Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 1956;0(02):-
Body weight, height, weight index as well as obesity incidence of 4780 people (male 3216, female 1564) aged from 20 to 78 including various kinds of job were investigated in Fusan district in Shandong province. The body weight and height were measured by conventional method. The weight indexwas estimated in terms of the value of weight(kg)/height(cm)2 ? 100. The correlationregression between sex, age, height and weight was calculated as well. The result showed that the average weight index ranging from 0.1933 to 0.2525 in males and 0.1951 to 0-2563 in famales was noticed. Accordingly, the incidence of overweight and obesity was 7.71% and 8.33% in males and 6.96% and 4.73% in females respectively. The correlation coefficients between weight and age (r = 0.9838 within 20-35 in age in males, r = 0.9846 within 20-50 in age in famales), and between weight and height (r = 0.9798 within 144-180cm in males, r = 0.8595 within 140-170cm in females) were highly significant. The data mentioned above were also discussed briefly.

We carried out parallel design and development of two differently structured auto sampler based on a multi-axis and multi-mode high-precision closed-loop servo control system. An integrated embedded control drive module was developed based on the idea of compatibility and inter-changeability, so that DC motor and encoder were standardized into uniform models. Meanwhile, electric and mechanical interfaces were uniformed to a same standard. This allows the direct exchange of above-mentioned components between the two models. A 1-μL manual sample injection syringe was installed on both standard 110-sample and platform 40-sample liquid auto sample injectors connected with gas chromatographer. Approximately 0. 5μL of cetane-isooctyl was sampled for 6 consecutive times at six different positions in the sample bottle. The repeatability RSDs of the injection peak areas of the two systems were 1. 1% and 1. 5%, respectively. A linear correlation coefficient (0. 9947) of peak area with injection volume was achieved based on the gradient sampling volume of 0. 1, 0. 3, 0. 5, 0. 7 and 0. 9 μL.

Objective:To compare the pharmacoeconomics value of domestic olanzapine with imported olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia to provide reference for the rational drug use in clinics. Methods:Two hundred patients with schizophrenia were ran-domly divided into group A ( treated with domestic olanzapine ) and group B ( treated with imported olanzapine ) with 100 cases in each. The treatment course was 8 weeks. The patient’ s condition, adverse reactions, social function, quality of life and daily activity in the two groups were evaluated. Meanwhile, cost-efficacy analysis was performed. Results:The scores of PANSS, SDSS, SQLS and ADL after the treatment were all significantly lower than those before the treatment in both groups (P<0. 01). However, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0. 05). In the 2nd and 4th weekend after the treatment, the scores of TESS in group A were all significantly higher than those in group B (P<0. 01). The effectiveness of the two groups was similar. The cost in group A was significantly lower than that in group B(P<0. 01). The efficacy-cost ratio in group A was higher than that in group B(P<0. 01). Conclusion:The domestic olanzapine is as effective and safe as imported olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia with lower treat-ment cost. Therefore, the pharmacoeconomics value of domestic olanzapine is much better.

Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of the Chinese medical herb decoction qu yin tang combined with narrow-band ultraviolet B (NB-UVB) phototherapy on psoriasis vulgaris, and to investigate its influ-ence on osteopontin (OPN) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in serum. Methods Sixty patients with psoriasis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group was treated with qu yin tang and NB-UVB; the control group was treated with qu yin tang only. The levels of OPN and VEGF in serum were detected in both groups before and after treatment using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Twenty healthy persons' serum samples were taken as controls. At the same time, any changes in psoriasis area and severity index (PASI) scores in the two groups were recorded and compared. Results After 8 weeks of treatment, PASI scores and levels of OPN and VEGF had been reduced significantly in both groups, and there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group. Conclusions Chinese medical herbs combined with NB-UVB phototherapy is a safe and effective method for the treatment of psoriasis. The results suggested that OPN and VEGF may play an important role in the pathogenesis of psoirasis vulgaris.

Journal of Clinical Hepatology 2022;38(12):2908-2912
Pancreatic cancer (PC) has the characteristics of insidious onset, rapid progression, and poor prognosis. Up to now, there are no standard clinical regimens for the treatment of PC, and the benefit rate of new targeted therapy remains at a relatively low level, which results in the high mortality rate of PC. Therefore, an understanding of the development and progression mechanisms for PC has become a difficult issue to be solved, and establishment of reliable animal models for PC is the basis for exploring the development, progression, invasion, and metastasis of PC and the optimization of effective therapeutic targets. At present, a large number of studies have established various animal models for PC, and this article compares the commonly used animal models to provide a reference for the selection of animal models in PC research.
