1.Statistics method for the segmentation evaluation of the head MRI
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(07):-
This paper introduces a statistics method for the segmentation evaluation for the head MRI. A new evaluation scheme proposed, the evaluation result is analyzed objectively by the statistic method. Genetic neural network algorithm proves with a stronger antinoise ability than other ones. The statistic method is helpful for evaluating the segmentation objectively.

3.Serum p2PSA derivative indexes in prostate cancer: an update.
National Journal of Andrology 2015;21(1):74-77
Serum prostate-specific antigen (PSA) is composed of the PSA precursor protein (proPSA) in the absence of the leader peptide induced by human kallikrein 2 (hK2). There are many forms of PSA in the blood, including free PSA and bound PSA. Serum proPSA, as a free PSA, has many isoforms, among which, [-2]proPSA (p2PSA) cannot be activated by hK2 and therefore exists stably in the blood. Serum p2PSA is a homologous isomer of PSA. Serum prostate health index and % p2PSA, as the derivative indexes of p2PSA and molecular markers associated with the development and progression of prostate cancer, can reduce serum PSA test-induced excessive diagnosis and treatment of the malignancy and improve the accuracy of its prediction. This review summarizes recent progress in the studies of serum p2PSA and its derivative indexes in prostate cancer.

4.Is the location of acupoint unchangeable?.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2015;35(11):1194-1202
Acupoint,as the special body surface part where the qi of zang-fu and meridians infuses, arouses the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion. Through the exploration for the origin and the evolution of acupoint, and the integration of the related data about acupuncture-moxibustion theory and modern research, it is believed that acupoint is not fixed and it may be in a state of dynamic change. Also, it is bound up with body function. Acupoint is relatively static and the location is immobile while the body is in normal physiological status. When the body is under pathological condition, however, it is activated and the position is correspondingly changed.

5.Classification of macular retinoschisis in pathological myopic eyes by optical coherence tomography and its clinical applications
Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2009;25(5):331-332
Pathological myopic macular retinoschisis can be classified into 4 types based on optical coherence tomography (OCT) images: outer layer retinoschisis, outer + middle layer retinoschisis, outer + inner layer retinoschisis and muhilayer retinoschisis. Currently vitrectomy is the major option to treat this condition as it can remove the posterior vitreous cortex completely and peel the internal limiting membrane (ILM) around the posterior vessels arch. Vitrectomy benefits the visual function significantly for outer layer retinoschisis with foveal detachment, but has no or very little effects on muhilayer retinoschisis. The appropriate starting site for removal of posterior cortex and ILM should be the site without inner layer retinoschisis. The knowledge and understanding of the OCT classification of pathological myopic macular retinoschisis is important for us to chose correct operation methods and determine the prognosis after treatment.
6.Treatment of polypoid lesions of gallbladder by Traditional Chinese Medicine
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2009;31(3):276-277
This article reviewed literatures on the treatment of polypoid lesions of gallbladder(PLG) with Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) in recent years. The research showed that TCM has satisfied therapeutic effects on PLG, which can avoid unnecessary operation. But the systemic theoretic and experimental studies have been insufficient, and further studies are needed.
7.Progress in the studies on gene vectors and gene transfection
International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2008;31(5):312-316
Gene vector is defined as a tool which can carry and transfer gene or other nucleic acid material into cells. Its chemical nature can be protein or polypeptide, nucleic acid, lipide, carbohydrate, and other polar molecule or its compound. As an.important part of gene therapy, gene delivery system is also the bottleneck of gene therapy. There are two existent gene vectors defined as viral vectosr and non-viral vectors. Generally, high transfection efficiency can be achieved by the application of viral vectors. But the application of viral vectors has been restricted by its immunogenicity and mutngenic potential as side effects. As a novel gene delivery system, non-viral vectors have the advantages of low toxicity, low immunogenicity, and relative targeting effect. This article provides a review on the latest research progress about various kinds of vectors.
8.Unifying mechanism theory and choronic inflammation theory: the trend of basic researches related to diabetic retinopathy
Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2008;24(4):237-239
The pathogenesis of diabetic retinopathy (DR) is more complex. For the upstream of traditional pathogenesis, to looking for unifying mechanism theory which proposed in foundation of common promoters and the latest view of DR may be the result of chronic inflammation. Both of them provide the basic and clinical theraby of DR with new direction. Therefore, there are many related issuess till needs to intensive study.
9.Surgical correction of cicatricial blepharon deformities
Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2010;16(5):310-312
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of surgical treatment for varied types of cicatricial blepharon deformities. Methods Eleven patients (16 eyes) suffering from cicatricial blepharon deformities underwent surgical procedures. 4 cases (7 eyes) were treated with free skin flap transfer; 1 case with free skin flap transfer and amniotic membrane grafting, 2 cases with Z plasty; 1 case with pedicled skin flap; 1 case with orbicularis oculi musculocutaneous flap; 1 case (2 eyes) with wedged tarsal excision and blepharoplasty, and 1 case with allografe of keratoconjunctiva and reconstraction of conjunctival sac. Results All of 11 cases (16 eyes) showed satisfactory appearance and eyelid function to certain extent after operations. Conclusion The repair of skin defect and conjunctival sac integrality is the key step in correction of cicatricial blepharon deformities, which may offer good eyelid position and function.
10.Drug treatment of poststroke aphasia
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2010;18(10):745-749
Aphasia is one of the common neurological symptoms of stroke, which can seriously affect the social skills and self-care ability of patients, therefore it imposes a heavy burden on the family and society. In recent years, drug treatment of poststroke aphasia has received extensive attention. Some drugs that can affect monoamine, cholinergic and amino acid neurotransmitters have demonstrated a certain efficacy of poststroke aphasia. This article reviews the recent progress in research on drug treatment of poststroke aphasia.
