Objective To observe the effects of Yiqi Yangyin Recipe (supplementing qi and nourishing yin) and its different assembling on apoptosis rate and associated protein expression of c-myc and survivin in mice, and explore its mechanism. Methods NOD-SCID mice were injected with l×106 KG1a cells from the tail vein after irradiation of 60Co. Model mice were randomly divided into control group, whole recipe group, strengthening body resistance group, eliminating pathogens group. The treatment groups were given correspongding administration, and control group was given equal volume of NS. Flow cytometry was applied to measure apoptosis rate. The immunochemistry method was used to detect the expression of c-myc, survivin. Results Apoptosis rate in all treatment groups were increased (P<0.01). The expression of c-myc and survivin in lymph node tissues in all treatment groups were significantly declined compared with control group (P<0.05). The effect of whole recipe group on the all indices was superior to strengthening body resistance group and eliminating pathogens group (P<0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Yangyin Recipe can decrease the expressions of c-myc and survivin, induce apoptosis in leukemia cells, therefore shows the therapeutic effect.

The acute iv and ig LD50 of sudoxicam synthesized by Shanyan Ph-armaceutic College was calculated to be 135?10. 7 and 320 ? 96 mg/kg in mice. In polyarthritic rats, Sud at 2 and 4 mg/kg/d for 28 days did not induce changes in serum AKP, SGPT, BUN the morphal-ogic characteristics of the gastrointestinal tract, liver and kidney. In 3 dogs orally given Sud 16 mg/kg/d for 5 consecutive days, 2/3 died at days 10 to 13. In other 3 dogs given Sud 16 mg/kg/d every other day, plasma concentrations of Sud were determined by ultra violet spectrophotometry. It was found that on the days 10 to 20 , the concentration time curves had attained a intoxicant steady state with plasma sudoxicam concentrations as high as 44. 9 ? 73. 9?g/ml ,and all of them died after 17~25 days. Their bleeding time and coagu- lation time were prolonged to 2 or 3 times of the control and serum BUN was increased. In one dog autopsy revealed the interstitial inflammation of the kidney and small local necrosis of the live, but not in other dogs.Gastric ulceration in rats can be produced by the oral administration of verious doses of Sud. The UD50 of Sud was 15.47mg/kg. It was found that the gastric ulceration in rats is related to the plasma levels
5. A preliminary study on the association between psychological problems and chest pain in patients undergoing coronary angiography
Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2019;39(9):1038-1044
Objective: To explore the role of psychological problems of somatization, anxiety, and depression in patients presenting chest pain who underwent coronary angiography (CAG). Methods: Altogether, 908 patients with chest pain referred to the cardiology inpatient department were enrolled in the present study. The enrolled patients underwent CAG and coronary angiographic results were classified into negative (<30% diameter stenosis in all vessels), mild to moderate coronary stenosis (≥30% and <75% diameter stenosis in all vessels) and severe coronary stenosis group (≥75% diameter stenosis in at least a single vessel). Patients also completed a battery of self-reported inventories before the CAG: the Self-Rating Somatic Symptom Scale (SSS), the Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7), and the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9). Results: Compared with severe coronary stenosis group, male patients in the mild to moderate coronary stenosis group (n=189) seemed to have higher rate of somatization (20.6% vs 18.5%, P=0.014), higher rate of depression (20.6% vs 10.6%, P=0.008), and higher rate of anxiety (13.4% vs 6.6%, P=0.028). Compared with severe coronary stenosis group, female patients in the mild to moderate coronary stenosis group seemed to have higher rate of somatization (57.6% vs 39.4%, P=0.008). Conclusion: The positive rate of somatization symptoms in patients with mild to moderate coronary stenosis was higher than that in patients with severe coronary stenosis. These findings suggest that psychological problems may contribute in part to the development of chest pain and other physical symptoms. It is also needed to evaluate the clinical and economic benefits of early psychological interventions, especially in mild to moderate coronary stenosis patients who are presenting chest pain.

Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristics of primary acute myeloid leukemia (AML) (non-M3 type) in children suffering from different levels of platelet count(PLT).Methods:In the Tumor Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2014 to December 2018, laboratory and clinical data of 247 de novo primary AML pediatric patients were retrospectively reviewed.According to the PLT before treatment, patients were divided into very low platelet group (VLG), low platelet group (LG) and non-lowing platelet group (NLG), with<50×10 9/L, ≥50×10 9/L but <125×10 9/L and ≥125×10 9/L as the boundaries. All patients were followed up until June 30, 2019.Meanwhile, the follow-up data was obtained by consulting medical records or by telephone.SPSS 17.0 software was applied for data analysis. Results:In general clinical features, a different group of hemoglobin (Hb) content, fusion gene AML- ETO and clinical risk stratification were statistically significant in different PLT groups ( χ2=11.270, 12.115 and 12.848, respectively, all P<0.05). However, the differences of other indicators in different groups of PLT were not statistically significant (all P>0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in terms of 3-year disease-free survival(DFS) rate (59.3%, 36.3%, 50.4%) among the 3 groups (all P>0.05). The median total survival(OS)time(40.5 months)and 3-year OS rate(41.0%) of NLG patients were significantly higher than those of VLG(23.1 months, 30.1%)and LG(14.1 months, 18.2%)patients, with statistically significant differences( χ2=7.798 and 6.553, respectively, all P<0.05). The univariate analysis of gender, white blood cell(WBC), Hb, PLT, lactic dehydrogenase(LDH), FLT3-ITD, NPM1, DNMT3A, CEPBA, C-KIT, AML-ETO, molecular genetic prognosis, complete remission(CR), and hemopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT) displayed that DNMT3A mutation was an adverse factor that affects patients′ OS ( χ2 =5.834, P<0.05), and the positive factors that influences OS were non-reducing PLT before treatment, and obtaining CR and subsequent HSCT ( χ2=7.798, 79.168, and 31.337, respectively, all P<0.05). Multi-factor analysis revealed that the independent protective factors that affect patients′ OS were the non-reducing PLT before treatment, and obtaining CR and subsequent HSCT( Wald=42.760, 15.918, and 10.183, respectively, all P<0.05). Conclusions:Before treatment, non-reducing PLT is a protective factor for primary childhood AML patients, and the prognosis is satisfying.
