Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2006;0(05):-
Objective To observe clinical therapeutic effect of transcutaneous electrical point stimulation (TEPS) on scapulohumeral periarthritis of adhersion type. Methods Criteria of standardized diagnosis and assessment of therapeutic effects were adopted, various treatment parameters were fixed, and pain of shoulder and activity of shoulder joint were taken as observed indexes, TEPS and electroacupuncture (EA) were applied respectively in the treatment of 194 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis of adhersion type. ResultsTEPS and EA had a similar good therapeutic effect, with the total effective rat 96.9% and 97.9% separately. TEPS could improve both pain index and activity of shoulder joint. Conclusion TEPS is a better therapy for scapulohumeral periarthritis of adhersion type, with ease of administration.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2016;18(8):1275-1278
The incidence of stroke is increasing year by year, about 75% of the patients with different levels of sequelae, and the age of onset also tends to be younger,to the community and the family to bring a heavy burden. Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen the study of the related risk factors of stroke in young people,so as to reduce the incidence of stroke.Traditional recognized risk factors such as hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, heart disease, obesity, and smoking can explain part of the stroke events,of these risk factors intervention treatment significantly reduced the incidence and mortality of stroke. However, cardio cerebral vascular system is not fully protected. In view of the biochemical indexes of blood of patients with specimens by convenience, detection index simple and precise, further studies of the relationship between biochemical risk factors and young stroke has made clear the necessity of and have become major challenges in current epidemiological study of cerebral stroke.

【Objective】To observe the effect of electro-acupuncture(EA) and Banxia Xiexin Decoction(BXD) on motilin levels of functional dyspepsia(FD) rats.【Methods】 Sixty SD rats were randomized into normal control group, model group, mosapride citrate tablets(MCT,2.82 mg?kg-1?d-1) group,EA group,BXD(33g?kg-1?d-1) group,EA + BXD group.Except the normal control group, the rats with FD in other groups were induced by stimulating the rat tails with forceps clip. EA group received EA on bilateral acupoints of Zusanli(ST36) for consecutive 7 days.MTL content in rats plasma, antrum, jejunum, and hypothalamus was observed with radioimmunological method.【Results】MTL content decreased in the plasma, antrum, jejunum, and hypothalamus of the model group(P

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(03):-
Objective:To study the conditions of in vitro proliferation and differentiation of rat bone marrow stromal cells(MSC) for its application in transplantation. Methods:MSC were obtained by flushing the shaft with DMEM using a sterile syringe, dissociated by density gradient centrifuge, and cultured in the medium containing DMEM and 10% fatal bovine serum(FBS).Then we added neural growth factors into the medium and observed their influence on MSC proliferation, differentiation and survival by phase contrast microscopy.Immunocytochemistry was used to identify cell types. Results:MSC cultured in medium containing DMEM/ 10% FBS/ neural growth factors proliferated quickly. The neuron-like cells appeared at 7-9 d with the expression of neurone specific enolase(NSE) at(52?9.2)% and glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP) at(15?7)%,and could survive more than 7 days;In contrast, cells induced by ?-mercaptoethanol(BME) died gradually after 24 hours. Conclusion:MSC can not only proliferate and differentiate into neuron-like cells effectively in the medium containing neural growth factors but also survive longer.

Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2014;23(7):590-593
Objective To explore the value of ocular fundus artery hemodynamics in diabetes by the correlation study between ocular fundus artery and glycosylated hemoglobin(GHb).Methods GHb was checked in 98 patients (196 eyes) in diabetes, including 49 cases (98 eyes) before treatment and 49 cases (98 eyes) after treatment, and normal group of 100 cases (200 eyes)An all cases, color Doppler ultrasonography was used for monitorind ophthalmic artery(OA),central retinal artery(CRA) and posterior ciliary artery (PCA).Finally, the differences of the parameters vauels of the the OA,CRA,and PCA between diabetic and normal group were studied in order to find out the relationship with GHb.Results Of 98 patients in diabetes, peak systolic velocity and end diastolic velocity of fundus artery decreased, resistance index increased(RI).There was significant difference between diabetic and normal group(P <0.05),and a significant difference was exited between diabetic group before and after treatment(P <0.05).GHb were negatively correlated with the velocity of fundus artery, and positively correlated with RI.Conclusions Evaluation of ocular fundus artery hemodynamics in diabetes can provide useful information for diabetic retinal perfusion and function change. For evaluation of diabetic retinal disease,it is of great value in clinical application.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 2012;(10):1271-1274
Objective To investigate the effects of interlukin-10 (IL-10) on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced liver injury in rats. Methods One hundred male Wistar rats, aged 10-14 weeks, weighing 250-300 g,were randomly divided into 5 groups (n =20 each):control group (C group),LPS group,IL-10 group,HO-1 inducer cobalt protoporphyrin-Ⅸ group (Co group) and HO-1 inhibitor zinc protoporphyrin-Ⅸ group (Zn group). The animals in LPS,IL-10,Co and Zn groups received intraperitoneal LPS 20 mg/kg.IL-10,Co and Zn groups received recombinant human IL-10 1 μg at 3 h before LPS injection.Co and Zn groups received cobalt protoporphyrin-Ⅸ and zinc protoporphyrin-Ⅸ 25 mg/kg at 2 h before administration of recombinant human IL-10.Ten rats in each group were chosen at 24 h after LPS injection and blood samples were collected from the heart for determination of the levels of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT),aspartate transaminase (AST),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interlukin-1β (IL-1 β).The animals were then sacrificed and lungs removed for determination of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities, malonodialdehyde (MDA) content and expression of HO-1 mRNA in lung tissues. The left 10 rats in each group were chosen and the survival rates within 72 h after LPS administration were recorded. Results Compared with C group, the levels of serum ALT,AST,TNF-αand IL-1 β and MDA content in lung tissues were significantly increased, and GSH-Px and SOD activities in lung tissues and survival rates were decreased in LPS,IL-10,Co and Zn groups (P < 0.05).Compared with LPS group, the levels of serum ALT,AST,TNF-α,IL-1β and MDA content in lung tissues were significantly decreased,GSH-Px and SOD activities in lung tissues and survival rates were increased, and the expression of HO-1 mRNA was up-regulated (P < 0.05).Compared with IL-10 group, the levels of serum ALT,AST,TNF-α and IL-1β and MDA content in lung tissues were significantly increased, and GSH-Px and SOD activities in lung tissues and survival rates were decreased in group Zn (P < 0.05),and no significant change in the parameters mentioned above was found in Co group (P > 0.05).Conclusion IL-10 can attenuate LPS-induced liver injury in rats by inducing the expression of HO-1.
