Objective To investigate the effect of lubar intervertebral disc protrusion(LIDP)treated with quick bone manipulation.Methods 200 patients with LIDP were randomly recurited into a treatment group(n=100)and a control group(n=100).The treatment group was treated by quick bone manipulations,and the control group was treated with Ibupmfen PO.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group(95.5%)was significantly better as compared to the control group(73.0%).Conclusion Ouick bone manipulation is effective in treating LIDP.

Objective:The objective of this study was to assess prenatal heart screening program by ultasound in our hospital.Methods:20～24 weeks gestation screening scans were performed on 9 685 women.Follow-up data of fetuses was obstained by us.Fetal heart screening was based on four-chamber and outflow tract views.Results:Among 9 685 cases,46 cases of fetal cardiovascular abnormality were found,5 cases were false negative.The sensitivity of the four-chamber view alone was 58.82%,The sensitivity of the combination of the four-chamber and outflow tract views was 86.27%.the specificity was 99.98%.Conclusion:The screening program showed good sensitivity and excellent specificity.Our prenatal heart screening progaram was feasible.

Objective To investigate the effect of Tennis Elbow treated with Chinese manipulation.Methods 150 patients of Cervical SpondyIosis were randomly recruited into a treatment group(n=100)and a control group(n=50).The the effects after the treatment.Resuits The toalal effective rate of 100%in the treatment group.compared witIl 54%in the control group.showed statistical significance(P＜0.01).Condusion The ChiBese manipulation is more effective than local block therapy in treating tennis elbow.

OBJECTIVE:To get a clear idea about current situation and trend of the application of eye drops in hospital of Shanghai so as to provide the information for rational clinical application and development of new preparations.METHODS:The kinds and amount of commercial eye drops,used in 47 hospital in Shanghai for the years 1997～2001,were analysed and evaluated.RESULTS & CONCLUSION:The amount of consumption of eye drops was increased year by year.The new type with good quality was received by clinical physicians.

OBJECTIVE: To analyse the situation of use of therapeutic drugs for benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH) in hospitals of Shanghai and to make OBJECTIVE: evaluation as reference for production,sale and consumption departments.METHODS: To investigate the BPH drugs used in 47 hospitals of Shanghai during the 1999 - 2001 period in respect to the amunt of consumption, kinds, sum of money of consumption, DDDs and clinical evaluation .RESULTS: Consumption of BPH drugs was increasing in recent years, but kinds of drugs had no obvious change, major drugs for BPH were Finasteride, Tamsulosin and Prostat .CONCLUSION: Therapeutic drugs for BPH are common drugs, but price is very expensive.To speed up the reseach and development of drugs in our country and to advocate the use of domestic products are suggested.

OBJECTIVE:To get a clear idea about the situation of application of hypolipemic agents in hospitals of Shanghai so as to provide information for departments of production,sale and consumption METHODS:The kind,amount,sum of money and DDDs of hypolipemic agents,used in 47 hospitals in Shanghai during the period 1999～2001,were analysed RESULTS:Vastatin,Fibrate and Chinese materia medica were the most commonly used drugs;Simvastatin,Zhibituo and Fenofibrate occupied the front places in amount of consumption;The sales volume of Zocor(Simvastatin)Pravachol and Xuezhikang was at the top of list;Simvastatin,Fluvastatin,Xuezhikang and Fenofibrate revealed increasing tendency and Gemfibrozil,Zhibituo,Duoxikang and Chondroitine showed decreasing tendency in clinical use CONCLUSION:The market prospects of hypolipemic agents will be wide and bright

Objective To report the method and effect of treating cholepathia under laparoscopy and endoscopy. Methods Laparoscopy, duodenoscopy and choledochoscopy in combination were used in treating 1 990 cases of cholepathy and the results were analyzed. Results Laparoscopy and duodenoscopy in combination were used in 1 350 cases of cholecystolilhiasis and choledocholith with cure rate ( 93. 6% ) ; laparoscopy and choledochoscopy in combination were used in 332 cases of choledocholith with cure rate (100% ) ; laparoscopy, duodenoscopy and choledochoscopy in combination were used in 258 cases of choledocholith (29 cases with pancreatitis) and 24 cases of Mirizzi syndrome with cure rate( 100% ). There was no serious complications happened. Followed up 1 051 patients from 3 months to 12 years (average 7.8 years) , 10 cases have recurrence of stones. There was no long-term complication such as stenosis of bile duct, etc occurred. Conclusion The procedure had minor trauma, mild suffering, and less operative complications compared with the traditional laparotomy.

Objective To investigate the effect of Cervical Spondylosis with mass ther.Methods 205 patients with Cases of Cervical Spondylosis were selected,and randomly divided into the study group(n=200)and the control group (n=105).Results After therapy,the effective rate was 96.5% in the study group,73.3% in the control group.both of the group.Conclusions The mass ther group may be superior to Febid group.

OBJECTIVE:To discuss the solution of therapeutic contradictions of bleeding and hemostasis in pulmonary embo-lism patients receiving warfarin anticoagulation. METHODS:The risk evaluation and dissolution of bleeding and embolism induced by warfarin anticoagulation were summarized by analyzing therapeutic duration of INR abnormal elevation in a pulmonary embo-lism patient receiving warfarin anticoagulation. Case analysis was based on foreign and domestic guideline and information. RE-SULTS:Referring to INR value,based on HAS-BLE,Caprini scale,China Expert Consensus on Anticoagulant Therapy of Warfa-rin,China Expert Suggestions on Prevention of Venous Thrombosis in Internal Inpatients and Guidelines of Prevention of VTE in Nonsurgical Patients of American College of Chest Physicians,clinical pharmacists and physicians adjusted the dose of Warfarin tablet timely. The patient was recovered after symptomatic treatment of anticoagulation,relieving cough and asthma,reducing phlegm,etc.,and then disagreed from hospital with drugs. CONCLUSIONS:The risk of bleeding and embolism for this type pa-tients can be evaluated and resolved on the basis of HAS-BLED,Caprini scale and relevant guidelines. At present,there still are some problems as deficient evaluation method,lack of large-scale high-level evidence and quantitative study. It is needed to carry out multiple center clinical study and drug interaction quantitative study actively,and develop suitable risk evaluation method so as to provide high-quality and valuable decision-making evidence.

Objective To study the influence of long-term use of BZDs on the process and prognosis of elderly CAP.Methods The clinical information of the patients was retrospectively analyzed.According to whether the long-term use of BZDs was divided into the observation group (84 cases) and the control group (103 cases),there was no significant difference between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Two groups of patients were treated with conventional CAP,compared the two groups of patients with treatment,progress and prognosis of pneumonia.Results There was significant difference (P ＜ 0.05) in the therapeutic effect between the two groups;CPIS of the observation group after the treatment of 7d was significantly lower than that before treatment (P ＜ 0.05),later than that of the control group.The mortality rate,ICU ratio,hospitalization cost and days of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Adverse reactions were no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05) between the two groups.Conclusion Long-term using BZDs is not beneficial to the elderly CAP patients and worsen the prognosis situation.Therefore the clinical application of BZDs to elderly CAP patients should be made with cautiousness.
