The curative effects were observed and the cost-effectiveness analyses of the 3 groups were conducted as well.RESULTS:The costs for the 3 groups were 1 345.50 yuan,1 768.125 yuan,1 770.00 yuan, respectively; the total effective rates were 83.75%,82.09% and 85.53%,respectively; the cost-effectiveness ratios were 16.07,21.54 and 20.69,respectively;the incremental cost-effectiveness ratios of group B and C were 254.60 and 238.48,respectively as against group A. CONCLUSION:Xuesaitong injection(group A) is the preferred therapy for angina pectoris caused by CHD.
4.The application and nursing of the transanal drainage tube in decompression of acute left- sided obstruction of colorectum
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2016;32(12):912-914
Objective To explore the application of transanal drainage tube in decompression of acute left- sided colorectum obstruction and its nursing. Methods Twenty- one cases of patients, with acute left-sided colorectal obstruction, were enrolled in this study from 2011 and 2014, Results Of the 21 cases, 5 failed to drip, 6 was difficult to drain, 2 having loose stools around the anus, 2 with the tubes out of the anus, and 6 with obstructed tubes during the drainage. Nineteen finally underwent surgery, 16 of which with 1- stage operation, and 13 of the 16 with sufficient lymph node dissection, without stoma leakage. Conclusions Transanal drainage tube plays an important part in acute left- sided colorectal obstruction, and a professional nursing work could help maintain the unobstruction of the tube, which is of much importance in the procedure of the drainage and the decompression of the obstruction.
5.Advances in pathophysiology of gut microbiota
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2014;(6):1127-1135
Before the technique of advanced high-throughput sequencing comes up , less is known about the human gut microbiota .It has been understood that trillions of microbes , in which 99% are bacteria , inhabit the human gut, forming a complicated ecological community .The gut microbiota has a great impact on human physiology and suscepti -bility to disease through its integrative metabolic activities and interactions with the host .In physiology , gut microbiota con-tributes to the host acquisition of nutrition and energy from diets , promoting development and maturation of gastrointestinal tract and immune system , and protecting host from invasion of enteropathogens .In pathology , dysbiosis underlying altered gut microbiota is associated with the susceptibilities to various diseases , including inflammatory bowel disease , type 1 dia-betes, asthma, obesity, metabolic syndrome , autism and cancer .Understanding of the factors that underlie alterations in the composition and function of gut microbiota will be helpful in the development of drugs and the design of therapies that target it.This goal is formidable .It is because that the compositions of gut microbiota are immensely diverse , varying be-tween individuals in a population and fluctuating over time in an individual , especially during early development and disea-ses.Viewing the gut microbiota with an ecological perspective will provide new insights into how to improve our health by targeting this microbial community in clinical treatments .
6.The clinical analysis of 109 cases of vulvar squamous cell carcinoma
Cancer Research and Clinic 2014;26(4):241-242,249
Objective To analyze the clinical data of vulvar squamous cell carcinoma and discuss the related risk factors. Methods The clinical data obtained from 109 cases of vulvar squamous cell carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively. Results The most common ages of onset were 50-69 years. The course of canceration was usually 6-12 months, and most lesions occurred on the labia majora. The sizes of tumour were around 2-4 cm,and more than 90 % of lesions were well-differentiated squamous cell carcinomas.According to 2009 FIGO new staging of vulva cancer, more patients were reclassified as stage Ⅰ B,while patients with stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ became less.99 out of 109 patients also had nonneoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva. The lesions mostly affected the labia majora and the labia minora, and 60 % of them were pathologically diagnosed as lichen sclerosus.Patients with nonneoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva usually developed into vulvar carcinoma within 10-15 years. Conclusion The incidence of vulvar squamous cell carcinoma is closely related with vulvar nonneoplastic epithelial disorders of the vulva. As the chronic nonneoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva increase the risk of vulvar cancer, periodic follow-up will help its early detection.

8.EFFECTS OF ACUTE NICOTINE EXPOSURE ON CASPASE-3 EXPRESSION AND APOPTOSIS OF NEURON IN THE ADOLESCENT RAT'S BRAIN
Acta Anatomica Sinica 2002;0(05):-
Objective To investigate the effects of acute nicotine exposure on expression of Caspase-3 and apoptosis of neuron in adolescent rat's brain. Methods The Caspase-3 expression was detected with immunohistochemistry and Western blotting. Apoptosis cells were detected by TUNEL method. Results The Caspase-3 expression in cerebral cortex, hippocampal dentate gyrus, CA2 and CA3 of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group through immunohistiochemistry. The expression of Caspase-3 prototype and active fragments in cerebral cortex and hippocampus of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group with Western blotting. The TUNEL positive cells in cerebral cortex and hippocampal dentate gyrus of the experimental group were more than that of the control group. Conclusion Acute nicotine exposure can activate Caspase-3 and increase neuron apoptosis in cerebral cortex and hippocampal dentate gyrus of the adolescent rat's brain.
9.REGULATION OF ?-7 NEURONAL NICOTINIC ACETYLCHOLINE RECEPTORS BY NICOTINE IN MIDBRAIN OF RATS
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1955;0(03):-
Objective To observe the regulation of ?-7 neuronal nicotinic acetylcholine receptors(?-7-nAChRs) by nicotine in the ventral tegmental area(VTA),the substantia nigra(SN) and the cortex of the rat. Methods Nicotine exposed animal models were established. The changes of ?-7-nAChRs proteins and mRNA were observed by immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization in VTA,SN and cortex, and the expression of ?-7-nAChRs proteins by Western blotting in PC12 cells. Results The expression of ?-7-nAChRs proteins in cortex and mRNA in VTA and SN were upregulated by nicotine. The expressions of ?-7-nAChRs in PC12 cells were in proportion to and dependent on the time for nicotine to function and the dose. Conclusion Both ?-7-nAChRs mRNA in VTA and SN in transcriptional mechanism and ?-7-nAChRs protein in the cortex at the translation level were upregulated.
10.THE EFFECT OF PRENATAL NICOTINE EXPOSURE ON DEVELOPMENT OF CEREBRAL CORTEX AND HIPPOCAMPUS IN THE OFFSPRINGS OF PREGNANT MICE AND EXPRESSIONS OF NEURAL CELL ADHESION MOLECULES
Acta Anatomica Sinica 2002;0(05):-
Objective Our aim was to observe the effects of prenatal nicotine exposure on development of cerebral cortex and hippocampus in the offsprings of pregnant mice and expressions of NCAM proteins. Methods We established prenatally nicotine exposed(PNE) animal models. We investigated the offspring's structural changes of cerebral cortex and hippocampus with HE staining.Using immunohistochemistry and Western blotting we observed the changes of expressions of NCAM proteins in the neonatal mice. Results Cerebral cortex and hippocampus as well as hippocampal cell layers of the PNE offsprings were thinner than that of the control group. The expressions of PSA-NCAM in cerebral cortex and hippocampus of the PNE offsprings were higher than the control group while the expressions of NCAM-180,140 and 120 weaker. Conclusion Prenatally nicotine exposure can prevent normal morphogenesis of cerebral cortex and hippocampus of mice and can change the expressions of NCAM proteins in cerebral cortex and hippocampus of neonatal mice.
