OBJECTIVETo investigate the surgical techniques and therapeutic effect of eyelid divided nevus.
METHODSFrom January 2000 to January 2014, 27 cases with 27 eyelid divided nevi were treated by staged excision (2 cases), or full-thickness skin graft (20 cases) or frontal and facial expanded flaps (3 cases), or combined expanded flaps with skin grafts (2 cases) for large lesions. One case with skin graft underwent secondary treatment with expanded flap due to obvious scar.
RESULTSExcept for one case with residue lesion (0. 5 cm x 0. 5 cm), all the other cases underwent successful treatment with primary healing. All the patients were followed up for 3-48 months (average, 7. 4 months). Except for one case with secondary expanded flap treatment, all the other patients were satisfied with aesthetic and functional results. No occurrence happened.
CONCLUSIONSStaged excision and full-thickness skin grafts are simple and effective method for eyelid divided nevus. For large lesions, expanded flap, or combined with skin graft should be considered.

Objective:To investigate the knowledge of the disease and demands of medical intervention in high-risk individuals of arteriosclerotic cardiovascular diseases (ASCVD).Methods:The 10-year ASCVD incidence risk prediction model was used to screen ASCVD high-risk individuals from Luohu district of Shenzhen city. From October 2018 to April 2019,a semi-structured in-depth interview was conducted among ASCVD high-risk individuals selected by stratified sampling method according to age, gender and educational level. The original data were analyzed with Colaizzi′s seven-step analysis method. Results:Total 37 interviewees were enrolled with an average age of (65.2±8.9) years and with an average ASCVD risk value of (14.2±3.2). Three themes were extracted from the interview, including: (1) Majority interviewees had better Knowledge about the hazards and risk factors of ASCVD; (2) Most of the interviewees had lower medical demands; (3) The interviewees were more likely to focus on symptomatic diseases or diseases disturbing them. Conclusions:The asymptomatic high-risk ASCVD individuals generally have better awareness of ASCVD and less demands for intervention. The result indicates that for health education, not only the knowledge, but also the attitude and behavior should be enhanced.

Objective:To evaluate the medical service quality of psychiatric hospitals in Beijing based on diagnostic related group (DRG), analyze the evaluation effect, for refences to constructe a DRG performance evaluation system suitable for psychiatric hospitals. Methods:This study extracted data such as the number of DRG groups, etc. of hospitalized patients in 14 tertiary and secondary psychiatric hospitals in Beijing from 2018 to 2020 from the Beijing inpatient medical performance evaluation platform, and analyzed data on DRG performance evaluation indicators, as well as the average length of hospital stay and average cost of DRG enrolled cases. All data were analyzed using descriptive research methods, and inter group comparisons were conducted using the Mann Whitney U-test. Results:From 2018 to 2020, the average number of DRG groups in tertiary hospitals (28) was higher than that in secondary hospitals (10) ( P<0.05), and the average CMI values of both were the same(1.79); The average cost consumption index (1.15) of tertiary hospitals was higher than that of secondary hospitals (0.65) ( P<0.05), while the average time consumption index (1.11) was slightly lower than that of secondary hospitals (1.30); The mortality rate of the low-risk group in tertiary hospitals (0.01%) was generally lower than that in secondary hospitals (0.88%), and the average percentage of DRG admitted inpatients (82.8%) was significantly higher than that in secondary hospitals (27.3%) ( P>0.05). The average length of stay and cost per case for DRG enrolled inpatients in tertiary and secondary hospitals were lower than the overall hospital discharge cases ( P<0.05). Conclusions:The number of DRG groups, CMI value, and low-risk mortality rate could be used for evaluating the medical service capacity and safety of psychiatric hospitals, but the cost and time consumption index could not objectively reflect the efficiency of hospital medical services. DRG performance evaluation indicators are more suitable for evaluating short-term hospitalization of psychiatric patients. The proportion of DRG enrolled cases might be a potential indicator for evaluating the service quality of psychiatric hospitals.
