Objective To investigate the specific vessels signs in lung cancer by 64-slice spiral CT in first phase perfusion ima-ging so as to get more reasonable time about CT angiography .Methods Among the 47 cases ,there were 38 cases of central and 9 cases of peripheral primary lung cancer underwent 64-slice spiral CT in first phase perfusion imaging :one scan was obtained every 1 seconds during 8-38 seconds with 8 section × I without scanning interval after injection .Precontrast and postcontrast attenuation on every leisions was recorded ,to calculate the peak height(PH) and peak height time by time density curves TDC of pulmonary le-sions to aorta ,those reflect the the tumor feeding artery Imaging about lesions of lung cancer and inflammation .observed and calcu-lated the display rate and display time of lesions of lung cancer and inflammation .means of t test was used for statistics .Results a-bout the peak heights of in pulmonary artery and aorta phese ,statistically significant differences were found between inflammation and lung cancer(P<0 .05) .no statistically significant differences were found between central and peripheral lung cancer (P>0 .05) . about the peak heights time in aorta phase ,no statistically significant differences were found among three groups (P>0 .05) .The tumor vascularity were discoved in lesions in patients with lung cancer (44/47 cases ,93 .62% );The erosion narrow pulmonary ar-tery were discoved in central lung cancer (37/38 cases ,97 .37% ) ,in peripheral lung cancer(6/9 cases 66 .67% );no abnormal pulmo-nary artery were discoved only in 4 patients with lung cancer .Both tumor vascularity and abnormal pulmonary artery were most dis-plaied in 18-31s in CT angiography .Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT in first phase dynamic perfusion imaging can order completely show the specific vessels signs in lung cancer and reflect the tumor feeding artery Imaging of lung cancer .Analysising those benefi-ted to select reasonably the time of CT angiography and Improve the rate of lung cancer diagnosis .

Objective To study the main genes molecular characteristics and evolutionary relationship of porcine and human group A rotavirus (GARV) type G9 in Hebei Lulong region.Methods A stool specimen from diarrhea piglet marked as LLP48 in 2008 in Hebei Lulong region,which was G9 GARV positive and 4 stool specimens collected from hospitalized children with diarrhea under the age of five from 2009 to 2011 in Lulong region which were type G9 GARV positive were selected and the main genes were amplified by RT-PCR.After sequencing,the obtained genes were analyzed through MEGA,DNAStar software and other biological sequence alignment,homology and phylogenetic analyses were performed.Results Porcine GARV LLP48 in Lulong region and four strains of Lulong human GARV were highly homologous in VP7,VP6,NSP4 and NSP2 gene fragments,and nucleotide and amino acid homology respectively was 89.4％-94％ and 94.8％-98.2％ ; VP4 fragment of the nucleotide homology (amino acid) is low,71.4％-71.6％ (68.2％-69.0％).Phylogenetic analysis showed that LLP48 genes encoding VP7,VP6,NSP4 and NSP2 were closely related to the strain derived from human source,and VP4 gene closely related to the strains derived from porcine source.Conclusion Lulong porcine GARV LLP48 strain may be a natural reassorted product of porcine VP4 and human VP7,VP6,NSP4 and NSP2.

Objective:To study the effect of matrine on the expression of transcription factor Snail2 in peritoneal mesothelial cells epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) induced by transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1).Methods:Human peritoneal mesothelial cells were stimulated by TGF-β1 and treated with matrine. The experiment was divided into six groups (control group, TGF-β1-induced group (5 ng/ml), TGF-β1+0.4 mg/ml matrine intervention group, TGF-β1+0.6 mg/ml matrine intervention group, TGF-β1+0.8 mg/ml matrine intervention group and TGF-β1+1.0 mg/ml matrine intervention group). The expressions of Snail2, E-cadherin, α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA), Fibronectin and collagen (Col)Ⅲ were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR and Western blotting. The protein phosphorylation levels of Smad2, Smad3 and extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK)1/2 were detected by Western blotting.Results:The mRNA and protein expressions of Snail2, α-SMA, Fibronectin and ColⅢ were up-regulated after being stimulated by TGF-β1 (5 ng/ml) in human peritoneal mesothelial cells, while the mRNA and protein expression of E-cadherin was down-regulated. TGF-β1 (5 ng/ml) could up-regulate the protein phosphorylation levels of Smad2, Smad3 and ERK1/2. Matrine (0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0 mg/ml) could down-regulate the mRNA and protein expression levels of Snail2, α-SMA, Fibronectin and ColⅢ after being stimulated by TGF-β1 in human peritoneal mesothelial cells. Matrine could down-regulate the protein phosphorylation of ERK1/2, and up-regulate the mRNA and protein expression levels of E-cadherin with treatment of TGF-β1 in human peritoneal mesothelial cells.Conclusions:TGF-β1 can induce EMT of human peritoneal mesothelial cells. Matrine may inhibit TGF-β1-induced EMT of human peritoneal mesothelial cells by down-regulating the expression of Snail2 through the ERK1/2 signaling pathway.
