Objective To explore the value of the application of hemorheology test in diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumor .Methods A total of 100 patients suffered from malignant tumors selected as study group ,and divided as distant metastasis subgroup and no distant metastasis subgroup ,meanwhile 50 healthy persons were selected into control group .Test results of hemo‐rheology were compared .Results The whole blood viscosity ,erythrocyte aggregation index ,fibrinogen levels in the distant metasta‐sis subgroup were significant higher than those of the no distant metastasis group ,and the hematokrit level was significant lower than that of the no distant metastasis group ,the differences were statistical significant(P< 0 .05) .The parameters of hemorheology in the distant metastasis subgroup were significant different with that of the control group(P< 0 .05) .Except for erythrocyte aggre‐gation index ,other parameters of hemorheology were also significant different with those of the control group(P < 0 .05) .After treatment the whole blood viscosity ,packed cell volume and plasma viscosity had improved significantly comparing with before treatment(P< 0 .05) .Conclusion In the process of diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors ,test indicators in hemorheology are constantly changing with the progress of the disease ,which has important application value .

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of small needle knife combined with manipulation on adhesive capsulitis.Methods Totally 120 adhesive capsulitis patients treated from March 2014 to November 2015 were enrolled in the study,and divided into a treatment group and a control group randomly and equally.The patients in the treatment group were treated with small needle knife combined with manipulation,and the ones in the control group took anti-inflammatory analgesics orally.The changes of shoulder joint pain and function scores as well as the clinical effects were observed and compared in the two groups.Results The treatment group behaved significantly better than the control group in the indexes of shoulder pain,pressing pain,nyctalgia,internal and external rotation,adduction,abduction and etc (P＜0.05).The total effective rate was 93.3％ in the treatment group,which was obviously higher than that (68.3％) in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of combined manipulation and small needle knife gains advantages over oral antiinflammatory analgesics when used to treat adhesive capsulitis patients,and thus is worthy promoting practically.

Objective Serum FIB has been established as a predictor of cardiovascular events. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship of FIB with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) and severity of the ACS. Methods A total of 692 patients with ACS who underwent a definite diagnosis were selected. Ninety-nine patients without coronary heart disease severed as control group. Detail information were recorded in age, gender, history of alcoholic, smoking, hypertension. All patients were detected in FIB and some other biochemical indicators levels. Use the correlation analysis to find the relationship of FIB with grace scoring. Results With the increase of Grace risk level and coronary artery lesions and myocardial ischemia,the levels of FIB were significantly increased (P < 0.05).The correlation analysis showed that Grace scores had a positive correlation with FIB in ACS patients. The logistic regression analysis showed the FIB was the most prominent predictors for ACS. The areas under the ROC curve of FIB were 0.87 which suggested that FIB had a higher predictive value of ACS. Conclusion The levels of serum FIB is closely related to criticality of ACS. For the ACS patients,higher levels of FIB indicated higher Grace scores. FIB level may have important clinical value in early risk stratification evaluation of prognosis and treatment options.

Soluble ST2 ( sST2 ) is protein of interleukin-1 ( IL-1 ) receptor family present in the blood which have been identified has the ability to capture IL-33, thereby inhibiting IL-33/ST2 signaling, the mechanical properties overload of myocardial cells was significantly increased .Thus, when at the onset of heart failure or chronic heart failure deteriorated , or at scarring resulted by myocardial infarction , soluble ST2 can be detected in the blood .The purpose of this review is to discuss the role of soluble ST 2 ( sST2) as a new cardiovascular marker.

Objective To explore the regularities in clinical application of acupoints in acupuncture treatment for ovulatory disorder infertility and provide guidance for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang Database, VIP Chinese Scientific Journal Database and China Biomedical Literature Database were searched to retrieve clinical literature on acupuncture treatment for ovulatory disorder infertility published from 1996 to 2015 and analyze the application frequency of main acupoints statistically, acupoint meridian tropism and regions, and regularities in acupoint selection.Results A total of 98 articles were included, involvng 58 main acupoints, 608 frequencies of using main acupoints and 11 meridians to which the main acupoints were related. The four most frequently used acupoints were Guanyuan, Sanyinjiao, Zigong and Zhongji. The meridians of which the main acupoints were used at the first five highest frequencies were in order the Ren meridian, the spleen meridian, the stomach meridian, the bladder meridian and the kidney meridian.Conclusions Guanyuan, Sanyinjiao, Zigong and Zhongji are the most frequently used acupoints in modern acupuncture treatment for ovulatory disorder infertility. The principles of acupoint selection are based on visceral and meridional syndrome differentiations. Acupoint selection along the meridian and local acupoint selection are the main methods and acupoint selection according the experience is an auxiliary method.

