1.Statistics method for the segmentation evaluation of the head MRI
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(07):-
This paper introduces a statistics method for the segmentation evaluation for the head MRI. A new evaluation scheme proposed, the evaluation result is analyzed objectively by the statistic method. Genetic neural network algorithm proves with a stronger antinoise ability than other ones. The statistic method is helpful for evaluating the segmentation objectively.

3.Clinical significance of end-tidal carbon dioxide tension monitoring during mechanical ventilation
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2010;17(3):207-209
End-tidal carbon dioxide tension or concentration monitoring is characterized with noninvasive, convenient and fast reaction, which Can be continuously monitored and dynamically displayed On electrocardiogram monitor. The technique has been extensively applied in the operation room, intensive care unit and emergency room.
4.Advance in research of treatment for nasopharyngeal carcinoma
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(3):195-197
Nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)is one of the most common malignant tumors of the head and neck. The therapies for nasopharyngeal carcinoma include the following aspects:conventional radiotherapy, chemotherapy, surgery and molecular target therapy, etc. The combined chemo-radiotherapy and molecular target therapy has gradually become the hotspot therapy for NPC.
5.Characteristics of cytochrome P450 and its application
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(3):182-185
Cytochrome P450(CYP450)is the most important family of enzymes in microsomal mixedfunction oxidase, widely distributed in vivo.CYP450 is involved in the metabolism of many exogenous compounds, the generation of endogenous substances,in particularly, affecting the occurrence and development of the tumors and their drug treatment,in the fields of medical and pharmaceutical research, cytochrome P450 has been very noticeable.
6.Molecular diagnosis of thyroid cancer——94th Annual Meeting & Expo (2012.6.22-27) of Endocrine Society USA
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2012;28(8):691-694
Fine-needle aspiration biopsy is the mainstay of preoperative diagnosis of thyroid cancer which is the most common type of endocrine malignancy. However, some aspirates yield indeterminate cytology and there is no clear recommendation for the management on these situations. The use of emerging molecular markers such as BRAF、RET、PAX8/PPARγ will likely improve the diagnosis of malignancy in thyroid nodules and facilitate more individualized therapeutic options and postoperative management. Some markers have been extensively characterized and introduced into clinical practice.
7.Neurologic protection of therapeutic hypothermia in cardiac arrest survivors
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2012;19(1):19-22
Brain injury is the leading cause of death after cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Clinical care for brain injury remains necessary.Therapeutic hypothermia has been shown to be effective in improving neurological outcome of children with cardiac arrest. We routinely induced hypothermia in children with coma after cardiac arrest, targeting 32 ~ 34 ℃,using cooling blankets and intravenous ice cap as primary methods for induction, for 24 ~ 72 h or much more duration, and vigilant re-warming.The objective of this article was to share our hypothermia protocol for cooling children with acute brain injury after cardiac arrest.
8.C-reactive protein and atherosclerotic inflammation
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2009;25(12):2487-2490
Inflammation plays a pivotal role in atherogenesis. In addition to being a potent predictive and prognostic marker for major cardiovascular events, recent evidence indicates that C-reactive protein (CRP) might directly promote atherogenesis by exerting direct effects on vascular cells. Thus, CRP will become important novel pharmaceutical targets for the treatment of atherosclerosis. This review presents an overview of the current knowledge about the pathological role of CRP in atherosclerosis initiation and progression.
9.Nitoprusside, dopamine and dobutamine for treatment of refractory heart failure
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2010;17(17):2336-2337
Objective To observe the clinical effect of nitroprusside, dopamine and dobutamine for treatment of refractory heart failure. Methods 60 patients with refractory heart failure were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Clinical symptoms, signs, echocardiography and other changes were observed. Results The total effective rate was 86.67% ,control group was 66.67% ,the total effective between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). After treatment, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) improved significantly compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The Sodium nitroprusside, dopamine and dobutamine for treatment of refractory heart failure was safe and effective method.
10.Biological characteristics of IL-24 and mechanisms of its anti-tumor action
Journal of International Oncology 2010;37(9):657-661
Studies have shown that IL-24 is the only cytokine capable of inhibiting tumor growth and neovascularization as well as stimulating immune system. IL-24 exerts its inhibition effects through pathways independent of p53, Rb, p16 and other tumor suppressor genes and has no effect on normal cells. IL-24 has emerged as a hot topic in cancer therapy research.
