2.The surrent situation and prospect about design and implementation of forensic clinical medicine standards ;in China(
Chinese Journal of Forensic Medicine 2016;31(5):433-436
Technical standards were supports that not only for any profession’s development, but also for the basic means of modern quality control.Forensic clinical medicine has developed nearly 40 years in china, there are 23 normative technical documents at present, the range of its application has been expanding with time, the caseload has been more than 1 million pieces per year all the country. Reviewing these standards, it can be seen: Technital standard of forensic clinical medicine has absorbed a large number of advanced international ideas, assimilating plenty of practice experience at the same time, standard's system has been initially formed, it has become one of the important means to guarantee the quality of medicolegal expertise. Certainly, the construction of forensic clinical standardization in China is still an arduous task, there are also many outstanding contradiction in the existing standards, our studies on international standards were not in-depth, and so on. In the future, forensic science experts still need to strengthen the companion study of technical standards and laws or regulations, intensify tracing and evaluating of international standards in order to form more adaptive and advanced technical standards.

4.Research progress on regulatory mechanism of liver cancer stem cells
Chinese Journal of Hepatobiliary Surgery 2014;20(12):900-904
The theory of cancer stem cells proposed that recurrence and metastasis of liver cancer are closely related to liver cancer stem cells. The traditional surgical treatment of liver cancer simply kills those rapidly proliferating tunor cells instead of eliminating hepatic cancer stem cells which play decisive role in recurrence and metastasis. As far as people have concerned, there are many signaling pathways and regulatory factors modulating liver cancer stem cells, such as the Wnt/β-catenin pathway,TGF-β pathway,Notch pathway,Hedgehog pathway, hepatitis B virus,as well as epigenetics.Further studies on regulatory mechanisms of liver cancer stem cells are of great significance,in hope of providing new evidence for treatment and prevention of recurrence and metastasis of liver cancer.
5.Relationship Between Tumor Angiogenesis and Expression of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor and Nitric Oxide Synthase in Human Gastric Cancer
Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2004;0(01):-
Objective To study the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS),endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in human gastric cancer and their relationship with tumor angiogenesis and to investigate the interaction of NOS and VEGF in gastric cancer. Methods The expression and distribution of VEGF, iNOS and eNOS in 34 gastric cancer specimens were detected with immunohistochemistry. Microvessel density (MVD) was counted with FⅧRAg immune specific staining. Results The expression rates of iNOS, eNOS and VEGF in 34 gastric cancers were 73.5%, 82.4%and 91.2%respectively. The expression of VEGF had a significant positive relation with iNOS, but not with eNOS. The MVDs of VEGF or iNOS positive gastric cancers were obviously higher than those of VEGF or iNOS negative gastric cancers. There was no significant difference between the MVDs of eNOS positive gastric cancers and eNOS negative ones. Conclusion MVD increases with increase of expression of VEGF and iNOS in gastric cancer. It is indicated that VEGF and iNOS can promote gastric cancer angiogenesis. VEGF and iNOS have a significant positive correlation, which suggests that in human gastric cancer, iNOS plays an important role in the production and action of VEGF.
7.Detection of Heart Rate of Fetal ECG Based on STFT and BSS.
Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2016;40(1):22-26
Changes in heart rate of fetal is function regulating performance of the circulatory system and the central nervous system, it is significant to detect heart rate of fetus in perinatal fetal. This paper puts forward the fetal heart rate detection method based on short time Fourier transform and blind source separation. First of all, the mixed ECG signal was preprocessed, and then the wavelet transform technique was used to separate the fetal ECG signal with noise from mixed ECG signal, after that, the short-time Fourier transform and the blind separation were carried on it, and then calculated the correlation coefficient of it, Finally, An independent component that it has strongest correlation with the original signal was selected to make FECG peak detection and calculated the fetal instantaneous heart rate. The experimental results show that the method can improve the detection rate of the FECG peak (R), and it has high accuracy in fixing peak(R) location in the case of low signal-noise ratio.

