Protein phosphorylation is one of the most common post-translational modifications (PTMs)in various organisms, which plays critical roles in the regulation of intracellular biological processes, such as cell prolifera-tion,signal transduction, metabolismis and tumorigenesis. However, the low abundance of phosphoprotein in the biological systems poses significant challenges of current analytical techniques. In order to further understand the phosphoproteomics, the roles of phosphorylated proteins in life process, discovery of biomarkers, diagnosis and treatment of disease, enrichment strategies of high efficiency have been developed, including the design of new nanomaterials and combination of a variety of analytical methods,et al.In this paper,we reviewed the develop-ment of enrichment strategies for phosphoproteomics and application of phosphoproteomics in disease.

BACKGROUNDTo study the clinical effects of ¹⁵³Sm-EDTMP plus chemotherapy in the treatment of bone metastasis of lung cancer.
METHODSOne hundred and ten lung cancer patients with one metastasis [male 82 and female 28, aged from 32 to 76 yrs; squamous cell carcinoma 28, adenocarcinoma 27, small cell lung cancer (SCLC) 7, mix type 41, alveolar carcinoma 7] who did not undergo an operation were entered into this study. The patients were divided into 3 groups: ¹⁵³Sm-EDTMP therapy only (37 cases), ¹⁵³Sm-EDTMP plus chemotherapy after 3 days (42 cases), 30 days after chemotherapy plus ¹⁵³Sm-EDTMP (31 cases). The dosages of ¹⁵³Sm-EDTMP ranged from 1 111 to 2 660 MBq. The patients with SCLC were adapted CCNU, MTX and CTX; those with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) were adapted MMC, VCR and DDP. Statistic analysis of the data was performed by Chi-square test.
RESULTSTotal pain relief rate for ¹⁵³Sm-EDTMP only was 89.2% , for ¹⁵³Sm-EDTMP plus chemotherapy was 92.8%, and for chemotherapy plus 153 Sm EDTMP was 90.3% . The foci disappeared in 9 cases with ¹⁵³Sm-EDTMP only, in 12 cases with ¹⁵³Sm-EDTMP plus chemotherapy, and in 9 cases with chemotherapy plus ¹⁵³Sm-EDTMP. The 1 year survival rate was 29.7%(11/37) by 153 Sm only, 40.5%(17/42) by 153 Sm plus chemotherapy, 38.7%(12/31) by chemotherapy plus ¹⁵³Sm-EDTMP.
CONCLUSIONS¹⁵³Sm-EDTMP plus chemotherapy is effective in the treatment of bone metastasis of lung cancer.

OBJECTIVE:To ev aluate pha rmacoeconomics of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate preventing liver damage induced by chemotherapeutic drugs for gastric cancer ,and to provide reference for rational use of liver-protecting drugs. METHODS :Totally 200 inpatient medical records were collected from our hospital retrospectively during Jan. 2018-Feb. 2020,and then divided into group A (prophylactic use of magnesium isoglycolate ,50 cases),group B (prophylactic use of magnesium isoglycolate combined with TCM prescriptions ,50 cases),group C (prophylactic use of polyene phosphatidylcholine ,50 cases) and group D (non-prophylactic use of liver-protection drugs ,50 cases). The effects (total response rate )of four plans preventing liver damage were evaluated. Pharmacoeconomic evaluation was analyzed by cost-minimization analysis and cost-effectiveness method , sensitivity analysis was carried out at the same time . RESULTS :Total response rates of group A ,B,C and D were 94.00%, 96.00%,82.00% and 72.00%. The total response rates of group A and B had no statistical significance (P>0.05),but were significantly higher than those of group C and D (P<0.05);total response rate of group C was significantly higher than that of group D (P<0.05). The costs of groups A ,B,C and D were 1 936.70,2 086.96,1 800.91,2 975.42 yuan. The cost-minimization analysis was used to compare the therapeutic plan of group A and B ,and plan of group A was more economical. The cost-effectiveness method was used to compare therapeutic plan between group C and D ,and the plan of group C was more economical. The cost-effectiveness method was used to compare therapeutic plan between group A and C ,and the cost-effectiveness ratio of 2 groups were 2 060.32 and 2 196.2 3,incremental cost-effectiveness ratio was 1 131.58,and the plan of group A was more economical. Above conclusion were supported by the results of sensitivity analysis.