AIM: To study the quality standard for Ganmao Qingre Granules(Herba Schizonepetae,Radix Saposhnikoviae,Radix Puerariae,etc). METHODS: Radix Saposhnikoviae,Spica Schizonepetae,Radix Bupleuri,Herba Platycodonis in Ganmao Qingre Granules were identified by TLC,and the content of puerarin was determined by HPLC. RESULTS: Radix Saposhnikoviae,Herba Schizonepetae,Radix Bupleuri,Herba Platycodonis could be identified by TLC.The concentration curve of hesperdin showed linearity over the range of 0.086 8-8.680 ?g(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 99.09%,RSD was 1.12%(n=9). CONCLUSION: The method is simple,specific and accurate and can be used effectively for the quality control of Ganmao Qingre Granules.

Objective To study the effect of adenovirus type 3I,7b on the expressions of mRNA and protein of transforming growth factor-beta 1(TGF-?1) in human embryonic lung fibroblast cells.Method The expression of mRNA and protein of TGF-?1 were determined in human embryonic lung fibroblast cells before and after being infected by adenovirus type 3I,7b and in normal fibroblast cells with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and in situ hybridization.Results The mRNA and protein of TGF-?1 expression in human embryonic lung fibroblast cells increased siginificantly after being infected by adenovirous type 3I,7b compared with those in normal fibroblast cells(Pa0.05).Conclusion Lung fibroblast cells and TGF-?1 may play some roles in pathophysiological processes of viral pneumonia.

Object: To observe the dynamic changes of dopamine (DA) in the striaturn with the process of duplicating cerebral ischemia and reperfusion (CIR) model on rats. And observe the effect of electroacupuncture (EA) on such changes. Methods: Using microdialysis sampling, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) detecting technology, dynamic sampling from experimental animals at multiple moments to observe the changes of dopamine in striatum with ischemia. And observe the effect of EA at Fengchi (GB 20) on such changes. Result: About the extracellular level of DA in normal group, sham-operation group and sham-operation + EA group, no significant changes were observed during the measuring period. The extracellular level of DA peaked at 15-45 min after MCAO and 0-30 rain (P<0.05) after reperfusion. A rising trend was also observed following 120 min after reperfusion. After EA, the extracellular level of DA was significant lower than ischemia group following 90 min after reperfusion (P<0.05). And there was no peak again. Conclusion: EA at Fenchi (GB 20) can regulate the disorder of DA. EA can improve the integrity neurological function. This may be one of the mechanisms of acupuncture treating the lesion of cerebral ischemia and reperfusion.

Objective: To analysis the medical expenses of six diseases and put forward the efficient methods to control their unreasonable rise. Methods: 22582 patients with six diseases in two largest hospitals in Xi'an were chosen and analyzed from 1/1/ 2003 to 10/1/2004. Results: Six diseases were the main reason of hospitalization and the malignancy was most important; drug expense of the uninsured patients, which was the key factor to induce the medical expenses rising, was higher than insured patients. Conclusion: The medical insurance program could control the drug expense efficiently; different control strategies to different diseases were important to distribute the medical resource and lighten the life burdens of the inpatients.

To investigate the potential use of suicide gene systems in vascular targeting gene therapy, HSV-tk/GCV and EC-cd/5-FC systems were established on vascular endothelial cells in vitro by adenovirus transduction. Both modified cell lines were highly sensitive to prodrugs, the IC_(50) for GCV was 0.2?mol/L in IGll/Ad-tk cells, and IC_(50) for 5-FC was 20?mol/L in IGll/Ad-cd cells, while the parental endothelial cells were insensitive even at the highest concentrations of prodrugs in the experiment. Mixed cellular assay showed that significant bystander killing effect was exhibited in modified endothelial cells. Also, the apoptosis involved in these prodrug-mediated growth inhibitions has been shown under electron microscopy. These results indicated that both HSV-tk/GCV and EC-cd/5-FC systems could efficiently suppress vascular endothelial cell growth in vitro , suggesting the feasibility of using suicide gene in vascular targeting gene therapy.
