Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods The clinical data of 136 patients received laparoscopic myomectomy(A group) were analyzed retrospectively.136 patients received transabdominal myomectomy(B group) at the same time were selected randomly.The size of hysteromyoma,the amounts of blood loss during operation,the operation time,the recovery situations after operation,the application time of postoperative antibiotics and hospitalization time after operation in the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the amount of blood loss during operation and operation time between the two groups (t =0.369,0.311,all P ＞ 0.05).The postoperative exhaust time and postoperative hospital stay in group A were significantly reduced than the B group,the differences were statistically significant(t =5.678,8.956,all P ＜ 0.05).The incidence rate of postoperative complications in group A was lower than group B,but the difference was not statistically significant(x2 =1.225,P＞0.05).Conclusion Compared with transabdominal myomectomy,laparoscopic myomectomy has the advantages of minimal wound and rapid recovery,and is worthy to be popularized.

Objective To investigate the effect of diosgenin tablet on interleukin-6 in the serum and artery of experimental atherosclerosis (AS) rats.Methods Sixty male SD rats were assigned randomly into five groups:group of sham operation (GSO,n =12),group of model (GM,n =12),group of Aspirin (GA,n =12),group of Diosgenin tablet in small dosage (GDS,n =12),and group of Diosgenin tablet in large dosage (GDL,n =12).After 7 days,the balloon-injured carotid artery angioplasty was performed except GSO.After 3 months,rats were killed.The rats' carotid arteries were stained with hematoxylin-eosin.Image analysis system was applied to measure the area of lumina and the thickness of wall to evaluate the ratio of W to L.Their blood IL-6 was detected.The expression of IL-6 in the aorta was measured with western blot.Results In the injured side,the W/L ratios of carotid artery in GDL and GDS(0.615±0.040、0.753±0.043)were much thinner than that of model group (0.803±0.043).That of GDL was thinner than GA (0.759±0.049).Compared with the model group (59.636±4.874)pg/ml,the level of serum IL-6 was decreased in GDL and GDS [ (42.582 ±4.724)pg/ml、(49.055 ±4.791) pg/rnl],GDL was much lower than GA[ (52.563 ±4.581) pg/ml].Western blot method showed that the levels of IL-6 in GDL and GDS (0.296±0.016、0.435±0.015)were significantly decreased compared with GM (0.455 ±0.026).GDL was significantly lower than GA (0.426±0.012).Conclusion Diosgenin can reduce the levels of serum and arteries IL-6 in the experiment atherosclerosis rats.

Objective To study the association between blood pressure variability and left ventricular hypertrophy in elderly isolated systolic hypertension.Methods Active blood pressure was applied to measure average BP,24 hour daytime and night BP variability,meanwhile,left ventricular interior diameter,the thickness of interventricular septum and left ventricular posterior were taken using echocardiagram so as to measure left ventricular weight( LVW) and left ventricular weight index (LVMI) in 31 elderly isolated systolic hypertension and 24 controls.Results BP variability, LVM and LVMI in 31 cases were higher than that of 24 controls.Conclusion BP variability and average BP are related to LVH.

