Integrins are a family of cell adhesion receptors that mediate cell-cell and cell-extracellular matrix adhesion, and interact with cytokines through a bidirectional signal transduction,thus regulating the biological behavior of pancreatic cancer cells,such as proliferation,apoptosis,invasion,and migration etc. Molecular and animal studies indicated that integrins targeted methods might benefit the early diagnosis and drug therapy of pancreatic cancer,which offered a new approach for the study of diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer.

In recent years,the research of pomegranate seed oil has developed and deepened, which mainly includes the study of pomegranate seed oil anti-inflammatory,antidiabetic,anti-tumor and anti-oxidation and so on.This paper has reviewed the mechanisms of its anti-inflammatory and antidiabetic functions in order to facilitate the pomegranate seed oil a better exploitation and analyzes its applicable prospects .

Objective To investigate pathogens of hepatitis B virus (HBV) ,hepatitis C virus(HCV) and treponema palladium (TP) current infection situation and trend among voluntary blood donors in Pingdingshan city .Methods The testing results of HB-sAg ,anti-HCV and anti-TP among voluntary blood donors were investigated and analyzed .Results Six-year total positive rates of HBsAg ,anti-HCV and anti-TP were 1 .24% ,0 .55% and 0 .48% ,respectively .Positive rates of HBsAg ,anti-HCV and anti-TP were going downward year after year ,in recent three years especially .Conclusion The initial effects of establishing a safe and fixed voluntary blood donor group have been shown .

Pit cells (PCs) are hepatic natural killer cells(HNKCs), and play an important role in resisting tumor, resisting virus, regulating hepatocyte growth and differentiation, inhibiting liver fibrosis and so on. In the paper, research progress in liver pit cells is briefly summarized.

Objective To study the CT characteristics of inflammatory pseudotumor of the liver(IPL).Methods 16-slice spiral CT findings of IPL in 16 cases were analysed retrospectively.The CT values of IPLs and the liver tissue surrounding the lesions were measured on plain and contrast-enhanced CT scans.Results Totally 18 lesions in 16 cases were detected by CT,most of them(16 lesions) located in the right lobes of liver.The lesions appeared as low-density,round or round-like,or irregularity in sharp.Dynamic enhanced CT scan showed the lesions no or slight enhancement in arterial phase,slight to moderate enhancement in portal vein phase.A part of the lesions showed ring enhancement surrounding the lesions,nodular or fiber stripped enhancement in the center of lesions,and the branches of the portal vein passesed through the lesions.In enhanced degree of the lesions,there was not statistical difference in arterial phase compared with plain CT scans,but there were statistical differences in portal-venous phase compared with plain scan and arterial phase.In the liver around the lesion,the enhanced degree had statistical difference in artery phase and portal-vein phase compared with plain CT scans.Conclusion Dynamic enhanced CT scan shows that IPL is of hypovascularity,it's of characteristic in the portal-venous phase and delayed phase.

Objective To construct health examination system based on network to satisfy the growing demand for businesses management. Methods Through interacting on the system interface with LIS. The use of diagnostic expressions, templates and default values speeded up medical data entry and deposit in scan mode to non -digital medical images. Results The software of health examination information system was developed and the work flow of health examination was reconstructed. Conclusion The physical examination information system can greatly reduce the workload of repeated transcription and entering, and enhance the efficiency of health examination management.

Objective To use SVV as a standard and observe the availability of IDVG in assess-ing volume status of perioperative esophageal cancer patients.Methods Thirty patients undergoing selective esophageal cancer surgery were enrolled.The values of SVV were obtained from Vigileo sys-tem after tracheal intubation.Baseline blood glucose was measured through radial artery,and then 5 g glucose (50% glucose solution 10 ml)was injected through right jugular vein in 30 s.Blood glucose levels in 1,3,5,60 mins after the injection were assassed via radial artery blood samples and IDVG3 (3 min post injection of glucose)was further calculated.The correlation between SVV and IDVG3 was studied using Pearson correlation analysis.Results There's no difference in blood glucose level CT0 and CT60 [(5.60±0.74)mmol/L vs (5.77 ± 0.76 )mmol/L].There was a negative correlation be-tween SVV and IDVG 3 mins after glucose injection (r =-0.79,P <0.001).Conclusion IDVG of 3 min post injection of glucose can predict fluid volume state in patients with esophageal cancer.
