardial injury . Methods 60 severe traumatic sepsis and septic shock patients were randomly divided into study group and control group ,with 30 cases in each group ,the control group was given active fluid resuscitation ,maintain the mean arterial pressure (MAP) in 70 mm Hg ;the study group were treated with limited fluid resuscitation ,namely when MAP rose to a slow infusion rate 50-60 mm Hg ,we restrict the amount of fluid ,maintain MAP at about 50 mm Hg ,observe and record the two groups of patients hemodynam-ics index ,APACHE Ⅱ score and heart function index ,and compared serum cTnI ,NT proBNP and CRP in the two groups .Results (1)In study group the infusion volume before admission was (258 ± 105)mL ,preoperative was (558 ± 226)mL ;in the control group that of before admission was (816 ± 422)mL ,preoperative was (1 668 ± 780) mL (P<0 .05) .The mortality rate in study group was 13 .3% ,the mortality in control group rate was 26 .7% (P<0 .05) .(2) the HR and blood lactic acid levels in two groups decreased significantly after treatment ,MAP and CVP increased significantly (P<0 .05);there were no significant differences in hemodynamic parameters (P>0 .05) .(3)After the treatment APACHEⅡscore of the two groups was significantly decreased ,car-diac output ,stroke volume and left ventricular ejection fraction significantly increased in control group ,the study group were better than control group (P<0 .05) .(4) The plasma cTnI ,NT proBNP ,CRP levels of the two groups significantly decreased after treat-ment (P<0 .05) ,plasma cTnI ,NT proBNP and CRP levels of research group were significantly lower than that of control group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Limited fluid resuscitation can maintain hemodynamic ,reduce the interference on the internal environment ,re-duce myocardial injury ,and improve the success rate of treatment .
5.Serum thymidine kinase 1 and cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2013;40(9):643-645
Thymidine kinase 1 (TK1),an enzyme of the pyrimidine remedial pathway, can catalyze phosphorylation of thymidine to thymidine monophosphate. It is closely related to cell cycle regulation and cell proliferation.A number of experiments show that TK1 can be used for physical examination, tumor screening, routine testing, effect monitoring and prognosis evaluation, which is considered to be a sensitive and useful marker for human tumor growth.

7.Clinical analysis of nonpuerperal mastitis: diagnosis and treatment study of 82 cases
International Journal of Surgery 2014;41(3):177-180
Objective To explore and summarize the clinical features and treatmentof the nonpuerperal mastitis. Methods Eighty-two cases of nonpuer-peral mastitis from 2003 to 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. All patients were divided into surgery alone group (11 cases)and medication combined surgery group (71 cases),which PDM patients with triple anti-mycobacterial drugs therapy,GM patients with cortical hormone therapy. Results All patients were diagnosed by biopsy. The total duration of simple drug group (triple or hormone) is (11.92 ±6.50) weeks and remission rate after 4 weeks was (89.06 ± 2.25) %.Drugs plus surgery group, the total duration of the group is (6.57 ± 2.30) weeks, and no recurrence. The total duration of the simple surgery group is (17.09 ± 13.11) weeks and remission rate after 4 weeks was (63.64 ± 1.10) %.Comparison of the total duration of the three groups and the cumulative response rate curves were significantly different(P < 0.05).Conclusions Nonpuerperal mastitis requires a combination of clinical and pathological diagnosis.Surgery is not the only treatment option, triple anti-mycobacterial or cortisol hormones for different types of pathology conservative treatment can achieve a satisfactory therapeutic effect.Drug therapy combined with surgery can shorten the duration and reduce the relapse rate,it is an effective treatment for nonpuerperal mastitis.
8.Inhibitory effect of mastoparan-like peptide from wasp (Vespa magnifica) venom on angiogenesis
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2014;(5):715-718
Aim To investigate the anti-angiogenic effect of 12a, the mastoparan-like peptide from wasp ( Vespa magnifica ) venom. Methods The tube for-mation and proliferation of human umbilical vein endo-thelial cells ( HUVEC ) and chicken chorioallantoic membrane ( CAM) model were used to observe the an-ti-angiogenic effect of 12a in vitro and in vivo, respec-tively. Results In the CAM model, 0. 1 μg or 1 μg of 12 a could markedly inhibit angiogenesis induced by 0. 2 μg rh-bFGF with heavy loss of color, decreasing density and obscure frame of the vessels. The inhibi-tion rates of angiogenesis were 60 . 2 % for 0 . 1 μg and 90. 3 % for 1 μg, respectively. Accordingly, in HU-VEC culture experiment, the proliferation and angio-genesis of HUVEC treated by 1 mg·L-1 and 10 mg· L-1 of 12 a were decreased by 55. 4 %, 39. 3 % and 51. 6 %, 26. 7 %, respectively. Conclusion 12a has a significant anti-angiogenic effect in a concentra-tion-dependent manner.
9.Development, problems and prospects of the treatment of diabetic macular edema
Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2013;(1):1-4
Diabetic macular edema (DME) is a common ocular complication of diabetes patients. It mainly involve macular which is closely related with visual function, thus DME is one of the major reasons causing visual impairment or blindness for diabetes patients. How to reduce the visual damage of DME is always a big challenge in the ophthalmic practice. In the past three decades, there are tremendous developments in DME treatments, from laser photocoagulation,anti-inflammation drugs to anti-vascular endothelial growth factor therapy. However, the mechanism of DME development is not yet completely clear; every existing treatment has its own advantages and weaknesses. Therefore DME treatment still challenges us to explore further to reduce the DME damages.
