Journal of Practical Stomatology 2010;26(2):205-207
Objective:To explore the closed fog mirror in evaluation of velopharyngeal incompetence. Methods:A self-developed closed fog mirror was and used to evaluate for the velopharyngeal compentence and to determine the extent of velopharyngeal compentence according to the map on the fog mirror from nasal air emission and to grade the velopharyngeal compentence from the shape and size of the fog on the mirror. Then choose the right treatment method: speech therapy or pharyngoplasty. Results:The closed-fog-mirror determined different types of velopharyngeal compentence. Conclusion:The closed fog mirror is simple and objective in evaluation of velopharyngeal incompetence.

Objective To evaluate the clinical applied effects of tibial shaft fracture with intramedullary interlocking nail and small incision. Methods From November 2004 to October 2005,47 cases of tibial shaft fracture were treated with intramedullary interlocking nail, all the cases were adopted with small incision and intramedullary interlocking nail, and analysed the curative effects Results 47 cases were followed-up ranged 8 ~ 27 months. All cases resumed normal knee function 6 to 12 weeks after operation, without nonunion and malunion. Conclusion Treatment of tibial shaft fracture with intramedullary interlocking nail and small incision had the advantages of little trauma, good stability, high rate of fracture union and rapid functions recovery. It is worthy deserveed to be put into application and populatization in clinics.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2011;(z1):18-21
Objective Analyzing the distribution of 1476 strains of clinical common pathogens and their antimicrobial resistance, provide reference the reasonable use of antimicrobial drugs for clinical. Methods Using BD company PHOEIX-100 Automatic Pathogen Identification to Pathogen identify 1476 strains of pathogens which were got from the various isolated and cultivated samples which were examined from 2009 January to 2010 August and its antibacterial Drug Susceptibility Test, then with WHONET5. 3 system to analyze monitoring data of the pathogen distribution and resistance. Results In 1476 strains of pathogens isolated, gram-negative bacteria had 1206 strains occupying 81.7% ; Gram-positive cocci had 270 stains occupying 18. 3%. The most common detected pathogen were Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae,Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, which accounted for 20. 2% ,17. 5% ,13. 2% ,11.4%.The ESBLs producing E. coli and K. pneumoniae accounted for 65. 9% ,48. 1% ; Also methicillin-resistant S. aureus (MRSA) accounted for 79. 2% and methicillin-resistant coagulase-negative staphylococci (MRCNS) accounted for 68.4%. It isnt found yet that grape genus to vancomycin, nitrofurantoin can resist drug.Gram-negative bacilli to antimicrobial vinyl hydrocarbon mold degree of sensitivity is high. Conclusion The isolated pathogen's resistance of drug is widespread. It is important to guide clinical reasonable use of antibiotics and control infectious pathogens that carry out continuous monitoring of drug resistance.

Objective To investigate the operative treatment of Sanders' type Ⅲ displaced intra-articular fractures of the calcaneus using a small dorsolateral incision. Methods From October 2006 to April 2012,90 patients with displaced intra-articular calcaneal fracture of sanders' type Ⅲ were treated by open reduction and internal fixation through a small dorsolateral incision at our department. The skin incision was made from the distal tip of the fibula to the base of the fourth metatarsal. They were 69 men and 21 women, aged from 17 to 61 years (average,39 years). On the right side were 49 cases and on the left side 41 cases.According to Sander's classification,26 fractures were of type Ⅲ AB,36 of type Ⅲ AC and 28 type Ⅲ BC.The displacements of articular facet were all larger than 1 mm.The foot functions were evaluated before and after operation by the American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) scoring system. Results For each patient,4 to 6 calcaneal cannulated screws of 4.0 mm and 2 full threaded screws of 6.5 mm were used.No incision infection, skin necrosis or injury to the posterior tibial nerve or vessels occurred after surgery.Seventy-six patients were followed up for 10 to 56 months (average,20.5 months).Clinical union was achieved after 8 to 12 weeks (average,9.5 weeks). The lateral and axial X-ray films of the calcaneus at the last follow-up showed fine reduction and fixation of the fracture fragments and significant improvements in the length, width, height, and B(o)hler and Gissane angles of the calcaneus compared with the preoperation (P < O.05).The ankle and hindfoot scored 70 to 100 AOFAS points at the last follow-up.Forty-five cases were excellent,24 good,5 fair and 2 poor (excellent to good rate of 90.8%).Follow-up observed no infection, nonunion or osteomyelitis. Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation through a small dorsolateral incision is a good option for Sanders' type Ⅲ calcaneus fractures with a displacement of more than 1 mm,because it leads to minimal soft tissue damage, excellent exposure and convenience for later removal of internal fixators and subtalar arthrodesis.

Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis 2000;12(2):148-150
Objective To elucidate the effect of Ge-132 on the growth of melanocytes. Mothods Melanocyes from epidermis were cultured and purified ;the second generation of the cell was used for study ;the cells were divided into two groups randomly,to group A, Ge-132 was added to the media at 0.04mg/L ;to group B ,common culturing method was used without Ge-132. After 5d, the cells were seperated by digestion for study by transmission electronic micro- scope. ResultsCompared to group B, the vacuioes of the cells were increased, mitochondria distended, endoplasmic reticulum dilated and the number of melanosome declined in the group A. Conclusion Ge-132 can inhibit the melanocyte's growth at a certain concentration and might be used for treating pigmented diseases.

Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2015;(9):1709-1714
AIM:To observe the changes of heart function and the expression of serum cardiac troponin I ( cT-nI) in early type 2 diabetic rats, and to explore the role of cTnI in the development of type 2 diabetes and early diabetic cardiomyopathy .METHODS:The type 2 diabetes rat model was established by an injection of streptozotocin after high fat diet (5 weeks). The rats were randomly divided into control group , model group of 2 weeks, and model group of 4 weeks. M-mode echocardiography was performed for echocardiographic measurements .Fasting blood glucose ( FBG) , total choles-terol ( TC) , triglyceride ( TG) , high density lipoprotein-cholesterol ( HDL-C) , low density lipoprotein-cholesterol ( LDL-C) , fasting insulin ( FINS) and cTnI levels were tested .HE staining was used to observe the pathological changes of myo-cardial structures .The alteration of cTnI in myocardium was determined by Western blot .RESULTS:Compared with nor-mal group , the levels of TC , TG and LDL-C in type 2 diabetic rats were significantly increased , HDL-C levels were signifi-cantly reduced .Cardiac histological analysis revealed that type 2 diabetes induced cardiomyocytes degeneration and necro-sis.The expression of cTnI increased significantly in diabetic groups compared to control group , and that in model group of 4 weeks increased far more than that in model group of 2 weeks (P<0.05).CONCLUSION:The increased level of cTnI and the change of the heart function may be associated with the development diabetic cardiomyopathy .These changes are valuable for the early clinical diagnosis of myocardial injury in diabetic cardiomyopathy .
