Objective To explore the effect of virtual reality technology in the promotion of peer in?teraction ability in children with high functioning autism( HFA) . Methods 15 children with HFA were re?cruited and divided into control group( n=5) ,experimental group 1( n=5) and experimental group 2( n=5) with IQ and gender matching. The experimental group 1 received the attentional bias modification task, the flash animation technology task using virtual reality technology and the task in the real environment. The ex?perimental group 2 received the flash animation technology task using virtual reality technology and the task in the real environment. The control group received the task in the real environment only. Results ( 1) Af?ter the attentional bias modification, compared with the experimental group 2,the experimental group 1 was shorter on reaction time( T1=16.0,T2=39.0, U=1.0, P=0.016) ,and was higher on the accuracy( T1=40.0, T2=15.0, U=0.0, P=0.008).(2)The scores of the experimental group 1 in the other?regarding(T1=39.5, T2=15.5, U=0.5, P<0.01) and the using language( T1=38.0,T2=17.0, U=2.0, P<0.05) were higher than the experimental group 2.(3) The scores of the experimental group 1 in the other?regarding, using language and rule executor were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.01).(4) The score of the experimental group 2 in the other?regarding was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05) . Conclusion The attention bias correction based virtual reality peer interaction technology can effectively improve the ability of other?re?garding, language using and execution rules of children with HFA in the real environment.

Objective To summarize the nursing points for patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) who are receiving CT-guided percutaneous microwave ablation treatment. Methods A total of 77 HCC patients were enrolled in this study. CT-guided percutaneous microwave ablation treatment was carried out in all patients. High quality perioperative nursing care was implemented, and the adverse reactions were analyzed and summarized. Results CT-guided percutaneous microwave ablation was successfully accomplished in all the 77 cases. After the treatment, different degrees of pain occurred in 29 cases, liver function damage was detected in 6 cases, and pneumothorax was seen in one case. After active treatment and nursing, the clinical conditions were effectively controlled in all patients. No death occurred in perioperative period. Conclusion With the help of sufficient preoperative preparation, close intraoperative cooperation and postoperative effective treatment and nursing, the clinical condition is significantly improved, the complications have been effectively prevented and reduced, and the patient’s quality of life is also improved.

OBJECTIVETo study the antitumor activities of the liposoluble components from caulis Marsdenia tenocissimae and analyze its chemical constituents.
METHODThe supercritical fluid extraction was used to extract the liposoluble components from caulis M. tenocissimae. MIT test was applied to study the anticancer effects of liposoluble components on growth inhibition in human liver cancer line HepG-2 cells, and the chemical constituents were analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC-MS).
RESULTThe liposoluble components of caulis M. tenocissimae have obvious growth inhibitory action to HepG-2 cells. Twenty-four compounds were identified and their relative contents were determined.
CONCLUSIONThe liposoluble components from caulis M. tenocissimae have antitumor activities, and its pharmacological activity is related to its chemical constituents.

Objective To explore the change of apoptosis factor Caspase-3 and Bcl-2 in the injured segment of rat with spinal cord injury after inhibiting lentivirus expression of inflammation factor TNF-α. To study the relationship between Caspase-3, Bcl-2, Bax and TNF-α in spinal cord injury. Mthods Spinal cord contusion model was prepared by Allen method. The relation between tumor necrosis factor alpha and Bcl-2, was predicted by the method of GeneMANIA bioinformatics. The RNA which was packaged by lentivirus constructed the RNA interference model of tumour necrosis factor alpha. After interference of tumor necrosis factor alpha, we used the method of QRT-PCR to assays the mRNA expression of Caspase-3 and Bcl-2 in spinal cord and detect of the localization of Caspase-3 and Bcl-2 by immunohistochemistry. Statistical analysis with SPSS17.0. Results SD rats had paraplegia and urinate retentaion because of spinal cord injury. The result of QRT-PCR showed that in the seventh day after SCC, the expression of Caspase-3 reduced significantly (P < 0.05) and Bcl-2 did not change significantly (P > 0.05). Immunohistochemistry experiment results showed that Caspase-3 Bcl-2 and Bax immunoreactive cells were observed in the neurons and glial cells of both white matter and gray matter in the spinal cord. The results were the same with QRT-PCR.. Conclusion TNF-α in rats after SCC can effectively regulate the ratio of Bcl-2 and Bax , and then regulate the expression of Caspase-3 , which may affect the function of apoptosis and function recovery after spinal cord injury.

Objective To investigate the incidence and risk factors of chronic cough in children aged 6-14 years. Methods The incidence of chronic cough in children aged 6-14 years in Qinhuangdao city was investigated by questionnaire. Results A total of 4 000 questionnaires were distributed, 3 785 of them were effectively recovered, with the recovery rate of 94.6%. The incidence of chronic cough in children aged 6-14 was 5.1% (194/3 785). The prevalence rates of boys and girls were 5.4% (101/1 859) and 4.8% (93/1 926), respectively, with no significant difference (χ2=0.641,P=0.873). The incidence rate of children in industrial town area 6.7% (64/955) was significantly higher than that in urban area 4.4% (85/1 917) and agricultural town 4.9% (45/913) (χ2=55.082,P=0.000). The risk factors showed that chronic cough was associated with long-term allergen exposure, allergic constitution, asthma, rhinitis, reflux esophagitis and other nasopharynx diseases (χ2=17.833,43.370,194.466,27.773,101.92,11.268,P =0.000). Regression model analysis showed that asthma, rhinitis and allergen long-term exposure were independent risk factors of chronic cough (Wald=15.352,10.174,12.625,12.659,P =0.000). Conclusion The incidence rate of children in industrial town is higher in Qinhuangdao City than those in other urban areas, 6~14 years old children. Asthma, rhinitis and allergen exposure are the main causes of chronic cough.

Early-onset epilepsy is a neurological abnormality in childhood, and it is especially common in the first 2 years after birth. Seizures in early life mostly result from structural or metabolic disorders in the brain, and the genetic causes of idiopathic seizures have been extensively investigated. In this study, we identified four missense mutations in the SETD1A gene (SET domain-containing 1A, histone lysine methyltransferase): three de novo mutations in three individuals and one inherited mutation in a four-generation family. Whole-exome sequencing indicated that all four of these mutations were responsible for the seizures. Mutations of SETD1A have been implicated in schizophrenia and developmental disorders, so we examined the role of the four mutations (R913C, Q269R, G1369R, and R1392H) in neural development. We found that their expression in mouse primary cortical neurons affected excitatory synapse development. Moreover, expression of the R913C mutation also affected the migration of cortical neurons in the mouse brain. We further identified two common genes (Neurl4 and Usp39) affected by mutations of SETD1A. These results suggested that the mutations of SETD1A play a fundamental role in abnormal synaptic function and the development of neurons, so they may be pathogenic factors for neurodevelopmental disorders.
