Objective To explore the value of prenatal ultrasound, autopsy and vascular cast in diagnosis of right atrial isomerism(RAI).Methods Forty cases diagnosed as RAI by prenatal ultrasound from May 2012 to May 2017 were analyzed. And the results of autopsy and vascular cast after odinopoeia were compared, then up the characteristics of RAI were summed. The feature of venous drainage was the point. Results For all the 40 cases, the relative position of magenblase, the cross section of aortaventralis, the cross section of inferior vena cava and umbilical vein were lost"C"shape view.In intracardiac anomalies magenblase and cardiac apex on the different sides accounted for 77.5%,the atrioventricular septal defect accounted for 67.5%,the right ventricle double outlet accounted for 65.0%,and pulmonary artery stenosis accounted for 52.5%.The major finding of venous drainage were:bilateral superior vena cava accounted for 52.5%,left inferior vena cava accounted for 60.0%,abnormal hepatic venous drainage accounted for 20.0%,pulmonary vein co-antrum accounted for 45.0%.Three cases of cardiac malformation and 4 cases of abnormal pulmonary venous drainage were misdiagnosed, and 4 cases of abnormal hepatic venous drainage were missed by prenatal ultrasound. Conclusions RAI always combines distinctive cardiac malformations and abnormal venous drainage.Prenatal ultrasound has significant diagnostic value. It's important to have further understanding about RAI through the feedback of autopsy and vascular cast.

Objective To establish a reliable pretreatment method for the detection of mequindox and its metabolite in pork luncheon meat by ultra-performance liquid chromatography/triple qudrupole tandem mass spectrometry. Methods Samples were extracted with ethyl acetate, and the results of purification and enrichment by PAX and PEP solid-phase extraction columns were analyzed. Acetonitrile/methanol (3:11) - 0.1% formic acid water was used as the mobile phase, and Shimadzu Inertsil ODS-3-column (3µm, 2.1 × 100mm) chromatographic columns were used for qualitative and quantitative analysis using the multi-reaction detection positive ion mode. Results The results showed that PEP cartridge had good recovery rate. The detection limit of mequindox was 0.10µg/kg, and limit of quantitation was 0.30µg/kg. The average recoveries for spiked levels of 0.33, 0.83, and 1.65µg/kg were 127%, 72.0%, and 60.1%, respectively. The detection limit of 2-quinoxalinecarboxylic acid was 0.10µg/kg, and limit of quantitation was 0.40µg/kg. The average recoveries for spiked levels of 0.42, 1.05, and 2.1µg/kg were 125%, 99.0%, and 60.9%, respectively. Conclusion This method is suitable for the determination of mequindox and its metabolite 2-quinoxalinecarboxylic acid in luncheon meat.

Objective To analyze the hemodynamic parameters of anomalous origin of the right coronary artery from the left coronary artery sinus (AORL) based on computational fluid dynamics (CFD), so as to make an evaluation of the disease. Methods A normal right coronary artery (RCA) case and an AORL case were selected. Two models were reconstructed in Mimics software and imported into ANSYS CFX software for hemodynamics simulation. The hemodynamics of normal RCA model and AORL model were compared. Results AORL model had a smaller volume flow (9.35 cm3/s), which might lead to insufficient blood supply downstream of the RCA; the pressure at the acute corner of AORL model (13.78 kPa) was lower than normal RCA model (14.9 kPa); the wall shear stress (WSS) of AORL model (12.83 Pa) was larger than that of normal RCA model (9.74 Pa); the total deformation of AORL model was relatively large. Conclusions The entrance velocity and pressure of AORL were lower than those of normal RCA, which might lead to ischemic symptoms. The research findings are of theoretical significance for the effective evaluation of ischemia and other diseases in clinic.
