AIM: The method of the double qualitative similarities and the double quantitative similarities was carried out for the evaluation of the chromatographic fingerprints and applied to HPLC fingerprints of Rhizoma anemarrhenae. METHODS: The chromatographic fingerprints were obtained by injecting 5 ?L of the sample solution each time on a CenturySIL C_(18) BDS column(20 cm?4.6 mm,5 ?m) with the gradient elution solvent system composed of 1% acetic acid-water and 1% acetic acid-acetonitrile.The column temperature was maintained at(30?0.15) ℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 265 nm.The chromatographic fingerprints were evaluated by the normalized similarity S_F and normalizing similarity S′_F and the projecting similarity C% and quautitative similarity P%, changes in characteristics were investigated in the cases of big peaks-free and small peaks-free respectively. RESULTS: 21 co-possessing peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks of Rhizoma anernarrhenae by choosing rutin peak as the reference peak.S_F could clearly reflect the chemical constituent distribution, and C% could reflect the total contents of the sample, but both of them were seriously influenced by the big peaks and could not reflect the missing of small peaks.S′_F and P% were equivalent weight to all fingerprint peaks, and they could reflect sensitively the small peaks drop-out. CONCLUSION: The double qualitative similarities and the double quantitative similarities are composed of S_F,S′_F,C% and P%,so the changes or lacks of both big peaks and small peaks can be punctually simultaneously monitored to be a novel method for evaluating fingerprints. The HPLC fingerprints can be useful in the quality control of Rhizoma anemarrhenae.

Objective To explore the effects of specialist outpatient nursing instruction on gestational impaired glucose tolerance ( GIGT ) , body weight and pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women .Methods A total of 60 cases of GIGT pregnant women from March 2011 to January 2012 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group , with 30 cases in each .The control group was given routine antenatal examination, childbirth care guidance from pregnant school , regular diet and exercise instructions and other related knowledge from obstetric nutrition clinic;the experimental group furthermore received maternal and child specialist nursing outpatient guidance . Instructors who had got maternal and child care nurse specialist qualifications issued according to each pregnant woman′s age, weight, gestational weeks, blood glucose, fetal growth, formulated personalized recipes and exercise program , and carried on personalized guidance with one to one counseling .Results After the intervention , other aspects of the self cognition and behavior , except for the diet condition , less sweets control , and regularly blood sugar monitor , had statistical significance ( P<0 .05 ) . Two-hour postprandial glucose values and weight gain during pregnancy of the experimental group at 32 , 36 and 40 weeks were significantly better than those of the control group (P <0.05).After the intervention, the incidences of gestational hypertension , preterm labor and premature rupture of membranes of the experimental group were 13.33%, 23.33% and 30.00%, respectively, which were significantly lower than those of the control group (χ2 =4.285 7, 7.924 5, 5.454 5, respectively;P<0.05).The neonatal birth weight of the experimental group was (3 316.13 ±364.78) g, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (t=2.83, P<0.01 ).Conclusions Maternal and child specialist nursing outpatient intervention can effectively improve the GIGT pregnant women′s cognitive and behavioral self-management , reduce blood glucose, body weight levels , and decrease the incidence of pregnancy complications .

Objective To develop the maternity nurse competency model, and provide references for nurse selection, training and evaluation of "family-centered" and maternal care model. MethodsUsing competency theory, and based on semi-structured interviews and "family-centered" maternal care model, the indicators of maternity nurse competency was shaped. By using Delphi method, seven experts from maternal care and management field were inquired to develop the maternity nurse competency. Results Maternity nurse competency model based on "family-centered" maternal care model included 4 dimensions such as nursing knowledge, nursing ability, intervention capability of family-centered obstetric care specialist, personal attitudes and traits, totally 29 indicators of behavioral competency. This model had expert representation and high reliability. Conclusions The maternity nurse competency model based on "family-centered" maternal care model are scientific and reliable, and it can be used as the reference standard of nurses' selection, training and assessment in "family-centered" maternal care model.

Objective:To compare the consistency and detection capability of seven 2019-nCoV nucleic acid detection kits, and provide reference for detection method selection of clinical laboratory and diagnosis of new coronavirus pneumonia. Methods:Two batches of pharyngeal swab samples were collected from tenpatients with confirmed infection of 2019-nCoV and 10 suspected patients with negative 2019-nCoV test results during January 29 to February 5, 2020 in Shenzhen Luohu People′s Hospital. Seven kinds of kits were labeled as ato g and used for nucleic acid detection respectively to evaluate the consistency of the test results of the clinical samples. A 2019-nCoV positive specimen was selected and diluted to 5-concentration gradient plates (Level-1 to 5) with RNase-free water. The positive detection rate and intra-batch repeatability of different brands of kits were compared. Results:The negative and positive coincidence rates of twenty clinical samples tested by six kinds of kits were 100%, and the positive and negative coincidence rate was 8/10 and 10/10 for the other kit, respectively. The results of intra-batch repeatability showed the CVs of viral loads tested by these seven kits were all less than 5%. In the concentration range of Level-1 to 3, the detection capability for open reading frame (ORF)1ab gene of Kit b,d and f was lower than Kit a,c,e and g, and the detection capability of kit e and g was the highest (14/15). The detection capability for N gene of Kit a (15/15) was higher than the other 5 kits. The comprehensive analysis of the detection capability for ORF1ab and N gene showedthat Kit d had the lowest detection capability (ORF1ab:40%,N:53%), and there was no significant difference in the detection capability of Kit a, b, c, e, and f.Conclusions:There was no significant difference in the accuracy and repeatability of the seven kits for positive samples with high viral loads, and the detection performance was good; but some kits had poor detection capability for weak positive samples. It is suggested that the weak positive samples should be rechecked by at least two manufacturers′ kits to ensure the accuracy of the results.

Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2024;30(14):1871-1876
Objective:To deeply explore the experience and feelings of postpartum weight management in primiparas, so as to provide reference for optimizing postpartum management strategies. Methods:This study was qualitative. From May to June 2023, purposive sampling was used to select 15 primiparas who underwent postpartum follow-up at the Affiliated Suzhou Hospital of Nanjing Medical University as the research subject for semi-structured interviews. The Colaizzi 7-step analysis method was used to analyze data and extract themes. Results:The lived experience of postpartum weight management in primiparas was extracted into three themes and 11 sub-themes, including cognitive differences in postpartum weight management (awareness of importance and adoption of positive behaviors, neglect and avoidance), facilitators and obstacles in weight management (facilitators included self-expectations, positive evaluations and feedback from others, beneficial experiences, while obstacles included eating and exercise behavior disorders, physical symptom interference, role conflicts, negative emotions), and a desire to receive support from multiple aspects (continuous information support from medical institutions, support and acceptance from families and society) .Conclusions:Primiparas have a relatively insufficient cognition of postpartum weight management, and the weight management process is influenced by many factors. Medical and nursing staff should adopt effective strategies to correct cognitive biases in maternal weight management, make full use of facilitators, actively respond to obstacles, and pay attention to multiple sources of support, so as to promote postpartum recovery.
