Objective To prepare a set of serum cardiac troponin I quality control materials for testing and evaluate the homoge‐neity and stability .Methods Mixed serum were collected ,filtered ,distributed ,storaged at -20 ℃ according to the experimental design .The homogeneity of serum pools was evaluating according to the CNAS‐GL03 Guidance .The stability of cTnI in human ser‐um was examined using an accelerated stability testing protocol according to the Arrhenius equation .Further ,the effect of stability was verified by long term test .Results In the homogeneity evaluation the results showed that there were insignificant difference between the control materials (P>0 .05) .Stability analysis ,the control should not exceed 2 times by freeze‐thawing ;constant tem‐perature accelerated test results showed that the serum levels of cTnI degraded in accordance with the change of chemical first‐order reaction kinetics .Arrhenius‐plots indicated that the cTnI control materials were stable for at least 7 days at 4 ℃ and 19 months at-20 ℃ ,respectively .Control materials were monitored for 9 months ,the results are stable ,and consistent with the constant tem‐perature acceleration .Conclusion The homogeneity and stability of serum cTnI is good and can be used in clinical quality control .

The wind, phlegm, and blood stasis are important pathogenic factors of cough variant asthma in children, and they are also the pathological products in the occurrence and development of this disease. They have typical pathogenic characteristics. The main pathogenesis characteristics of cough caused by wind, phlegm and blood stasis are as follows that external wind attacks the lungs and induces internal wind, phlegm and dampness accumulates in the lungs, and the lungs fail to declare and descend, and blood stasis obstructs the collaterals and stagnation of Qi. The wind, phlegm, and blood stasis have their own pathogenic characteristics, and their cough-causing also have their own pathogenic characteristics and clinical characteristics. Based on the characteristics of wind, phlegm, and blood stasis, the application of medicine based on the differentiation of symptoms and signs can effectively prevent and treat this disease, and provide theoretical basis and treatment ideas for the treatment of cough variant asthma in children with Chinese medicine.

ObjectiveTo investigate the feasibility and safety of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) combined with oral cholangiopancreatography in the treatment of major duodenal papilla gallbladder polyps. MethodsA retrospective analysis was performed for the clinical data of eight patients with choledocholithiasis and gallbladder polyps who underwent ERCP and combined with oral cholangiopancreatography for major duodenal papilla cholecystectomy in Center of Digestive Endoscopy, Jilin People’s Hospital, from May 2022 to June 2024, and related data were collected, including the success rate of surgery, the technical success rate of gallbladder polyp removal, the superselective method of cystic duct, the time of operation, the time of gallbladder polyp removal, and surgical complications. ResultsBoth the success rate of surgery and the technical success rate of gallbladder polyp removal reached 100%, and of all eight patients, three patients used guide wire to enter the gallbladder under direct view, while five patients received oral cholangiopancreatography to directly enter the gallbladder. The time of operation was 51.88±12.34 minutes, and the time of gallbladder polyp removal was 23.13±10.94 minutes. The diameter of gallbladder polyp was 2 — 8 mm, and pathological examination showed inflammatory polyps in three patients, adenomatous polyps in one patient, and cholesterol polyps in four patients. There were no complications during or after surgery. The patients were followed up for 2 — 27 months after surgery, and no recurrence of gallbladder polyp was observed. ConclusionOral cholangiopancreatography is technically safe and feasible in endoscopic major duodenal papilla cholecystectomy.
