Objective To evaluate the effect of preserving the intercostobrachial nerve(ICBN) during modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer.Methods Preservation of ICBN during modified radical mastectomy was performed in 100 patients with stage Ⅰ or stage Ⅱ breast carcinoma.All patients were followed up after operation.Results Ninty-one patients had normal sensation of the skin of upper arm on operated side,while medial side paresthesia of the upper arm occurred in 9 cases within the postoperative follow up period.Conclusions Preserving the intercostobrachial nerve in modified radical mastectomy for patients with breast cancer can decrease the incidence of abnormal sensation of the skin of affected upper arm,and improve the quality of life of patients after operation.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the utilization and its trend of antidepressants in Beijing.METHODS: The antidepressants used in 70 hospitals in Beijing from 2004 to 2006 were analyzed statistically in respect of the variety,consumption sum,DDDs and DDC etc.RESULTS: The consumption sum of the antidepressants used in Beijing increased year by year.CONCLUSION: Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors(SSRIs) have become the first-line antidepressants,but the application of the tricyclic and tetracyclic antidepressants decreased year by year.The new antidepressants such as venlafaxine increased sharply.

Objective To discuss CT techniques and features of gastric antrum canser.Methods The findings of gastric antrum cancer were analysed in 38 cases with the review of literature.Results The CT findings of gastric antrum cancer were thickening of gastric wall,formation of soft tissue tumour,narrowing of gastric antrum lacuna and in combination with ulcer.The duodenum and around stomach could be invaded by tumor.Conclusion The full view of gastric antrum carcinoma and its relation with adjacent organs can be distinctively showed by CT.

Objective To explore the maintenance of clinical laboratory devices.Methods Comprehensive factor analysis was introduced to prepare clinical laboratory devices maintenance scheme with considerations on device parameters,environmental requirements,specifications,personnel and etc.Results All the devices had the failure rate,familiarities with device management theory and practice as well as clinical satisfaction enhanced significantly 1 a after the introduction of comprehensive factor analysis (P＜0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive factor analysis has to be involved in to analyze the factors influencing the running of the devices so as to facilitate clinical laboratory examinations.

Objective To observe the curative resection of oxycodone hydrochloride controlled intravenous analgesia pump after treatment of cervical cancer (patient-controlled-intravenous analgesia, PCIA) and the adverse effect of pain.Methods March 2016 to February 2017 undergoing open radical resection of cervical cancer patients with 108 cases, were randomly divided into observation group(n=54) and control group(n=54), the observation group was given oxycodone hydrochloride injection intravenous patient-controlled analgesia pump, the control group were treated with Sufentanil Citrate Injection patient-controlled analgesia pump, anal exhaust time, contrast two groups of patients with adverse drug reactions and postoperative 6h, 12h, 24h, 48h (NRS Numeric Rating Scale, NRS) pain score.ResultsPain score: 12h observation group compared with the control group NRS pain score (P<0.05), with statistical difference, 6h, 24h, 48h time group NRS pain scores haveno statistical difference.Adverse reactions: in the observation group, 7 cases of nausea, vomiting in 6 cases, 2 cases of hypotension;control group 16 cases of nausea and vomiting in 14 cases, 1 cases of hypotension, 1 cases of skin allergy, 1 cases of dizziness, adverse reaction rates were significantly higher than the observation group (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant.Exhaust time: observation group (2.93±0.63) days, the control group (2.76±0.61) days, no statistical significance.ConclusionOxycodone controlled intravenous analgesia pump for analgesia in patients with radical resection of cervical carcinoma after open surgery, with less adverse reactions.

