Objective:To explore the latent classes of recurrence risk perception in ischemic stroke patients and their relationship with health behaviors. Methods:Convenience sampling was used to select 312 patients with ischemic stroke from two ClassⅢ Grade A hospitals of Guangzhou from December 2022 to June 2023 as the research subject. Before discharge, the General Information Questionnaire, Recurrence Risk Perception Scale for Patients with Stroke, and Health Behavior Scale for Stroke Patients were used for investigation. One month later, the Health Behavior Scale for Stroke Patients was used for follow-up. Latent class analysis and multiple Logistic regression analysis were used to explore the latent classes of recurrence risk perception and their influencing factors, while multiple linear regression was used to analyze the relationship between latent classes of recurrence risk perception and health behavior at 1-month follow-up.Results:A total of 312 questionnaires were distributed, and 302 valid questionnaires were collected, with an effective response rate of 96.79%. One month later, 261 study subjects completed follow-up. The recurrence risk perception in ischemic stroke patients were divided into four classes of overall low perceived accuracy, light consequence-heavy disease-moderate perceived accuracy, heavy self-care-light diet-upper moderate perceived accuracy, and overall high perceived accuracy. Age, educational level, place of residence and monthly average income were influencing factors for different latent classes ( P<0.05). Compared with patients with overall low perceived accuracy, patients with heavy self-care-light diet-upper moderate perceived accuracy, as well as those with overall high perceived accuracy, showed better health behavior after discharge, with a statistically significant difference ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Medical and nursing staff should provide targeted nursing interventions based on the common characteristics and individual differences of different classes of patients, helping patients correctly perceive the recurrence risk, improve health behavior, and prevent stroke recurrence.

OBJECTIVE:
To explore the influence of gender of chromosomal translocation carriers on the occurrence of embryonic chromosomal aberrations.
METHODS:
A retrospective study was carried out. Data were collected from 235 couples carrying reciprocal translocations (1163 blastocysts) and 70 couples carrying Robertsonian translocations (351 blastocysts). The preimplantation genetic testing for structural rearrangement (PGT-SR) analysis of 1514 blastocysts were completed through next generation sequencing (NGS).
RESULTS:
After adjusting the confounding factors such as female age, AMH, ovarian stimulation regimen, and Gn dosage, the results showed that the risk for blastocyst chromosomal abnormalities was 0.41 [OR(95%CI), 1.41(1.06, 1.87), P < 0.05] times higher in female reciprocal translocation carriers and 1.02 [OR(95%CI), 2.02 (1.20, 3.40), P < 0.01] times higher in female Robertsonian translocation carriers compared with male carriers, respectively. Compared with male carriers, the risk of blastocyst chromosomal abnormalities was increased by 0.67 times [OR(95%CI), 1.67 (1.10, 2.56), P < 0.05] in female reciprocal translocation carriers over 30 years old and 1.06 times [OR(95%CI), 2.06 (1.02, 4.15), P = 0.0434, P < 0.05] in female Robertsonian translocation carriers between 25 and 30 years old.
CONCLUSION
Compared with male carriers, female carriers of reciprocal or Robertsonian translocations have a higher risk for producing embryos with chromosomal abnormalities, and their age may also be a risk factor.

Objective:To construct an intervention program of sports and medical integration for patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) in phase Ⅱ cardiac rehabilitation, so as to provide reference for the effective implementation of physical activity behavior change in AMI patients during phase Ⅱ cardiac rehabilitation. Methods:Before the research, we browsed relevant literature and guidelines published from July 2016 to June 2021, made a retrospective study on the influencing factors of cardiac rehabilitation behavior for AMI patients, and carried out a qualitative interview on cognitive and compliance motivations for AMI patients. Furthermore based on trans-theoretical model, the first draft of the intervention program was developed and and the expert consultation questionnaire was formed. From February to April 2022, Delphi method was used in 16 experts from 10 hospitals and 1 nursing college in 4 provinces. After 2 rounds of expert consultations on the importance and operability of items, the intervention program was finally determined. Results:The effective recovery rates of the 2 rounds of expert consultations questionnaires were both 16/16. The authority coefficient of expert consultation was 0.90, the judgment basis coefficient was 0.96, and the familiarity degree was 0.84. After the second round of expert consultation, the coefficient of variation of the importance of each item was (0.0-13.4)%, and the coefficient of variation of operability was (0.0-18.1)%. The final intervention program of sports and medical integration for patients with AMI in phase Ⅱ cardiac rehabilitation had 37 items, containing precontemplation stage (8 items), contemplation stage (7 items), preparation stage (5 items), action stage (9 items) and maintenance stage (8 items). Conclusions:The construction process of the intervention program of sports and medical integration for patients with AMI in phase Ⅱ cardiac rehabilitation is scientific and feasible. The content is focused on the patient-centred conception and the whole-process management for the exercise rehabilitation of AMI patients in phase Ⅱ cardiac rehabilitation. This intervention program may improve the safety, feasibility, participation and compliance in phase Ⅱ cardiac rehabilitation in patients with AMI. So it is recommended to be popularized and used in phase Ⅱ cardiac rehabilitation.