Objective To investigate the effects of salvianolate on noradrenaline(NE), angiotension-Ⅱ(Ang-Ⅱ)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in rats with congestive heart failure. Methods Sixty male SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups, the normal control group(NCG), the model group, the captopril group(CAG), the low dosage of salvianolate group(LSG), the high dosage of salvianolate group(HSG), the captopril and high doseage of salvianolate group(CSG). The rats of Congestive Heart Failure were established with peritoneal injection of adriamycin except the rats in normal control group. The rats in normal control group were injected with the equal volume of normal saline once per week for 6 weeks. The medication was started in every group at the same time. Eight weeks later, the Left Ventricular Systolic Pressure(LVSP), Left Ventricular End-diastolic Pressure(LVDP), +dp/dtmax, -dp/dtmax were measured. The serum levels of NE, Ang-Ⅱ and TNF-αwere measured. Protein expressions of Ang-Ⅱ and TNF-αin cardiac muscle were detected by Western blot. Results Compared with the model group[(90.77±14.75)mmHg, (22.52±2.58)mmHg, (3 290.16± 109.61)mmHg/s, (3 114.07±112.39)mmHg/s], HSG[(114.10±13.71)mmHg, (19.97±1.14)mmHg, (3 504.97 ± 163.94)mmHg/s, (3 303.02 ± 121.98)mmHg/s ] and CSG [ (141.18 ± 15.42)mmHg, (15.58 ± 1.46)mmHg, (3 766.56±159.93)mmHg/s, (3 566.70±154.57)mmHg/s]had significant difference in LVSP, LVDP, +dp/dtmax, -dp/dtmax(P<0.05 or 0.01). Compared with the model group[(85.06±9.07)ng/ml, (180.11±25.45)pg/ml, (205.80±15.73)pg/ml], the serum levels of NE, Ang-Ⅱand TNF-αwere decreased in groups of HSG[(75.33±8.60)ng/ml, (149.21±25.39)pg/ml, (188.84±13.79)pg/ml], CAG[(71.49± 6.21)ng/ml, (139.15 ± 24.83)pg/ml, (183.73 ± 10.99)pg/ml ] and CSG [ (60.02 ± 7.38)ng/m, (110.68 ± 28.63)pg/ml, (165.93±16.22)pg/ml]in different degree(P<0.05 or 0.01), those of CSG were significantly lower than CAG(P<0.05). Compared with the model group[(1.043±0.044), (1.167±0.048)], the expression of protein in Ang-Ⅱand TNF-α were decreased in groups of HSG[(0.981±0.024), (1.069±0.055)]CAG [(0.954±0.031), (1.046±0.053)]and CSG[(0.886±0.044), (0.955±0.038)]in different degree(P<0.05 or 0.01), those of CSG were significantly lower than CAG(P<0.05). Conclusion Salvianolate can reduce the serum levels of NE, Ang-Ⅱand TNF-αin rats with congestive heart failure, decrease the expression of Ang-Ⅱand TNF-αin its cardiac muscle, improve the cardiac function.

ObjectiveTo identify the pathogens causing complicated skin and soft tissue infection and their susceptibility to antibiotics.MethodsThe clinical data on and aetiological examination findings in 99 cases of complicated skin and soft tissue infection were retrospectively analyzed.ResultsTotally,99 bacterial strains were isolated,including 51 Gram-positive bacteria(29 community-associated,22 hospital-acquired)and 48 Gram-negative bacteria ( 13 community-associated,35 hospital-acquired).Of the Gram-positive bacteria,staphylococci were the most common bacteria,which showed a high resistance rate to erythromycin (95.45％),penicillin G(72.73％),clindamycin,oxacillin and levofloxacin,but a high sensitivity to teicoplanin,vancomycin,linezolid,fusidic acid and moxifloxacin.Besides,the community-associated staphylococci possessed a higher sensitivity to trimethoprim + sulfamethoxazole,tetracycline and ciprofloxacin than the hospital-acquired staphylococci did(all P ＜ 0.05).Notably,11 of the 99 isolates were identified as methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus(MRSA).The four predominant Gram-negative bacteria were Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Klebsiella pneumonia,Escherichia coliand Acinetobacter baumannii.These Gram-negative bacteria,especially the hospital-acquired Gram-negative bacteria,exhibited high resistance to levofloxacin,trimethoprim + sulfamethox azole and gentamicin but favorable sensitivity to carbapenems,tobramycin,piperacillin and tazobactam.ConclusionsComplicated skin and soft tissue infection is caused by various species of bacteria with high resistance to common antibiotics.Therefore,the results of drug sensitive tests should serve as the basis for proper use of antibiotics in the treatment of complicated skin and soft tissue infection.

Objective To investigate the relationship between the dynamic changes of platelet parameter and the severity of the neonatal hypoxia ischemic encephalopathy .Methods To search PubMed ,Ovid ,Springer Database ,Chinese Academic Journal ,VIP database and Wanfang database in the library literature and screen documents according to the inclusion criteria of diagnostic tests , then to extract the characteristic information .Using RevMan 5 .1 software to analyze the data ,and to carry out the Meta analysis se-lected the effects model according the results of tests for heterogeneity .Results According to the inclusion criteria ,it was won the 10 articles eventually .The Meta analysis results showed that the PLT in acute period of HIE patients was significantly 1 .65-2 .14 times the standard deviation lower than the control group .The MPV and PDW in acute period of HIE patients were significantly 1 .12-1 .61 and 1 .17-1 .99 times the standard deviation higher than the control group .The PLT in convalescent of HIE patients was 1 .85-2 .35 times the standard deviation higher than the acute period of HIE patients .The MPV and PDW in the convalescent of HIE patients were significantly 0 .68-1 .38 and 0 .81-1 .37 times the standard deviation lower than the acute period of HIE pa-tients .Obviously ,the PLT ,MPV and PDW in the convalescent of HIE patients were closed to the level of the control group .Conclu-sion Clinical observing HIE infant′s platelet parameter dynamically can be regarded as the index of HIE infant′s condition severity and monitoring condition change .