Objective To compare the clinical effect about hysteroscope and laparotomy in patients with submucous uterine myoma. Methods Eighty-four patients with submucous uterine myoma were randomly divided into control group(n=42)and observation group(n=42). The patients in the control group were given laparotomy treatment,while in the observation group were given hysteroscope treatment. The intraoperative and postoperative conditions between the two groups were recorded and compared. There were no statistical significant in terms of recurrence rate between the two groups( 20. 5% vs. 19. 6%;χ2 = 0. 236,P = 0. 637 ). Conclusion Treatment of hysteroscope surgery on submucosal myoma of uterus has the advantages of small trauma and quick recovery and it is an ideal surgical method for uterine myoma.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the therapeutic effect ofHuangqi-Guizhi-Wuwu decoction in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN).MethodsA total of 78 patients with DNP were included and divided into a control group and a treatment group, with 39 in each group. The patients in the control group were administrated with appropriate exercise, control diet, hypoglycemics, mecobalamin and vitamin B1, those in the treatment group were receivedHuangqi-Guizhi-Wuwu decoction on the basis of the control group. The patients in both groups were treated for 8 weeks. The serum activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GPx) and catalase were determined by enzymatic-colorimetric method, and the serum malondialdehyde level was measured using colorimetric method. Sensory nerve conduction velocity (SCV) and motor nerve conduction velocity (MCV) were measured using an Electromyograph and Evoked Potential Equipment.ResultsAfter treatment, MCV (43.12 ± 4.1 m/svs. 40.27 ± 2.8 m/s;t=3.585,P<0.05)、SCV (41.51 ± 3.4 m/svs. 39.63 ± 3.5 m/s;t=2.406,P<0.05) in the treatment group were significantly increased than those in the control group. The serum activities of SOD (51.1 ± 6.6 U/mlvs. 47.6 ± 3.9 U/ml;t=2.851,P<0.01),GSH-Px (241.7 ± 36.1 U/mlvs. 213.9 ± 31.7 U/ml;t=3.614,P<0.01) in the treatment group were significantly increased than those in the control group. The total efficiency in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (87.2%vs. 69.2%;χ2=4.333,P=0.033).ConclusionsHuangqi-Guizhi-Wuwu decoction combined with conventional therapy could improve antioxidant capacity and control DPN progress in patients with DPN.

Objective To investigate the effect of artesunate on the expression of heat shock protein 47(Hsp47)in pulmonary fi-brosis in rats.Methods Thirty SD male rats were randomly divided into control group,model group and artesunate intervention group (intervention group).Rats in control group were intrachacheally instilled with saline (0.4 mL),while rats in other two groups 5 mg/kg bleomycin.Rats in both control group and model group were intraperitoneal injected with 1 mL saline per day sub-sequently.And the rats in intervented group were intraperitoneal injected with 10 mg/100 g artesunate per day.The body weight of day 0,day 14 and day 28 were recorded.All the rats were sacrificed on day 28.The pulmonary coefficient and the hydroxyproline content were observed.The expression of Hsp47mRNA and CollagenⅠmRNA were evaluated by RT-PCR.The Hsp47 expression was also detected by Western Blot.The pathological changes were analyzed by hamatoxylin-eosin (HE)stain and Masson stain.Re-sults (1)The body weight of control group grew much faster than other groups (P <0.05).(2)Pulmonary coefficient:model group (12.31±1.89)mg/g>intervention group (8.54±0.67)mg/g>control group(4.81±0.38)mg/g (P <0.05).(3)Ashcroft Scores:model group(5.70±1.09 )>control group (3.08±0.56),model group(5.70± 1.09)>intervention group (4.01 ± 1.25).There was no significant difference between control group and intervention group(P >0.05).(4)Hydroxyproline content:model group (620.33±66.16)μg/g>control group(379.00±35.51)μg/g,model group (620.33±66.16)μg/g >intervention group(429.00± 36.51)μg/g (P <0.05),there was no significant difference between control group and intervention group.(5)Hsp47mRNA expres-sion:model group and intervention group > control group (P <0.05),there was no difference between the first two groups(P >0.05).CollagenⅠmRNA:model group > intervention group>control group (P <0.05).(6)Western blot showed that Hsp47 ex-pression of model group was the highest in all three groups.Conclusion These results indicate that artesunate might inhibit pulmo-nary fibrosis and depress CollagenⅠproduction,and it′s probably a result of Hsp47 down regulation.

Objective To investigate a superior therapeutic method of chloasma with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in women of reproductive age. Methods Two stage cross trial were employed in this study. Valuable labels were included pharmaceutical, periodical and layover effect, clinical symptoms, chloasma area, and correlation of them. Therapeutic course had 4 weeks in the first and the second stage, respectively. Clinic final effect was valued by intentional methodology. Results 106 recipients who fulfilled with inclusion criteria were divided into two groups, therapeutic group and controlling group, respectively. Effect rate of treating group arrived at 60.4% after and before the cross treatment. Therapeutic effect in the treating group was significantly superior to that in the controlling group in the end of clinic final. The pharmaceutical and the periodical effect also manifest markedly difference in this study. But there was not cross effect between the pharmaceutical and periodical effect in each group. The symptom effect has no relation with chloasma area effect, both of them also manifests line relation. Conclusion On the basis of pathological factors such as heat-damp, blood stasis and phlegm, harmonizing liver and reinforcing kidney is good way to improve therapeutic effect.
