Objective To explore the diagnosis value of ultrasound real-time elastography in thyroid diffuse diseases.Methods Eleven elastic quantitative parameters of 123 patients with thyroid diffuse diseases and 42 healthy volunteers obtained from the ultrasound real-time elastography were analyzed with principal components analysis to attain a comprehensive evaluation value which was named stiffness index(SI),reflecting the organization elastic information of different thyroid diffuse diseases.SI among each group was compared by ANOVA.Results Chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis SI was 86.37±20.45,subacute thyroiditis SI was 86.14±19.95,primary hyperthyroidism SI was 54.68±21.69,normal control group SI was 41.34±15.59,respectively.The SI between chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis,subacute thyroiditis,primary hyperthyroidism and normal controls had significant statistical differences (P<0.05),the SI between primary hyperthyroidism and chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis,subacute thyroiditis had significant statistical differences (P<0.05),the SI between chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis and subacute thyroiditis had no significant statistical difference (P>0.05).Conclusions Ultrasound real-time elastography could indirectly reflect the stiffness information of thyroid lension tissue and have a certain degree of diagnosis value in thyroid diffuse disease.

Objective To provide reference for clinical pharmacists participating in pharmacotherapy of low molecular weight heparin calium-induced thrombocytopenia.Methods Clinical pharmacists carried out pharmaceutical care for a patient with chronic cor pulmonale with acute exacerbation of chronic asthmatic bronchitis in the use of low molecular weight heparin calium,who developed progressive thrombocytopenia,and helped clinicians to manage adverse reaction and select subsequent treatment drug.Results The suggestions were adopted by clinicians.The platelets of patients gradually recovercd without thrombosis events.Condusion Participation of clinical pharmacists in the treatment of low molecular weight heparin calium induced-thrombocytopenia can effectively improve the prognosis of patients and ensure the safety in drug use.

Objective To investigate the effect of application of video surveillance system for medical staff in the prevention and control of Ebola treatment center (ETC). Methods The high-definition camera installed in the polluted area 100 beds of 24 wards, semi polluted area ring corridor, wear off gowns and other areas without blind spot. Video data and information were collected. The experts of steering group and medical personnel were on duty of video monitoring 24 hours in the medical duty room. They monitored the situation of frontline staff in medical care, whether wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), logistics and transportation problems encountered in the work, and corrected and reminded. Results From December 2015 to January 2014, by checking 182 people on the first-line staff including doctors, nurses and nursing workers, 239 problems of 4 categories were found. The PPE problems was 147 cases (61.50%), while perform operation process issue 35 cases (14.64%), flow logistics distribution problems 31 cases (12.97%), the others 26 cases (10.88%). All the problems were given a timely reminder. There was no infections among medical team. Conclusion Video surveillance system could help medical staff to prevent and control infection, and reduce the risk of infection.

Objective To explore the effect of hemeoxygenease/carbon monoxide system on hypoxic pulumonary vascular structural remodeling. Methods Twenty six Wister rats were randomly divided into four groups:control groups( n =6),hypoxia group( n =7),hypxia+ZnPP group( n =6) and hypoxia+CO group( n =7).Pulmonary artery mean pressure(mPAP) of each rat was elaluated by using right cardiac catheterization,the ultrastructaral changes in intra acinar pulmonary muscularized arteries were observed. The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of the metformin on the formation of hepatic fibrosis in type 2 diabetic rats and discuss its mechanism of liver-protecting activity. After SD rats were fed with high-fat and high-sucrose diet for four weeks, low-dose streptozotocin (STZ) was injected intraperitoneally to make the animal mode of type 2 diabetes. Then, all diabetic rats was fed with the high-fat diet and metformin (ig, 100 mg x kg(-1)) was given orally to metformin group for four months. After the last administration, fasting blood glucose was determined. The livers were removed to calculate the hepatic coefficient and to make HE and Picro acid-Sirius red staining, immunohistochemistry (alpha-SMA and TGFbeta1) and TUNEL staining in order to evaluate the effect of metformin on the hepatic fibrosis. The animal model of type 2 diabetes with hepatic fibrosis was successfully made. Metformin can significantly alleviate the lesions of hepatic steatosis and fibrosis, markedly reduce the expressions of alpha-SMA and TGFbeta1 in liver tissue of type 2 diabetic rats. However, TUNEL staining result suggested that metformin could not reduce apoptosis of hepatocytes. The results suggest that metformin can inhibit the formation of hepatic fibrosis in type 2 diabetes.

Objective To compare the expression of serum miR-100 in patients with esophageal cancer and healthy person ,and explore the value of miR-100 in diagnosis for esophageal cancer .Methods Real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reac-tion was used to detecting miR-100 in 40 esophageal cancer patients(study group) and 50 healthy person(control group) .Results The expression of miR-100 in the study group and control group were 6 .399 ± 3 .541 ,2 .625 ± 1 .515 respective ,the expression in the study group was significant higher than that of the control group(t= 9 .07 ,P< 0 .05) .The under area of receiver operating char-acteristic curve of miR-100 in diagnosis for esophageal cancer was 0 .832(95% confidence interval was 0 .731 - 0 .934) ,when the Cut off value was 5 .285 ,the sensitivity and specificity of miR-100 in diagnosis for esophageal cancer were 65% and 95% . Conclusion Serum miR-100 in esophageal cancer patients is higher than that in healthy person ,which might be a new molecular markers in diagnosis for esophageal caner .

Objective To explore the influence of life quality for the breast cancer patients receiving chemotherapy after the cog-nitive ,behavioral and psychological intervention to their spouse .Methods 120 breast cancer patients received standardized chemo-therapy and their spouses ,and divided into control and intervention groups .The intervention group receive the routine care and health guidance .Before and after chemotherapy ,the life quality of patients was investigated .The data was analyzed statistically .Re-sults The result by the breast cancer patients Quality of Life Questionnaire in Chinese (FACT-B) show that ,the scores of the con-trol and intervention groups in the physiological status ,social/family status ,emotional status ,functional status ,additional attention andtotalscorewere(18.77±4.18,16.48±4.60,17.35±4.41,16.04±4.80,20.81±6.02,89.45±6.34 ;22.46±3.57,19.03± 4 .83 ,18 .58 ± 3 .96 ,18 .59 ± 4 .48 ,24 .73 ± 5 .63 ,103 .39 ± 8 .91) .The scores of intervention groups was increased significantly than the control group .The data was analyzed statistically .Conclusion The quality of life of patients was improved by the cognitive ,be-havioral and psychological guidance and intervention to the spouse of breast cancer chemotherapy patients.