Objective To understand the drug resistance of Neisseria gonorrhoeae in Foshan area and to detect the related drug resistant gene mutation situation.Methods 57 strains of Neisseria gonorrhoeae were collected.The drug susceptibility test was per-formed by adopting the agar dilution method.The related drug resistance genes were amplified by PCR and the PCR product se-quencing results were performed the homological searching in GenBank by the BLAST algorithm.Results The sensitive rates of Neisseria gonorrhoeae to penicillin,tetracycline,ciprooxacin,ceftriaxone and spectinomycin were 0.0%,8.8%,7.0%,61.4% and 100.0%,respectively.The rates of beta lactamase-producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae and tetracycline resistant Neisseria gonorrhoeae were 35.1% and 56.1%,respectively.The mutation rate of drug resistance genes were over 80%.Conclusion Ceftriaxone and spectinomycin can be used as the first choice drug for the treatment of Neisseria gonorrhoeae in Foshan region.The drug resistance mechanism of Neisseria gonorrhoeae is complex.The epidemiological monitoring of the Neisseria gonorrhoeae related drug resist-ance genes should be strengthened.

Objective To investigate the relationships between Glucokinase(GCK) gene 4 tag single‐nucleotide polymorphisms , tagSNPs)sites which named rs12702070 ,rs2268569 ,rs2268573 and rs1476891 polymorphisms and type 2 diabetes in Chinese South‐ern Han Population .Methods This study was designed as a case‐control .499 type 2 diabetes patients and 499 healthy controls were chosen .4 GCK tagSNPs sites were analyzed by improved multiple ligase detection reaction(iMLDR) ,and genotype and allele fre‐quency between T2D group and healthy controls could be determined by chi‐square test ,logistic regression analysis ,and tagSNPs were further analyzed under three genetic modes(dominant ,recessive and additive) .What′s more ,Haploview software was used to construct the haplotype of 4 GCK tagSNPs and the linkage disequilibrium(LD) and relationship between various GCK haplotype and T2D susceptibility could be analyzed .Results Genotype distribution of rs2268573 ,rs2268569 and rs1476891 and allele frequen‐cy in T2D group were no significant differences with health controls .Significant differences in genotype distribution of rs12702070 and allele frequency were observed between T2D group and health controls .Under dominant model and additive model ,genotype distribution of rs12702070 in T2D was significantly different from health controls .One LD domain was observed in 3 tagSNPs a‐mong those 4 sites of GCK gene .There are 4 main haplotypes(TAG ,TGG ,TAT ,CGG)in rs2268569 ,rs12702070 and rs1476891 , but all these haplotypes have no relevance to the individual risk of T2D(P>0 .05) .Conclusion The results indicated that the GCK gene tagSNPs site rs12702070 imparts susceptibility to T2D in Han Chinese ,but not rs2268573 ,rs2268569 and rs1476891 .Four main haplotypes in rs2268569 ,rs12702070 and rs1476891 have no relevance to T2D .

Objective To explore the role of LiCl in microbial suppurative keratitis .Methods Western-blot assay was used to detect the efficacy of LiCl .Inflammatory cytokine levels were examined using Real-time PCR .Cell apoptosis was detected by using TUNEL and flow cytometry assays .Results LiCl promoted corneal resistance to PA infection .Real-time PCR data showed that LiCl enhanced IL-10 expression ,but suppressed TNF-expression .TUNEL and flow cytometry data showed that LiCl promoted the apoptosis of infiltrating cells .Conclusion LiCl promoted host resistance against microbial suppurative keratitis ,via regulating in-flammatory cytokine expression and cell apoptosis .