8.In vivo imaging of lentigo with confocal laser scanning microscopy
Chinese Journal of Dermatology 2013;46(11):824-826
Objective To assess the microscopic features of lentigo by using in vivo confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM).Methods This study included 30 patients clinically diagnosed with solar lentigo and 10 patients with lentigo simplex.Lentigo lesions and perilesional normal skin were examined by in vivo CLSM.Tissue specimens were also obtained from lesional and perilesional normal skin and subjected to routine histopathologic examination. Results The CLSM features of lentigo were mainly observed at the dermo-epidermal junction. In all of these cases of lentigo, there was an increase in the length and number of rete ridges, with a marked hyperpigmentation of the basal layer.Several distinct microscopic patterns were observed, such as extended, irregularly shaped papillary dermis surrounded by highly refractile cells (presumed to be basal keratinocytes).Histopathologically, there was an infiltrate of a small quantity of melanophages and lymphocytes in superficial dermis. Conclusion As far as lentigo lesions are concerned,CLSM images are consistent with histopathological findings.
9.Surgical treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia in elderly patients
Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2014;33(2):169-171
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of surgery treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia in elderly patients. Methods 60 elderly patients with prostatic hyperplasia aged 80 years and over were admitted in our hospital from January 2005 to January 2009.56 cases were treated with transurethral plasmakinetic resection of benign prostatic hyperplasia, and 4 cases were treated with suprapubic prostatic hyperplasia enucleation.IPSS score, residual urine volume and maximum urinary flow rate (Qmax) in all patients were compared between pre-and post-surgery.Results 60 cases of patients were operated successfully without significant intraoperative capsular perforation, ureteral orifice and urethral sphincter injury.IPSS scores and residualurine volume were significantly less after surgery than before surgery [(20.3 ± 3.7) vs.(11.5 ± 2.1),(85.1 ± 13.0) ml vs.(37.7±7.9) ml,t=16.02,24.14,both P<0.05].The maximum flow rate Qmax was significantly higher after surgery than before surgery[(8.7 ± 2.1) ml/s vs.(14.9 ± 3.2) ml/s,t =12.55,P<0.05].All patients were followed up for 6-12 months. No incontinence and recurrence of benign prostatic hyperplasia were found. Conclusions Transurethral plasmakinetic resection for treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia is safe and effective in elderly patients, with a low recurrence rate, and is worthy of promoting.
10.The effect of Helicobacter pylori plantation in Barrett's esophagus columnar epithelium on the development of esophagus adenocarcinoma in the elderly
Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2014;33(1):50-54
Objective To investigate the effect of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) plantation in Barrett's esophagus (BE) columnar epithelium on esophageal adenocarcinoma (EA) in the elderly. Methods 109 patients with reflux esophagitis (RE),51 patients with Barrett's esophagus and 16 patients with esophagus adenocarcinoma were diagnosed by endoscopy and pathological biopsy. The 4-quadrant biopsies in esophagus lesions were respectively taken from each patients.1 were tested by silver staining and urease test for rapid detection of Hp,and the other were stained by HE staining for pathological analysis,AB /PSA staining and immunohistochemistry for gene expressions of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and B cell lymphoma / leukemia-2 (Bcl-2).Results Hp colonization in RE group,BE group and EA group were 0%,44.4% and 42.1% respectively. The expression levels of COX-2 in abnormal squamous epithelium in RE group,BE group and EA group were 46.7%,100% and 100% respectively. The expression of COX-2 was higher in BE and EA groups than in RE group (x2=126.21,both P<0.05).Moreover,a gradually increase in COX-2 expression was observed in abnormal esophageal squamous epithelium from RE to BE to EA.COX-2 expression was significantly increased in mucosa in BE and EA patients with Hp plantation and in lower esophageal carcinoma in EA patients with Hp plantation and without Hp plantation.Bcl-2 expression in esophageal squamous epithelium was 40.2%,85% and 100% in RE,BE and EA groups respectively. The expression of Bcl-2 was higher in BE and EA groups than in RE group (x2 =125.25,P<0.05).Bcl-2 expression was increased in mucosa BE patients with Hp plantation. Conclusions Hp plantation in BE esophageal columnar epithelium can increase the expression of COX-2,and induce its downstream Bcl-2 expression, inhibit cell apoptosis, and might lead to EA.
