Chinese Journal of Rheumatology 2012;16(7):442-445
Objective To detect the expression of T helper cells 9 (Th9) in the peripheral blood and the level of interleukin (IL)-9 in the plasma of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients, and to analyze the relationship between Th9 and clinical characteristics, and their possible role in the immunological pathogenesis of RA were explored. Methods Thirty-six patients with RA and 22 healthy controls were included.RA patients were divided into high disease activity group (n=22) and moderate disease activity group (n=14).Th9 cells were obtained from RA patients and healthy controls and detected by flow cytometery. The levels of IL-9 in RA patients and healthy controls were detected by ELISA tests.T-test and Spearman's correlation were used for statistical analysis. Results The expression of Th9 and the level of IL-9 of RA patients [(0.99±0.50)%,( 1.06±0.42 ) pg/ml,respectively] were significantly higher than normal controls[ (0.21±0.08)%,(0.69±0.13)pg/ml,respectively,all P<0.01 ].Meanwhile, the expression of Th9 and the level of IL-9 in high disease activity group [ ( 1.18±0.52 )%,( 1.37±0.47 ) pg/ml ] were higher than those of the moderate disease activity group [ (0.69±0.25)%,(0.94±0.30) pg/ml ].There were positive correlations between Th9 and disease activity score(DAS) 28,erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR),C-reactive protein (CRP),the number of tender joints, the number of swollen joints and rheumatoid factor (RF),the level of IL-9 respectively. There were positive correlations between IL-9 and DAS28,ESR,the number of tender joints, and the number of swollen joints. Conclusion High expression of Th9 and level of IL-9 maybe involved in the pat-hogenesis of RA,and is associated with disease activity. These results indicate that the abnormality of Th9 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of RA.

Chinese Journal of cardiovascular Rehabilitation Medicine 2016;25(2):185-188
Objective:To observe therapeutic effect and influence of rosuvastatin on levels of interleukin (IL)-35 and nu- clear factor-κB (NF-κB)in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods:A total of 85 CHD patients were randomly divided into rosuvastatin group (n=43,received rosuvastatin calcium therapy based on routine treatment)and atorvastatin group (n=42,received atorvastatin calcium therapy based on routine treatment),both groups were treated for eight weeks all.Cardiac index (CI),cardiac output (CO),left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic dimension (LVEDd),serum levels of IL-35 and NF-κB,and total effective rate were measured and compared be- tween two groups before and after treatment. Results:Compared with before treatment, there were significant rise in CI, CO,LVEF and IL-35 level, and significant reductions in LVEDd and NF-κB level in both groups after treatment (P<0.05 or<0.01).Compared with atorvastatin group after treatment, there were significant rise in CI [(3.54±0.72)L· min-1 ·m-2 vs.(3.88±0.83)L·min-1 ·m-2 ],CO [(3.78±0.89)L/min vs.(4.94±0.96)L/min],LVEF [(56.20 ±9.71)% vs.(63.48±14.15)%]and serum IL-35 level [(96.26±24.33)pg/ml vs.(106.92±27.26)pg/ml],and sig- nificant reductions in LVEDd [(4.71±0.89)cm vs.(4.36±0.75)cm]and NF-κB level [(21.51±5.01)ng/ml vs. (18.32± 5.17)ng/ml]in rosuvastatin group,P<0.05 all.Total effective rate of rosuvastatin group (95.35% vs. 76.19%)was significantly higher than that of atorvastatin group,P<0.05. Conclusion:Rosuvastatin possesses more sig- nificant therapeutic effect than that of atorvastatin on coronary heart disease, and its heart protection effect besides lipid lowering may be related to regulating levels of interleukin-35 and nuclear factor-κB.
5.Restoration of segmental bone defects by using chitosan-coated pressed calcium sulfate pellet com-bined with rhBMP-2
Chinese Journal of Trauma 2009;25(7):648-652
Objective To compare the effect of calcium sulfate pellets made by different methods in repair of segmental radial defect of rabbits. Methods Eighty white New Zealand rabbits were sub-jected to defects of middle part of the left radial bone and divided into four groups according to repair ma-terials: control group (Group A, implanted with no artificial bone substitute), uncoated pressed calcium sulfate pellets (Group B), coated pressed calcium sulfate pellets (Group C) and coated pressed calcium sulfate pellets combined with rhBMP-2 (Group D). Histologic examination and biological test were done at 4, 8 and 12 weeks after operation. The data were processed with mono-factor variance analysis. Re-sults New bone formation was found on the defected bone in Group D and Group C, with better in Group D. The bone strength test showed that the anti-bending strength was (39.6±1.7) % in Group C and (47.5±2.1) % in Group D, which were higher than (21.3±2.7) % in Group A and (23.6±3.3) % in Group B, with higher anti-bending strength in Group D than that in Group C (F = 125.3 ,P <0.01). Conclusions For restoration of segmental bone defects, chitosan-coated pressed calcium sulfate pellet shows relatively high density and slightly slow resorption, which closely coincides with the growth rate of new bone. The coated pellet combined with rhBMP-2 can enhance its osteogeneais in restoring segmental Done defects.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(05):-
In light of the idea of realizing management by capital, the authors expound the theoretical basis of implementing the integration of the capital of funds and the capital of knowledge and give an account of their hospital's experience in this aspect. By introducing capital and talented personnel, viz. by liquidating remnant assets through the capital of knowledge and by seeking benefits through capital integration, the hospital has succeeded in inventing a new way of utilizing talented personnel resources and stimulating talented personnel to greater efforts, thus enhancing the speed of its accumulation of capital and laying a solid foundation for sustainable development.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2015;31(12):914-915
Objective To investigate the condition of self-management of patient controlled analgesia pump in patients in the ICU.Methods 82 patients in ICU were selected in July 2014 and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 41 cases in each.In the observation group, the PCAP was fixed on the bedrails of patients' bed and controlled by themselves to acquire satisfactory analgesia effect. In the control group, the PCAP was operated by the nurses.Pains scores was compared between the two groups. Results The different position of PCAP showed the different scores of pain in the patients. The pain scores in the observation group (2.93±1.47) was significantly lower than that in the control group (3.76±1.36),P<0.05.Conclusions Proper position of PCAP and controlled by patients can effectively reduce postoperative pain of patients in the ICU,and then reduce their suffering and improve their comfort.
