Objective To discuss CT techniques and features of gastric antrum canser.Methods The findings of gastric antrum cancer were analysed in 38 cases with the review of literature.Results The CT findings of gastric antrum cancer were thickening of gastric wall,formation of soft tissue tumour,narrowing of gastric antrum lacuna and in combination with ulcer.The duodenum and around stomach could be invaded by tumor.Conclusion The full view of gastric antrum carcinoma and its relation with adjacent organs can be distinctively showed by CT.

Objective To study the clinical characteristics of Henoch-Sch(o)nlein purpura (HSP) in children.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 124 children with HSP.Results Among these 124 children,54.84% of the children presented upper respiratory tract infection before the onset of HSP.The purpura recurred in 30 of 47 children with Henoch-Sch(o)nlein purpura nephritis and in 22 of 77 children without Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis,respectively (P＜0.05).The incidence of Henoch-Sch(o)nlein purpura nephritis was significantly higher in children who had purpura,gastrointestinal symptoms,and joint symptoms simultaneously than in those only with purpura (P＜0.05).The elevated levels of IgA and C reactive protein were found in 67.35% and 39.39% of the children,respectively.Conclusion The most important predisposing factor of HSP is upper respiratory tract infection.The children with recurrence of purpura or those who have purpura,gastrointestinal symptoms,and joint symptoms simultaneously are more likely to present renal damage.

Objective To propose a method to calculate sample size for survival analysis in single-arm trials.Methods Through theoretical formula derivation,we provided sample size estimation method for survival analysis in single-arm trials.Monte-Carlo simulations using STATA software were conducted to obtain the empirical power,so as to verify the accuracy of the estimated sample size.Results Simulation results showed that,when α =0.025 and α =0.01,the power of the sample size calculated by the formula is in accordance with the predetermined power.Conclusions The formula of sample size estimation we proposed could achieve the predetermined power for survival analysis in single-arm trials.Findings of this study provide reliable basis for sample size estimation of early stage antineoplastic drug clinical studies.

Objective　To observe the influence of intravenous anesthesia with ketamine or propofol on intraocular pressure (IOP) in pediatric patients. Methods　27 pediatric patients, ASA grade Ⅰ～Ⅱ, were divided into ketamine and propofol groups. Basic anesthesia was conducted with ketamine 4～6 mg*kg-1 combined droperidol 0.04～0.1 mg*kg-1 intramuscularly. Anesthesia maintained with continous infusion of 0.04% ketamine or 0.04% propofol following intravenous bolus of ketamine 1 mg*kg-1 or propofol 1 mg*kg-1 in ketamine group and propofol group respectively. IOP, systemic blood pressure(SBP), diastolic blood pressure(DBP), heart rate(HR) and pulse oxygen saturation(SpO2) were measured at 10 minutes after basic anesthesia, 3 minutes after intravenous bolus of ketamine or propofol and end of surgery. Results　There were no differences in IOP between two groups after basic anesthesia. IOP increased or decreased significantly after intravenous bolus of ketamine or propofol respectively. IOP in ketamine group decreased near to the level in propofol group at end of surgery. There were no statistic differences in SBP, DBP and HR between two groups priopration. SpO2 did not change (but in one patient decreasing to below 95% ) and significantly decreased within 5 minutes of intravenous bolus of ketamine and propofol respectively. Conclusion　Ketamine increases IOP propofol decreases IOP. Ketamine combined propofol can keep from increase of IOP but strength respiration inhibition.

Objective To determine the effect of the Buyang Huanwu Tang and batroxobin treating sudden deafness.Methods 90 cues(99 ears)with sudden deafness were randomly divided into two groups,the control group were treated with dextran glucose intravenous and lignstrazine,the treat group were treated with the Buyang Huanwu Tang and batroxobin.The periods were 2 weeks.Results The effect in the treat group was more remarkable compared with the control group,there was a significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion The Buyang Huanwu Tang and batroxobin treeing sudden deafness Can increase curative rete.

Objective To investigate the location of TLR3 and TLR9 protein as well as the expressions of TLR3 and TLR9 protein and mRNA in the lesions of condyloma acuminatum (CA) with different prognosis. Methods Immunocytochemical staining with streptavidin-peroxidase (SP) and reverse transcription (RT)-PCR were conducted to detect the expressions of TLR3 and TLR9 in tissue specimens from lesions of 10 patients with recurrent CA, 14 patients with non-recurrent CA as well as from the foreskin of 10 normal human controls. Results TLR3 and TLR9 were mainly distributed in spinous layer and granular layer in non-recurrent CA lesions, but in basal layer and spinous layer in recurrent CA lesions. A significant elevation was observed in the expression of TLR3 mRNA in non-recurrent CA lesions compared with the control tissue and recurrent CA lesions (P < 0.01, 0.05), and in the expression of TLR9 mRNA in non-recurrent CA lesions compared with the control tissue (P < 0.05). No significant difference was observed between the recurrent and non-recurrent CA lesions in the expression of TLR9 mRNA. Conclusions The changes in the distribution and expressions of TLR3 and TLR9 in epidermis may be associated with the prognosis of CA, and TLR3 may exert a greater impact.

Objective To explore an effective therapy for post-operative urine retention. Methods A total of 264cases were randomly recruited into a intervention group (135 cases) and a control group (129 cases). The intervention group was treated with acupuncture and acupoints massage, and the control group was treated with conventional therapy. Results The total effective rate of was 97.04% and 77.52% in the intervention group and the control group respectively, showing significant difference (χ2=28.657, P＜0.01); The average time for the first time urination of two groups was 24.38min and 35.41 min respectively, also showing significant difference (t= -14.552, P＜0.01). Conclusion Acupuncture and acupoints massage was an effective way for the treatment of post-operative urinary retention.

Objective To observe clinical effect of treating blepharospasm with acupuncture. Methods 27 patients with blepharospasm were randomly recruited into a control group and a treatment group. The control group was treated with western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture. The clinical effects of both groups were observed. Results Total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 85.7% and 69.2%, respectively. There was a significant dieffference between the two groups (P<0.05) . Conclusion The treatment of acupuncture on blepharospasm is better than western medicine.

Objective To learn the present pre-hospital emergency resources allocation in Liaoning province.Methods Site survey and questionnaire survey were used to survey the basic information,number of pre-hospital emergency ambulances,human resources,and communication/control systems of 19 pre-hospital emergency centers in Liaoning province in 2014.Results The number of pre-hospital emergency sub-stations,ambulances and human resource fall short of demand.Furthermore,these resources are found with such problems as greater service radius of average pre-hospital emergency service and longer average pre-hospital response time in countryside than cities,insufficient and obsolete ambulances short of onboard equipment and communication systems,not to mention shortage of medical workers of higher degrees and academic titles.Conclusions A great gap is found between urban and rural pre-hospital emergency resource allocation in Liaoning province,with poor resources in the countryside.The government is recommended to step up financial support in increasing pre-hospital emergency substations and resources allocation,regularly update pre-hospital emergency vehicles,set up independent title promotion mechanism,perfect communication scheduling system,in order to satisfy the demands of pre-hospital first aid.
