Technical standards were supports that not only for any profession’s development, but also for the basic means of modern quality control.Forensic clinical medicine has developed nearly 40 years in china, there are 23 normative technical documents at present, the range of its application has been expanding with time, the caseload has been more than 1 million pieces per year all the country. Reviewing these standards, it can be seen: Technital standard of forensic clinical medicine has absorbed a large number of advanced international ideas, assimilating plenty of practice experience at the same time, standard's system has been initially formed, it has become one of the important means to guarantee the quality of medicolegal expertise. Certainly, the construction of forensic clinical standardization in China is still an arduous task, there are also many outstanding contradiction in the existing standards, our studies on international standards were not in-depth, and so on. In the future, forensic science experts still need to strengthen the companion study of technical standards and laws or regulations, intensify tracing and evaluating of international standards in order to form more adaptive and advanced technical standards.

The theory of cancer stem cells proposed that recurrence and metastasis of liver cancer are closely related to liver cancer stem cells.The traditional surgical treatment of liver cancer simply kills those rapidly proliferating tunor cells instead of eliminating hepatic cancer stem cells which play decisive role in recurrence and metastasis.As far as people have concerned,there are many signaling pathways and regulatory factors modulating liver cancer stem cells,such as the Wnt/β-catenin pathway,TGF-β pathway,Notch pathway,Hedgehog pathway,hepatitis B virus,as well as epigenetics.Further studies on regulatory mechanisms of liver cancer stem cells are of great significance,in hope of providing new evidence for treatment and prevention of recurrence and metastasis of liver cancer.

Objective To study the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS),endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in human gastric cancer and their relationship with tumor angiogenesis and to investigate the interaction of NOS and VEGF in gastric cancer.Methods The expression and distribution of VEGF, iNOS and eNOS in 34 gastric cancer specimens were detected with immunohistochemistry. Microvessel density (MVD) was counted with FⅧRAg immune specific staining.Results The expression rates of iNOS, eNOS and VEGF in 34 gastric cancers were 73.5%, 82.4%and 91.2%respectively. The expression of VEGF had a significant positive relation with iNOS, but not with eNOS. The MVDs of VEGF or iNOS positive gastric cancers were obviously higher than those of VEGF or iNOS negative gastric cancers. There was no significant difference between the MVDs of eNOS positive gastric cancers and eNOS negative ones. Conclusion MVD increases with increase of expression of VEGF and iNOS in gastric cancer. It is indicated that VEGF and iNOS can promote gastric cancer angiogenesis. VEGF and iNOS have a significant positive correlation, which suggests that in human gastric cancer, iNOS plays an important role in the production and action of VEGF.

To investigate the chemical constituents of the roots of Andrographis paniculata, 28 compounds were isolated and identified from the 80% ethanol extract. Objective To investigate the relationship between expression of eofilin-1 and in vivo implantation capacity of eutopic endometrium of endometriosis.Methods Eutopic endometrium of 20 cases with stage Ⅲ or Ⅳ endometriosis were obtained by laparoscopic or laparotomy surgery (endometriosis group) matched with 20 cases of eutopic endometrium from patients with cervical cancer in situ (control group) in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,ShengJing Hospital.All cases' eutopic endometrium were collected and injected into abdominal cavity of nude mice to establish endometriosis animal model, then the successful rate of animal model and volume of endometriosis lesion were calculated.The expression and positive rate of eofilin-1 protein were measured by western blot and immunohistochemistry staining.Results The mean volume of endometriosis lesions (2.38 ± 0.22)mm~3 in endometriosis group was significantly bigger than (0.36 ± 0.08) mm~3 in control group (P < 0.05).The successful rate of establishing endometriosis model was 95% (19/20) in endometriosis group and 5% (1/20)in control group, which reached statistical difference(P <0.05).The expression and positive rate of cofilin-1 protein in eutopic endometrium and the expression of cofilin-1 protein in endometriosis lesion of animal model were 0.82±0.06, 90% (18/20), 0.85 ± 0.03 and 0.21 ± 0.03, 20% (4/20), 0.22 ± 0.02 in control group, which reached statistical difference(P <0.05).The successful rate of establishing endometriosis model with positive cofilin-1 in endometrium 86% (19/22) was significantly higher than 6% (1/16) of model's endometrium with negative cofilin-1 expression(P <0.05).Conclusions Implanting capacity and cofilin-1 expression level of eutopic endometrium of endometriosis were more intensive than that of normal endometrium.High cofilin-1 expression was probably related with implanting capacity of eutopic endometrium of endometriosis.

ObjectiveTo discuss the hematological adverse reactions of oral omeprazole administration with convention dosage and treatment course in aged patients.MethodsFour hundred and nine cases of reflux esophagitis by endoscopic diagnosis from Beijing Hospital during January 2000 to December 2010 were divided into three groups according to their ages: group A ( 168 cases) aged from 60 to 69 years,group B ( 152 cases) aged from 70 to 79 years and group C (89 cases) aged equal to or above 80 years.Each group of patients was randomly divided into three subgroups,A 1 ( 56 cases),B 1 ( 51 cases) and C 1 ( 30 cases ) were administered with oral omeprazole,20 mg,bid; A2 ( 56 cases ),B2 ( 51 cases ) and C2 ( 30 cases ) were administered with oral famotidine,20 mg,bid; A3 ( 56 cases),B3 ( 50 cases),C3 ( 29 cases ) and all above subgroups were administered with oral sucralfate,10 ml,tid.The treatment course lasted for one month.The clinical efficacy,WBC count,RBC count,the Hemoglobin level,platelet count,as well as the prothrombin time,thrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time,fibrinogen,Plasma fibronectin and serum D-Dimer were tested and compared after 10-days and 30-days treatment.ResultsAfter the treatment,all the patients had alleviated symptoms,to varied extend,especially in subgroups treated with oral omeprazole and sucralfate.After 30 days' treatment,blood WBC counting in B1 subgroup declined to lower than normal values in two cases; PLT counting drops in 1 case; blood WBC dropped in 6 cases and PLT dropped in4 cases of the C1 subgroup;blood WBC counting dropped in 1 case and PLT dropped in 2 cases of the C2 subgroup.Hemoglutination did not show significant change in all groups (P ＞ 0.05 ).Conclusion The hematological adverse reactions of oral omeprasole in aged patients,under convention dosage and treatment course,occured with age increase,especially for blood WBC and platelet counting.

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)has apparent dominance in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) diagnosis,staging,the plan of radiotherapy target and assessment of efficacy because of its high-contrast of parenchyma and muli-parameters imaging.Especially diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) developed in several years,it can provide qualitative and quantitative information at the cellular level about tumor cellularity and the integrity of cell membranes,which is valuable for tumor detection,cervical lymph nodes metastases,systemic transfer,monitoring and predicting the treatment response of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
