This paper deals with the analysis of the phospholipids and fatty acids in Hippocomnpus kelloggi Jordan et Synder, H. Histrix Kaup, II. trimaculalus Leach, II. kuda Bleeder, II. japonicus Kaup, Solenognathus hardwickii(Gray), Syngnathoides biacufcatus(Bloch) and Tracliyrliamphus serralus (Temminck &. Schlegel). The total phospholipids were extracted with Folch solvent and determined by molybdate blue spec-trophotometric method. The result showed that the contents of total phospholipids in these spccimins were 2. 56-7. 82mg/g.The nine kinds of phospholipid standards of absorbance proportional coefficient were detected in this paper. The phospholipid components were separated and determined by using thin - layer chro-matographic method and Vaskovsky solvent as a specific spray reagent. The quantitative analysis of the distribution of various phospholipids components in these specimen ts were carried out, by using TLC scanning and the corrective method of absorbance proportional coefficient. The resut showed that the Hippocampus contains about five phospholipids: lysophosphatidylcholine, sphingornyelin, phophatidylcholine, phosphatidylinositol, and phosphatidylethanolamine. The phosphatidylserine , phosphatidylglycerol, diphosphatidylglycerol and phosphatidic acid were more in Syugnathus than in Hippocampus, But in all these specimens, the main phospholipid components were lysophos- phatidylcholine, sphingornyelin and phosphatidylcholine.Fourteen fatty acid compositions in these specimens were analysed by GC -MS -DS. The result showed that the main fatty acid were hexadecanoic acid, 9 - octadecenoic acid, 8,11- octadeca-dienoic acid and 1,7,10,13,16,19 - docosahexaenoic acid.

Progress in Biochemistry and Biophysics 2006;0(12):-
The recent investigations have demonstrated that epigenetic such as DNA methylation and histone modification was closely associated with cell growth and malignant tumors, and epigenetic modification was responsible for an important cause of oncogenesis. However, for the recent years some observations have been also shown that the development of tumorigenesis was attributed to transformation expression in microRNA. The latest investigations have revealed that epigenetic was involved in modulation of microRNA expression, on the contrary some kinds of microRNAs could also control epigenetic, moreover, the reciprocal modulation between microRNA and epigenetic could regulate gene expression and induce tumorigenesis. At the same time the data likewise displayed that epigenetic adjusted microRNA expression principally in a way of DNA methylation or histone modification, nevertheless microRNA regulated epigenetic by way of methyltransferases expression, DNA methylation maintenance and histone modification. With regard to the reciprocal modulation between microRNA and epigenetic, a comprehensive and systemic review of reciprocal relationship in modulation of cell growth and oncogenesis was gived.

OBJECTIVE:To improve the information system of Out-patient pharmacy intravenous admixture center (OUIVA) to improve the pharmaceutical service rendered to the transfusion patient and ensure the safety of drug use. METHODS:The defi-ciency in OUIVA information system of our hospital were analyzed,in which improvement was made with respect to ungrouped doctor’s orders, inconsistency between the total doses charged and the prescribed doses and the error of transfusion days that occurred fre-quently. The conformity rate of out-patient fluid transfusion prescriptions and the time of patients’waiting for transfusion before and after the improvement were compared and evaluated. RESULTS:Improvement was made to OUIVA information system through the optimization of transfusion process, the application of condition limit, the adding of logical operation and verification and the other measures. After improvement, the unconformity rate of out-patient prescriptions in our hospital descended from 11.24% in 2013 to 3.69% in 2014,with an obvious increase in the accuracy rate of dispensing for fluid transfusion;and the time of patients’waiting for transfusion was shortened from 30-40 min to 15-20 min, with an increase in the degree of satisfaction of transfusion patients. CONCLUSIONS:The OUIVA information system can reduce the errors of drug dispensing for fluid transfusion and improve pharmaceutical services.

Objective To compare the results and safety between video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery ( VATS ) and conventional radical operation in patients with stage Ⅰ , Ⅱ esophageal cancer. Methods Retrospectively reviewed 43 patients with stage Ⅰ , Ⅱ esophageal cancer, underwent either VATS radical operation (VATS group,16 cases) or conventional radical operation (control group,27 cases ) from September 2007 to September 2009. Patient's operative characteristics and postoperative courses were compared between two groups. Results In VATS group the operation time was ( 115.6 ± 48.0) min,the peri-operative blood loss was ( 131 ± 71 ) ml,the first postoperative day chest lead quantity was (331 ± 170)ml, the time of postoperative chest tube was (7.25 ± 2.35) d,the postoperative 36 h visual analogue scale (VAS) was (3.4 ± 1.2) scores, the postoperative drainage of chest was ( 1281 ± 534) ml,the 72 h postoperative locomotor activity of right upper extremity was (5.1 ± 1.5) cm. While in control group was ( 145.6 ± 20.6)min, (292 ± 111 ) ml, (494 ± 194) ml, ( 10.00 ± 2.79 )d, (7.3 ± 1.4) scores, ( 1780 ± 731 ) ml, ( 15.6 ± 3.1 )cm respectively (P < 0.01 or < 0.05 ). The lymph node dissection number, the total cost of hospital between were no statistically significant differences in two groups (P >0.05). Conclusion Comparing with conventional radical operation, VATS radical operation for patients with stage Ⅰ , Ⅱ esophageal cancer appears to be as effective but less morbid.

OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the association between-1304T/G polymorphism in the promoter of MKK4 gene and the susceptibility in sporadic nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
METHOD:
MKK4-1304T/G genotypes were determined by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) in 90 NPC cases and 30 healthy controls.
RESULT:
The number of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients carrying with TG+GG genotype was much higher than those of controls (82.2% vs 66.7%, χ² =10.076, P < 0.05). Analysis showed that compared with the-1304TT genotype, -1304TG heterozygous reduced risk of nasopharyngeal carcinoma 0.56 fold (95% CI = 0.164-1.178, P < 0.01) and-1304GG lower 0.58 fold (95% CI = 0.126-1.381, P < 0.01), TG+ GG genotype variation risk of nasopharyngeal carcinoma decreased 0.72 fold (95% CI = 0.105-0.753, P < 0.01).
CONCLUSION
MKK4 gene-1304TG genotype can reduce risk of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and it may be an independent protection factor in sporadic nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
