1.Citation network-based rule of knowledge flow between different medical subjects and its enlightenments
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2014;(12):1-5
The characteristics of knowledge exchange in medical field of China were analyzed by social network analysis with the medical data covered in CNKI Citation Database as its study object, which showed that both the inflow and outflow volumes of clinical medicine are the largest and form the core in knowledge exchange network, preclinical medicine is the theoretical base of other medical subjects and the important knowledge source in medical networks, the interchange is close between traditional Chinese medicine, surgery and other clinical subjects, oncology is rather active in interdisciplinary studies, the interchange between stomatology and psychology is rather rare with other clinical subjects in knowledge networks and stomatology and psychology are two independent subjects.Carrying out information push service for these subjects by making use of their characteristics can improve the targeted information service, step up the knowledge exchange between different medical subjects, and promote the cooperative interdis-ciplinary studies.

Cell division cycle 42 (CDC42)is a member of Rho guanosine triphosphatase (GTPase) family, which plays an important role in cell proliferation , cell migration and cell transformation .The activity of CDC42 can be regulated by guanine nucleotide exchange factors (GEFs),GTPase activating proteins (GAPs) and guanine nucleotide-dissociation inhib-itors (GDIs).Recently,CDC42 has been reported as abnormally expressed in many human cancers ,suggesting that CDC42 performs complex functions in tumorigenesis .Therefore, this paper aims to shed light on the functions of CDC 42 in cancers in terms of the alteration of CDC42 activity,CDC42 regulators,as well as its effectors.

Objective To identify the mediators of CDC42 signaling pathway involved in hepatitis B virus X protein (HBx)-mediated cellular transformation. Methods The mass defect-based pseudo-isobaric dimethyl labeling method (pIDL)was used to detect the differentially expressed proteins with a deficiency of CDC42.Furthermore,we conducted a gene ontology (GO)of differentially expressed proteins. Results and Conclusion We totally qualified 3409 proteins and found 220 differentially expressed proteins.Palladin,formin-like 1 (FMNL1)and keratin-19,which were implicated in cytoskeleton organization, were down-regulated with the deficiency of CDC42.Our results have provided candidate genes and proteins that may play an important role in HBx-mediated cellular transformation.

Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(05):-
In the modern biotechnology era,the important disease genetic resources become the most dependent factor. We expound the actuality of the collection, storage and use of the important disease genetic resources in China, and discuss the problems and challenges we meet.So the chief mission we should do is establishing the database and collecting, storing and using these valuable resources under standard procedure with aim, plan and organization.

Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2011;34(1):50-54
Objectives To evaluate the diagnostic value of real-time quantitative fluorescence polymerase chain reaction( Q-RT-PCR ) assay and immunofluorescence assay for diagnosis of hMPV. Methods Totally 1 283 children with acute respiratory infection admitted in Jiaxing Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital for treatment from November 2008 to May 2009 were recruited in this study. The hMPV positive stains were separated and sequenced in this area. The sequences between the local hMPV stains and Holland stains NLD00-1 were compared. The specific primers and fluorescent probe were designed according to the sequence of epidemic hMPV strain. The Taqman methodology was applied in Q-RT-PCR. Negative pressure suction was used to acquire nasopharyngeal secretions specimens. Both Q-RT-PCR and immunofluorescence with FITC labeled monoclonal antibody were used to analyze them, respectively. The McNemar, test was applied to analyze the correlation between the two methods. Results Totally 1 283 specimens were analyzed with Q-RT-PCR and immunofiuorescence simultaneously. Q-RT-PCR analysis showed there were 59 cases positive. Immunofluorescence analysis showed there were 55 cases positive. Fifty-two cases were positive in both assays. There were 7 cases positive in Q-RT-PCR assay but negative in immunofluorescence assay and 3 cases negative in Q-RT-PCR assay but positive in immunofluorescence assay. If Q-RT-PCR method was set as the golden standard, the sensitivity and specificity for immunofluorescence detection method were 88. 1%and 99. 8%, respectively. Positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 94. 5% and 99. 4%,respectively. There was no significant difference ( χ2= 0. 9, P > 0. 05 ) by McNemar' test between the two methods. Conclusion The diagnostic value of immunofluorescence assay is close to Q-RT-PCR assay.

International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2016;38(4):373-376
Psoriasis is a kind of immune-mediated chronic inflammatory disease, characterized with skin and joints. This paper reviewed the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on thepsoriasis related cytokines, such as interleukin, interferong, tumor necrosis factorα, colony stimulating factor, chemokines and transforming factor, in order to provide theoretical reference for TCM treatment of psoriasis.

Objective To study the rationality in the use of proton pump inhibitors (PPI) to stress ulcer(SU) prophylaxis in pa-tients receiving aseptic-contaminative and contaminative incision operation .Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the use of PPI to SU ,which taken from surgical patients received aseptic-contaminative and contaminative incision operation and hospi-talized from January 2013 to April 2013 .Results Among 1 745 patients in the study ,540(30 .95% ) received a stress ulcer prophy-laxis with PPI .The rate of prophylaxis to ICU ,general surgery ,urology ,thoracic surgery and neurosurgery was higher than other departments(except for between ICU ,thoracic surgery ,neurosurgery and orthopedic) .A total of 232 patients had risk factors , 72 .41% of the patients who received prophylaxis .A total of 1 513 patients did not have risk factors ,24 .59% of the patients who received prophylaxis ,the rate of prophylaxis to general surgery ,thoracic surgery and urology was higher than other departments (except for ICU ,and between thoracic surgery with orthopedics ) .In prevention of SU ,the usage rate of Lansoprazole was higher than that of Omeprazole and Pantoprazole .Preoperative prophylactic usage rate was 14 .44% .Excessive dosage was 0 .93% .Preven-tive medicine treatment longer accounted for 12 .78% .Conclusion The phenomenon such as non-risk factors ,inappropriate of medi-cation time and long course of treatment are existed ,when physicians use the PPI for SU prophylaxis in surgical patients receiving aseptic-contaminative and contaminative incision operation .Therefore ,treatment recommendations for SU prophylaxis are needed to restrict PPI use for justified indications .
10.The effects of ? carotene on experimental liver fibrosis in rats
Chinese Journal of Digestion 1998;0(06):-
Objective To study the effects of ? carotene on rat liver fibrosis induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl 4). Methods ① After being treated with CCl 4 for 3 weeks to induce the experimental rat liver fibrosis, rats were treated with ? carotene 250 000 U/kg body weight by oral feeding twice a week. The normal and the CCl 4 control group were also set. ② The liver pathological and ultrastructual change were studied. The content of rat liver hydrooxylproline, the expression of ? 2 (Ⅰ) collagen RNA and transforming growth facter ? 1 (TGF ? 1) were studied at the same time. Results In the treatment group, the liver fibrosis scores were fewer significantly than those in the CCl 4 group ( P
