A novel high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for the determination of 4-O- methylhonokiol in rabbit plasma and was applied to its pharmacokinetic investigation. Plasma samples were treated by one-fold volume of methanol and acetonitrile to remove the interference proteins. A reverse phase column of SHIM- PACK VP-ODS （150 mm ×4.6 mm, 5.0 μm） was used to separate 4-O-methylhonokiol in the plasma samples. The detection limit of 4-O-methylhonokiol was 0.2 μg/L and the linear range was 0. 012 - 1. 536 mg/L. The good extraction recoveries were obtained for the spiked samples （84.7%, 89.3% and 87.7% for low, middle and high concentrations of added standards, respectively）. The relative standard deviation of intra-day and inter-day precisions was in the range from 0.6% to 13.5%. The pharmacokinetic study of 4-O-methylhonokiol was made and the results from the plasmaconcentration curve of 4-0-methylhonokiol showed a two-apartment open model. This work developed a sensitive, stable and rapid HPLC method for the determination of 4-O-methylhonokiol and the developed method has been successfully applied to a pharmacokinetic study of 4-O-methylhonokiol.

Objective To evaluate 11C-MDA,a cardiac sympathetic nerve presynaptic molecular probe,in acute myocardial ischemia (AMI) and to compare with 13N-Ammonia myocardial perfusion imaging.Methods Twelve Bama miniature pigs were used to establish AMI models.11C-MDA and 13N-Ammonia PET/CT were performed before and after model establishment.The defect fraction,ratio of defect to normal region,defect volume of 11C-MDA and 13N-Ammonia PET/CT were calculated.Paired-t test and twosample t test were used.Results Eight models were established successfully and 4 pigs died.The defect fractions on 11C-MDA and 13N-Ammonia myocardial imaging were significantly different (13.4±3.3 vs 7.4±1.0,18.8±4.4 vs 4.8±1.0,10.5±4.2 vs 4.4±0.9;t values:4.901,8.864,4.030,all P＜0.001) at the first,third and sixth month post-model establishment.The ratios of defect to normal region on 11C-MDA and 13N-Ammonia PET/CT myocardial images were significantly different (0.47±0.14 vs 0.59±0.10,0.43±0.13 vs 0.61±0.09;t values:-2.166,-3.415,both P＜0.05) at the first and third month post-model establishment.The defect volumes on 11C-MDA and 13N-Ammonia PET/CT were significantly different ((4.20±0.34) vs (2.55±0.11) cm3,(10.66±0.71) vs (2.46±0.12) cm3,(5.95±0.50) vs (2.44±0.11) cm3;t values:12.925,32.149,19.440,all P＜0.001) at the first,third and sixth month post-model establishment.Conclusions Myocardial ischemia-reperfusion and cardiac sympathetic restoration might occur at different times.The recovery of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion is earlier than that of the cardiac sympathetic nerve.

Objective To evaluate the quality of Isatidis Radix from different ecotypes by using projection pursuit model. Methods Totally 11 batches of Isatidis Radix from different ecotypes in Gansu Province were used as evaluation samples. With the contents of epigoitrin, uridine, guanosine, adenosine, benzoic acid, salicylic acid, indigo, indirubin, and alcohol extract as evaluating indexes, combined with projection pursuit model established by DPS V 9.50 statistics software, the quality of Isatidis Radix was evaluated. Results Based on the evalution of nine main indexes, quality order of the 11 batches of Isatidis Radix was acquired: S2>S1>S9>S7>S8>S3>S5>S10>S11>S4>S6. Conclusion The projection pursuit model was available for the quality evaluation of different ecotype Isatidis Radix. The quality of Isatidis Radix from different ecotypes is different significantly, and the quality of tetraploid Isatidis Radix of Shijiazhuang is the best.

It is an inevitable trend for dental nurses to meet the requirements for becoming a well-qualified nurse specialist who should have professional skills, basic nursing skills and holistic nursing consciousness. Combined with the daily clinical works in large general hospital, a standardized training system for dental nurses was preliminarily constructed. The strategies and experience of the professional training, including personal career planning, emergency handling capacity improvement by multi-discipline training, core curriculum system construction, dental clinical techniques strengthening, customized training strategies implementation, as well as clinical examination and evaluation, were herein discussed. In conclusion, our experience provides useful references for standardized education of the dental nurses with qualified clinical competence.
