1.Statistics method for the segmentation evaluation of the head MRI
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(07):-
This paper introduces a statistics method for the segmentation evaluation for the head MRI. A new evaluation scheme proposed, the evaluation result is analyzed objectively by the statistic method. Genetic neural network algorithm proves with a stronger antinoise ability than other ones. The statistic method is helpful for evaluating the segmentation objectively.

3.Protective effect of isochlorogenic acid B on CCl4 induced acute liver injury in mice
Journal of International Pharmaceutical Research 2017;44(6):531-536
Objective To investigate the effect of isochlorogenic acid B(ICAB)on CCl4-induced acute liver injury(ALI)in mice. Methods The animal model of CCl4-induced ALI in mice was established and then the protective effect of ICAB was evaluated using this model. Serum levels of alanine transaminase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST),hepatic levels of malondialdehyde (MDA)and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)were measured by spectrophotometric methods. Liver cell morphology was observed by hematoxylin and eosin staining method and the effects of ICAB on the protein expres-sion of nuclear factor erythroid-2-related factor 2(Nrf2),heme oxygenase-1(HO-1)and quinone oxidoreductase 1(NQO1)in mice he-patocyte were determined by Western blot method. Results ICAB(5,10 and 20 mg/kg)significantly protected against CCl4-induced liver injury by reducing the elevated levels of serum aminotransferases and hepatic MDA and remarkably restored the impaired antioxi-dants. Meanwhile, the histopathological changes were also attenuated in mice. In addition,ICAB could induce the protein expression of Nrf2 and promote its nuclear translocation, and further increase the protein expression of HO-1 and NQO1. Conclusion ICAB has protective effect against CCl4-induced ALI in mice, which is mainly due to its ability to promote the nuclear translocation of Nrf2 and decrease the oxidative stress.
4.CHANGES OF c fos GENE IN PERIAQUEDUCTAL GRAY OF AUDIOGENIC SEIZURES PRONE RATS FOLLOWING AUDIOGENIC SEIZURES
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1955;0(03):-
Objective\ To find out the relationship between the periaqueductal gray (PAG) and the audiogenic seizures. Methods The neuronal(Nissl)staining method and the immunocytochemical method were used to identify the Fos postive neurons in the PAG of the audiogenic seizures prone rats(P77PMC) after audiogenic seizures. Results There were lots of Fos positive neurons in the dorsolateral, dorsal and caudoventrolateral subdivisions of the PAG in P77PMC rats two hours post seizure, and the percentage of Fos positive neurons was significant higher than that of rats in control groups. Conclusion A large number of neurons in the PAG of the audiogenic seizures prone rats participated in the process of the audiogenic seizures.
5.Adhesion of mice lymphocytes to extracellular matrix in delayed-type hypersensitivity
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(03):-
AIM: To investigate the adhesion between lymphocytes and extracellular matrix (ECM) in delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) in mice as well as the regulatory effect of several cytokines on it. METHODS: DTH was induced by the application of picryl chloride (PCl) to mice that had been sensitized twice by PCl, followed by isolating the spleen lymphocytes at different times. The adhesion of spleen lymphocytes to fibronectin or typeⅠcollagen were examined. In some cases, spleen lymphocytes obtained at 18 h were incubated with various concentrations of IL-2, IFN-?, and TNF-? for 4 h at 37℃ before the adhesion assay. T cells purified from the spleen lymphocytes were also used for the assay in the presence of TNF-?. RESULTS: The adhesion of spleen lymphocytes to ECM began to increase at 6 h after PCl challenge, reached a peak at 18 h, then decreased and returned to normal level at 36 h. IL-2 significantly increased the adhesion of lymphocytes to ECM at a dose of 1?10 5 U/L and TNF-? enhanced the adhesion in a concentration-dependent manner. The combined use of TNF-? and IFN-? showed a significantly enhanced adhesion. TNF-? was more effective to accelerate the adhesion of spleen T Cells than that of total spleen lymphocytes. CONCLUSION: In the process of DTH, the adhesion of lymphocytes to ECM was regulated by several cytokines and associated with the development of inflammation.

Chinese Medical Ethics 1996;0(01):-
It is written in statue of population and birth control in Ji Lin province that women who are in legal marriageable age and decide to be terminally single can employ assistecl procreative methods to give birth to one child, which causes profound despondence nationwide. Ties essay discusses the law problems about procreation right in single women in order to improve the law and protect peoples rights.
7.Study on the Quality Control of Compound Seabuckthorn Oil Granule
China Pharmacy 2005;0(18):-
OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality control method for compound seabuckthorn oil granule.METHODS:Radix astragali, angelica root, rhizoma chuanxiong, seabuckthorn seed oil were identified by TLC and the content of astragalosideⅠin compound seabuckthorn oil granule was determined by TLC-scanning method.RESULTS:Radix astragali, angelica root, rhizoma chuanxiong, seabuckthorn seed oil could be detected by TLC.Good liner relationship achieved when the sample application size of astregalosideⅠwas with the range of 0.98?g~4.90?g,the average recovery was 99.62%(RSD=2.51%).CONCLUSION:This method is simple, accurate with good reproducibility and strong specificity, and it can be used for the quality control of compound seabuckthorn oil granule.
8.Re-discussion on Newly Added Examination and Approval System of Medical Material
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(01):-
Objective To introduce the necessity of newly added examination and approval system. Methods The expatiation content of examination and approval system, process and the attention-getting problems of implementation were expounded. Results The new system is established, on the one hand it can be made evidence-based in the purchasing process and on the other hand it can be limited to same species and wash out inadaptable manufacture. Conclusion The newly added examination and approval system was built to meet the clinic need and conform to the standard of using equipment in hospital.
9.Research progress on risk factors of osteoporotic fractures in patients with rheumatoid arthritis
Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2016;(2):152-155,156
Rheumatoid arthritis is a autoimmune diseases characterized as joint chronic synovitis, and is accompanied with systemic damage.Osteoporotic fracture is one of the common complications of rheumatoid arthritis, which may decrease quality of life, and even increase the mortality of patients.Variety of factors may be associated with the occurrence of osteoporotic fractures in rheumatoid arthritis patients. In this article, through the literature review we discuss the risk factors of osteoporotic fracture, including vitamin D deficiency, lower limb muscle strength and balance ability in rheumatoid arthritis patients.
10.C-reactive protein and atherosclerotic inflammation
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2009;25(12):2487-2490
Inflammation plays a pivotal role in atherogenesis. In addition to being a potent predictive and prognostic marker for major cardiovascular events, recent evidence indicates that C-reactive protein (CRP) might directly promote atherogenesis by exerting direct effects on vascular cells. Thus, CRP will become important novel pharmaceutical targets for the treatment of atherosclerosis. This review presents an overview of the current knowledge about the pathological role of CRP in atherosclerosis initiation and progression.
