1.Research progress of the relevance between tumor and human leukocyte antigen
Cancer Research and Clinic 2015;27(3):214-216
Human leukocyte antigen (HLA) has high polymorphism at the genetic level, which is one of the important molecules in human immune response,lack-or over-expression will lead to abnormal immune response. The escape ot tumor from the immune damage is a possible mechanism of tumor occurrence and development.Further study about the relationship between abnormal expression of HLA and the tumor may provide important evidence on the study of mechanism of tumorigenesis and tumor immunotherapy.

The changes of the hemorheology, plasma cholesterol and albumin and clinicaleffects in 36 children with refractory nephrosis after treatment with polysaccharide sulfate (PSS) were observed. The results showed that the indices of hemorheology and the plasma cholesterol decreased obviously and the albumin increased obviously than the control group ( P

Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(09):-
OBJECTIVE To study the alteration of microbial population distribution in intensive care unit (ICU) for the reference to clinical drug administration. METHODS The distributed features of 413 strains of infection germs detected among the patients of ICU were statistically analyzed during the years of 2002 to 2005. RESULTS The main germs of 413 strains were Pseudomonas aeruginosa(87 strains), Acinetobacter baumannii(48 strains), Stenotrophomonas maltophilia(34 strains), Staphylococcus epidermidis(30 strains), S. aureus (20 strains) and Escherichia coli (19 strains). The first 3 species were P. aeruginosa (21.07%), A. baumannii(11.62%) and Sten. maltophilia (8.23%). CONCLUSIONS Most pathogens in ICU are Gram-negative bacteria and the proportion of Sten. maltophilia increases gradually. It is a very important clinical value to inspect the bacterial distribution and antibiotics should be used rationally.

Objective To analyze the possible effective intervention for heat stroke(HS)associated with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS)as a result of cross-country training. Methods All the data of causes of HS,clinical manifestations, laboratory findings, clinical interventions and outcome were collected and analyzed in five cases of HS associated with MODS.Results Four patients survived and one died of severe DIC and MODS.The levels of creatin kinase and myoglobulin in survived patients lowered gradually 4-5 days after effective treatments. No sequela was found in survived patients. Conclusions The therapeutic principle for the patients of HS associated with MODS is early commencement of hypothermia, fluid expansion, anticoagulation, blood purification and deep-sedation.

Objective To explore ihe physiological changes of the late-onset depressive(LOD) persons during sleep. Methods 15 cases of LOD patients formed a group and 10 healthy aging persons formed a control group.Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) was used to score the severity of depression and polysomnographic recorders were used to monitor the whole night long. The subjective feelings of the sleep and the daytime mental status were assessed in the morning. Results Compared with the controlde group, the LOD patients obviously possessed a disordered sleeping process: sleep efficiency was lower( ( 59.20 ± 2.90 ) %, ( 77.09 ± 1.55 ) %, P <0.01 ); their sleep latency was longer( (54.00 ± 4.97 ), ( 24.00 ± 2.91 ), P < 0.01 ); the numbers of rapid eye movement(REM) sleep phase and rapid eye movement latency(REML) were strikingly different(P<0.01 ).Compad with the control group, the LOD patients' awakening time and percent were significantly increased. Not only were the time and percentage of S2 sleep phase much higher, but the time of slow wave sleep was shorter.Besides,REM sleep activity, its density, and its intensity were raised (P < 0.05 ).Conclusion There is a disturbance of the objective physiological indexes happening among the LOD patients. The increase of S2 sleeping time and percentage and the disinhibition of REM sleep can be used as the diagnosis indexes of LOD patients' specificity.

Objective The objectives of this study were to analyze the results of lung cancer screening from 9265 urban residents in Urumqi from year 2014 to 2016,and to evaluate the significance of early diagnosis and treatment of cancer for the lung cancer prevention. Methods A total of 31,177 people with high risk of lung cancer were assessed by cancer risk questionnaire surveyed from 40 to 69 years old residents in Urumqi.High-risk groups were assigned to low-dose spiral CT scan in Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University. Results 9,265 people were scanned with low dose spiral CT and overall completion rate was 29.7%.There had 11.9% detection rate in 1,005 people who were scanned positive pulmonary nodules. The detection rate was 31.9% for 2,955 people who were scanned solid nodules(<5 mm) and 2.5% for 236 people who had the non solid nodules(< 8 mm). After screening,14 patients were diagnosed by pathology and the detection rate was 0.2%.The emphysema, pulnonary cysts, pulmonary bullae and other related lung disease were detected in 4,095 people and the detection rate was 44.2%.Conclusion The lung health status of Urumqi residents was found by a wide range of lung cancer screening, and the awareness of lung cancer prevention and control was greatly improved. It provided the basis for the establishment of effective prevention and treatment system, which was helpful to improve the early diagnosis and treatment rate of lung cancer.

Objective:To investigate the causes of false-positive anti-HCV in non-syndromic cleft lip and palate with serum chemiluminescence test. Methods:We performed a hospital-based,case-control study of 4 050 patients with non-syndromic cleft lip and palate and 8 547 control patients without cleft lip and palate to evaluate associations between positive anti-HCV and non-syndromic cleft lip and palate. CLIA test were used for detect anti-HCV in control group. RIBA and FQ-PCR were used for confirming the result of the positive samples of CLIA test. CLIA test were used for detect anti-HCV in case group until CLIA test was negative. IgG,RF and ANA were used for case-control comparisons. Results:The detection rate of anti-HCV were higher in the case group than that of control group (P<0. 05). The false-positive rate was 1 percent based on testing of 4 050 patients. These samples were negative after opration 1-19 months. There were no change among IgG, RF and ANA in the false-positivepatients. Conclusion: False-positive anti-HCV in non-syndromic cleft lip was possible associated with abnormal plasma metabolic product. It can be excluded by track monitoring.
