1.Advance in pathogenesis and therapy of pediatric dilated cardiomyopathy
International Journal of Pediatrics 2011;38(2):169-172
Dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) is the most commom form of cardiomyopathy in children, including genetic and non-genetic pathogenesis. Due to the unclear aetiology and pathogenesis, DCM seriously impairs the quality of patients' life and reduces patients' survival time. Heart failure is one of the main clinical manifestations of DCM. Carvedilol, the third generation of β-adrenergic receptor blocker, is a nonselective β-blocker and a selective α1-blocker as well. It can prevent the development of ventricular remodeling and improve myocardial contractility and has been widely used in treating chronic cardiac insufficiency in adults. This article summarized some new progresses in pathogenesis and therapy of pediatric dilated cardiomyopathy.

Focus on its technical architecture, functional design and key technical aspects of the analysis. Results: The Friendship Hospital Service Window achieved the transformation of outpatient treatment process, significantly reduced the invalid waiting time for outpatient patients, reduced the hospital labor costs, improved the efficiency of outpatient clinic service. Conclusion: Mobile internet technology application in the outpatient service, improves the patient medical experience, improves the hospital image, inputs new vitality to the development of the hospital.
4.The relationship and clinical significance of proBNP (NT-proBNP)in patients with angina pectoris
Journal of Chinese Physician 2015;(z2):20-21
Objective To investigate the relationship and clinical value of proBNP (NT-proBNP), serum tumor necrosis factor (N)and serum tumor necrosis factor (TNF)in patients with angina pectoris. Methods Sixty cases of patients with angina pectoris in our hospital as the research object, according to the type of disease in patients divided into unstable angina pectoris group and stable angina group,30 cases in each group;elect the hospital over the same period a routine examination of the normal population 30 ca-ses of normal control group were measured in each group of NT proBNP and serum TNF alpha concentration, and the correlation analysis was performed. Results The plasma NT-proBNP concentrations in patients with LEVF were significantly higher than those in healthy people (P <0.05).The serum concentrations of TNF-in patients with stable and unstable angina were not significantly different (P >0.05).The plasma NT-proBNP concentrations in patients with LEVF were significantly higher than those in LEVF patients (P<0.05).Conclusions NT-proBNP in plasma of patients with unstable angina pectoris, whether LEVF is normal or not,has a certain level of serum TNF-α.
5.A pilot research on the influence of psychological of the patients who received radiotherapy using position immobility by thermoplastic sheet
China Medical Equipment 2015;(10):103-105
Objective:To explore the influence of psychological and to identify determinants for patients using position immobility by thermoplastic sheet in the course of radiotherapy. Methods:55 patients who received radiotherapy using position immobility by thermoplastic sheet were investigated with questionnaires. Results:There are 34.5%(19/55) patients admit under psychological stress during the treatment, which were affected by the tension from doctors’ consultation and the chemotherapy experience. Conclusion:Some patients were under psychological stress caused by the position immobility with thermoplastic sheet. Nursing intervention is necessary to improve, especially to the patients who show stress when consultation with doctors and who had chemotherapy experience.
6.Effect of 5-Aza-CdR on RUNX3 expression and the proliferation of human hepatocarcinoma cell line HepG2
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(03):-
Objective To investingate the effect of 5-Aza2'-deoxycytidine(5-Aza-CdR)on cell growth and to explore the possibility of re-expression of the hypermethylated and silenced RUNX3 gene in hepatocarcinoma cell line HepG2.Methods The change in expression of the tumor suppressor gene RUNX3 mRNA in cultured HepG2 cells was observed by RT-PCR before and after 5-Aza-CdR treatment.Activity of cell growth was observed by MTT assay and colony-forming test. The cell cycle was analyzed by flow cytometry.Apoptotic morphology was observed by transmitting electron microscopy. Results The gene was reactivated by two different doses of 5-Aza-CdR treatment in HepG2 cell without expressing RUNX3.The hepatocarcinoma cell line treated with 5-Aza-CdR displayed a slowed growth rate in contrast to the control group. The colony formation rate of HepG2 cell treated with 5-Aza-CdR decreased dramatically(P
7.Stem cells for the treatment of glaucoma
Recent Advances in Ophthalmology 2017;37(9):886-889
Glaucoma is a kind of disease with irreversible degeneration of optic nerve and visual field defects, and the mechanism of optic nerve injury caused by glaucoma has undefined at present;meanwhile, the treatment of glaucoma has not been achieving satisfying outcomes in clinical practices. It has been well known that stem cells have the ability to self-proliferate and differentiate.Recently, with the deepening of stem cell research,it is possible for humans to use stem cells to treat glaucoma. There are two methods of stem cell transplantation for glaucoma:stem cell replacement therapy for trabecular meshwork and retinal ganglion cell replacement therapy,so this article will give a review on the progress of stem cells in the treatment of glaucoma.
8.Research progress on role of Wnt signaling pathway in regulation of tumors
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2017;33(1):14-17,18
Wnt signaling pathway is a highly conservative signal pathway controlling cell growth, differentiation, apoptosis and self-renewal.This signal pathway is often abnormally activated in tumor development and progression, which can cooperate or antagonize with other signal pathways to regulate tumor prolifera-tion,migration and invasion. This paper makes a review of the recent research of Wnt signaling pathway progression and its function in tumor growth regulation.
9.Cord blood stem cells for ischemic stoke
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2009;17(5):378-381
At present, ischemie stroke is one of the main diseases of the highest mortality and disability in the world. However, the traditional treatment methods (for example, thrombolytic therapy) have some disadvantages, such as narrow time window, and poor efficacy. As a cell therapy, cord blood stem cell transplantation has brought hope to the treatment of refractory nervous system diseases.
10.Effects of pentoxifylline on expression of uncoupling protein 2 of hepatic mitochondria in rats with nonalcoholic fatty liver
Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2010;29(11):937-939
Objective To investigate the effects of pentoxifylline (PTX) on the expression of uncoupling protein 2 (UCP-2) of hepatic mitochondria in rats with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Methods Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups (each n = 20): normal control group, experiment group and treatment group. The rats in normal control group were given a normal feed. The rats in experiment and treatment groups were given fat-rich feed. Furthermore, the rats in treatment group were given PTX after 4 weeks in fat-rich diet feeding. The expression of UCP-2 in the liver was detected by immunohistochemistry and semi-quantitative RT-PCR. Results The hepatic expression of UCP2 mRNA was higher in experiment group (4.0±0.3) than in normal control group (1.2±0.1). The hepatic expression of UCP2 mRNA was higher in treatment group (3.0±0.2) than in normal control group, but the hepatic expression of UCP2 mRNA was lower in treatment group than in experiment group (F = 160. 67, P< 0. 01). Conclusions The UCP-2 mRNA is expressed in livers of NAFLD, pentoxifylline plays an important role in the reduction of expression of UCP-2 mRNA in lives of NAFLD.
