1.Advances in double negative T cells in tumor immunotherapy
International Journal of Surgery 2015;42(6):422-425
Double negative T cells, namely DNT cells, are specific regulatory cells with TCR+ CD3 + CD4-CD8-in cell phenotype, divide into αβ T cell and γδ T cell, play a very important role in regulating immunoreaction.Previous research restricted to the treatment of autoimmune disease and organ transplantation immunity.Recently dnt cells adoptive immunotherapy,as a new anti-tumor method, gradually come into public view. This review mainly focuses on the source of DNT cells, their anti-tumor effect,as well as the possible mechanism.
2.The role of chemokines ENA-78 in endometriosis
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(07):-
Endometriosis is a common gynecologic disorder defined by the presence, growth, and invasion of endometrial tissue outside the uterine cavity.Although many hypotheses have been proposed, the etiology of the disease remains an enigma.Recent studies have suggested that factors within the peritoneal fluid contribute to endometriotic implant invasion, neovascularization, and proliferation.Chemokines, especially ENA-78,similar to IL-8,are postulated to play an essential role in the local inflammatory reactions seen in endometriosis.

Chinese Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology 2001;0(08):-
Objective To investigate the human leucocyte antigen (HLA) expression of ectopic endometrial epithelial cells in cases with endometriosis and its role in pathogenesis of endometriosis Methods By immunohistochemical analysis,HLA expression was observed in ectopic endometrial epithelial cells of 25 endometriosis patients Ectopic endometrial cells were cultured in vitro successfully and the expression of HLA were analyzed by flow cytometry in 10 out of the 25 patients Eutopic endometrium of 15 normal women were taken as control Results (1)Expression of HLA class Ⅰ molecule on ectopic endometrial epithelial cells of endometriosis measured by the immunohistochemical analysis was lower than those of controls, (4 0?0 5) score and (1 2?0 8) score respectively So was the expression rate by flow cytometry in vitro culture (63 38?11 88)% and (5 27? 2 88)% respectively ( P

Journal of Preventive Medicine 2022;34(11):1110-1115
Objective :
To investigate the factors of hyperglycemia among HIV/AIDS patients receiving antiretroviral therapy (ART) in Ningbo City.
Methods :
The demographic characteristics, ART and fasting blood glucose were collected from HIV/AIDS patients receiving ART in Ningbo City from 2005 to 2021 through the Ningbo Municipal ART Database. The fasting blood glucose levels were analyzed among HIV/AIDS patients receiving ART, and the factors affecting hyperglycemia were identified using a multivariable logistic regression model.
Results :
A total of 2 607 HIV/AIDS patients were enrolled, including 2 162 men (82.93%), and the participants had a mean age of (45.16±13.93) years, and had mean ART duration of 5.00 years (interquartile range, 5.00 years). The prevalence of hyperglycemia, impaired fasting glucose and diabetes was 22.59%, 13.62% and 8.98%, respectively. Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that gender (male, OR=1.482, 95%CI: 1.120-1.961), age (30 years-, OR=2.062, 95%CI: 1.356-3.137; 45 years-, OR=3.697, 95%CI: 2.435-5.611; 60 years and older, OR=7.295, 95%CI: 4.722-11.268), WHO clinical staging of HIV diseases (stage Ⅱ, OR=1.415, 95%CI: 1.097-1.824; stage Ⅲ, OR=1.571, 95%CI: 1.139-2.168; stage Ⅳ, OR=1.488, 95%CI: 1.040-2.128, duration of HIV infections (7 to <10 years, OR=1.336, 95%CI: 1.004-1.777), treatment regimen (second-line regimen, OR=0.611, 95%CI: 0.472-0.792), and blood lipids (high TG, OR=1.665, 95%CI: 1.307-2.123; high TC, OR=1.415, 95%CI: 1.006-1.991; dyslipidemia, OR=2.597, 95%CI: 1.971-3.422) significantly correlated with hyperglycemia.
Conclusions
The overall prevalence of hyperglycemia was 22.59% among HIV/AIDS patients with ART in Ningbo City, and the prevalence of hyperglycemia correlated with gender, age, clinical staging of HIV infections, duration of HIV infections, treatment regimens and blood lipids among HIV/AIDS patients.

Recent studies have demonstrated that hyperhomocysteinemia is an independent risk factor for stroke, which may cause vascular endothelial injury by multiple mechanisms, destroy blood coagulation and fibrinolytic systems, and influence on lipid metabolism.Methylenetetra hydrofolate reductase(MTHFR)is a key enzyme of homocysteine metabolic pathway in the human body.If it is insufficient or its activity decreases,it will directly result in the accumula tion of homocysteine in the human body, and callse hyperhomocysteinemia.Although a number of studies have found that MTHFR gene mutation is the main cause of MTHFR insufficient and its activity decrease, the correlation between MTHFR gene mutation and ischemic cerebral vascular disease is quite controversial now. This article reviews the relationship between MTHFR gene polymorphisms and ischemic stroke.

Journal of Geriatric Cardiology 2011;08(1):55-64
Dyslipidemia is a well-established risk factor for atherosclerosis. Treating dyslipidemia in elderly patients requires specific knowledge and understanding of common dyslipidemias and the relative safety of various pharmacologic agents in the presence of possible multiple comorbidities. Lifestyle modification remains the first step in the treatment of dyslipidemia; however, it can be difficult to sustain and achieve acceptable compliance in the elderly and it is best used in combination with drug therapy. Statins are widely accepted as the first-line therapy. Several recent studies have demonstrated that statins are safe and effective in the elderly. However, it is important to note that there is very limited data regarding the effects of dyslipidemia treatment on morbidity and mortality in patients over 85 years of age. In summary, the clinicians must recognize that the presence of dyslipidemia in the elderly poses substantial risk of coronary events and stroke. The available evidence has demonstrated that in most elderly patients who are at increased risk for cardiovascular morbidity and mortality, treatment of dyslipidemia with appropriate therapy reduces the risk, and when used carefully with close monitoring for safety, the treatment is generally well tolerated. With increasing life expectancy, it is critical for physicians to recognize the importance of detection and treatment of dyslipidemia in the elderly.

Factors in uterus may be important in the aetiology of type 2 diabetes.Malnutrition during early life can affect insulin secretion and result in insulin resistance, and such effects are markedly exaggerated when facing over-nutrition in later life. This paper gives a review about the population evidence and epigenetic mechanism in the generational susceptibility to type 2 diabetes.
