Circulating tumor cells are closely related to the development and progression of malignant tumors. Current methods of detecting circulating tumor cells include reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction method and immunomagnetic enrichment assay. Detection of circulating tumor cells can contribute to early detection of cancer micrometastases, re-classification of clinical stage, monitoring recurrence and metastasis after surgery or radiotherapy and chemotherapy, predicting prognosis, and selecting personalized therapeutic strategy.

Objective To summarize the experience in nursing 2 patients with anti-glomerular basement membrane disease.Method The nursing measures such as close observation of disease condition,careful nursing of medication,nursing during the treatment of double filtrated plasmapheresis and mental care to the patients and their family members.Results After treatment,the concentration of anti-GBM antibody was declined and the level of serum creatinine was also decreased.The renal function got rccovered to a certain extent.Conclusion Such nursing points as close observation of renal and pulmonary pathgenesis,timely and accurate administration of medicine according to doctor's orders and active observation and prevention of complication from double filtrated plasmapheresis are key.

[Objective]The best treatment method for cemented acetabular component loosening during revision hip replacement has not been established.The purpose of this study is to determine the initial results obtained with a unique implant the modular porous tantalum cup,designed as an alternative treatment for aseptic prosthesis loosening following total hip arthroplasty.[Method]From Apr. 2006 to Nov.2006,porous tantalum cups were implanted during sixteen revision total hip replacements in nine women and seven men who had an average age of 69.2 years at the time of the procedure.Harris score and UCLA activity score were measured before,at 1,2 years and after arthroplasty.Radiographic follow-up was performed simultaneously.All patients were followed-up clinically and radiographically.[Result]The mean follow-up period was 24 month (range18-25months).The mean preoperative Harris hip score(HHS) was 21-54 (32.6) compared with the postoperative HHS of 56-90 (87.5).The mean preoperative UCLA score was 2-5(3.8) compared with the postoperative score of 6-9 (8.2).Radiographic evaluation of the revised components demonstrated no evidence of loosening or subsidence,and all showed radiographic evidence of bone ingrowth.[Conclusion]At the time of short-term follow-up,the porous tantalum cup effectively provided structural stability for acetabular component failure of cemented primary fixation.The potential for long-term biologic fixation may provide durability for porous tantalum cup.Long-term follow-up and comparison with alternative revision techniques will be required to evaluate the true effectiveness of this treatment approach.

Objective: To study the scavenging capacity of extract from four kinds of barley leaves on superoxide free radical and hydroxyl free radical. Methods: Measure the content of superoxide free radical and hydroxyl free radical by nitro blue tetrazolium(NBT) photo-reduction. Results: Along with the flavonoid in the reaction liquid, the scavenging rate shows ascending trend . When the concentration of flavonoid is 12?g/ml, its scavenging rate is 95.56% and 94.12% on superoxide free radical and hydroxyl free radical respectively. Conclusion: The flavonoids of barley leave s have stronger anti-oxidative action.

Objective To characterize the medial femoral circumflex artery based on three-dimensional computed tomographic angiography (3DCTA) so as to provide anatomical aids for diagnosis and treatment of hip injuries.Methods To do this research the 3DCTA data of 103 patients (206 hips) were collected who underwent 3DCTA from March 2012 to June 2014 for examination of the pelvis and lower extremities.They were 55 men (mean age,54.7 ± 15.9 years) and 48 women (50.0 ± 16.1 years).① The origin and course of the medial femoral circumflex artery was observed.② The length of the artery trunk was measured.The distances between the origin(A) of the artery to the main anatomical marks [the peak of greater trochanter (B),the inward peak of lesser trochanter (C),and the crosspoint (D) of the femoral artery and the pubic edge or the acetabulum inlet edge] were measured.Comparisons of the measurements were conducted between genders.③ The distance between point A and point E,the starting point of the femoral profound artery,was measured.Comparisons of the measurements were conducted between genders.Results 2.9％ (3/103) of the subjects had their bilateral medial femoral circumflex arteries originate from the femoral artery,94.2％ (97/103) had their bilateral medial femoral circumflex arteries originate from the femoral profound artery,and 2.9％ (3/103) had one medial femoral circumflex artery originate from the femoral artery and the other from the femoral profound artery.1.9％ (4/206),76.7％ (158/206) and 21.3％ (44/206) of the subjects had the artery of screw type,of circuitous type and of straight type,respectively.The artery trunk goes posteriorly and medially after it is issued,divides into branches along the course,continues to go around the back of the femoral neck,and finally goes to the outward and upper direction.There were no statistical differences between males and females regarding length of the artery trunk,or distances between points AB,AC,AD or AE (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Since 3DCTA can clearly demonstrate the origin,course and anatomical morphology of the medial femoral circumflex artery,it can be used to provide anatomical aids for clinical evaluation and treatment of hip injury.

The training of clinical skill is closely linked with medical personnel education.However,traditional paper-type training materials were unable to meet the training needs.As a new type of training materials,trial-and-error video-type clinical skill training materials (abbreviated as TEVT clinical skill training materials) have gradually attracted attention with its characteristics of lively and interesting,potentially informative,high acceptance among students,the advantages' of stimulating students' initiative exploration and consideration,fostering students' critical spirit and humanities.On the basis of analyzing the advantages' of TEVT training materials,we discussed the developing specialties of TEVT clinical skill training materials from four aspects as the material orientation and the application object,material sources,constructing the developing team and editing the teaching materials.Furthermore,we reflected the application prospect of TEVT clinical skill training materials in the future,in order to explore an available implementation path for the development of TEVT clinical skill training materials.

Objective Video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery is widely used in clinical practice,due to the characteristics of minimal invasion,quick recovery,low incidence of postoperative chest pain and the same effect of lobectomy as thoracotomy.However,the surgical itself has a certain degree of difficulty,and due to the effect of lymph node,intraoperative blood loss,pleural adhesions,conversion to thoracotomy surgery is needed in some cases. Understanding the risk factors of conversion to thoracotomy can help thoracic surgeons figure out the right time to operate the surgery.

Objective To study the analgesic effect of sufentanil combined with Dezocine in endoscopic resection of fallopian.MethodsA total of 188 patients with tubal pregnancy from April 2013 to December 2014 in Haining central hospital were enrolled in the study, they were randomly divided into two groups (n=94).On the basis of conventional intravenous analgesia, the patients in control group was were received sufentan, the observation group were given sufentan combined with dezocine.The score of pain at different time points after operation, the Ramsay sedation score, and the level of IL-6 and IL-10 were compared.The adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe score of VAS in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control at 4h, 8h, 12h and 24h after operation (P<0.05).The score of VAS in the two groups were similar at 48h after operation;the Ramsay score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05) at five time points (4h, 8h, 12h, 24h and 48h after operation);when compared Compared with the indexes before operation, the level of IL-6 was significantly increased in the two groups at 24h and 48h, but the observation group increased less, the IL-6 in observation group was lower than that in the control group at the two points(P<0.05);while the IL-10 was higher than that beforeoperation, and the observation group was more higher(P<0.05).The adverse reactions in the two groups were mainly dizziness, nausea, pruritus and lethargy, and the incidence was only 12.8% in the observation group, which lower than that in the control of 29.8%(P<0.05).ConclusionIt which dazocine combined with sufentanil had a good analgesic effect in the process of analgesia in gynecological laparoscopic resection of fallopian tube after the operation.The VAS score and Ramsay sedation score was improved significantly.The levels of inflammatory factors were lower, and the incidence of adverse reaction was significantly reduced.It is a reliable method for clinical intravenous analgesia.
